I bought a Lil Reminder and discovered its a piece of junk! My girlfriend told me to try this recorder called The Wilson. I bought one and its fantastic. You can record up to 15 different messages and an hour total, the sound is crystal clear and its really simple to use. Only three buttons! It also clips to my car visor, so I can record while I drive and don't have to look away from the road. Plus it's not much more than my lousy Lil Reminder. It cost me $19.95 plus $4.95 shipping. I definitely recommend it. Go to www.[]

purchases 2 my lil reminders and should have known by the way they were pushing the upgrades and other add ons that there would be a problem. Shipping costs that were charged were unreal, but since it was a Xmas present I ignored it. Gave them to elderly family member and within one month knew we had been scammed. SOUND is terrible, and recording is worse. She has arthritis in her hands and can not write so this seemed like a good idea for grocery list since I shop for her. It will not let you record, stop, and continue. You can not add on or it will erase all of above. Not only that, the wire burned off the record button after only one month. You could smell the burnt smell. There is no customer service to be found anywhere. I am sure they have nothing but complaints coming back. The idea is great and if anyone knows where I could find a similar reliable product I would buy it for sure, but trust me, this is just a piece of junk.

I tried to cancel my order after I saw the shipping charges! I emailed them 5 times- no answer-5 days reply time they said- then I called my credit card company to cancel the charges- they could not be reached my phone so my cc would not cancel charges. This is the biggest rip off I have ever experienced. Who can we report them to-? they are still advertising on TV. Who protects the consumer from these thieves??

I ordered 2 Lil Reminders and would get 2 free. Should have been 2 x $9.99 and 4 x $6.95 shipping totalling $47.78. They charged me $69.74. When I got them I found you cannot make a grocery list by making multiple recordings. When you go on the second time it records over the first item. I wanted to return them but could find no instructions or Customer Service number. After much searching on their website I located a phone number but when I called they showed no order from me. They asked who was listed on my credit card and when I said GPM My Lil Reminder. They said that wasn't them that it must be a distributer and they couldn't help me yet I ordered it off their "official" website. I'm disputing the charge on my Credit card and I'm also worried about them having my card number. I still don't know how to return these things! This is a SCAM.

I went on their website to order the product. When my order was complete, rather than a charge of $18.98 plus shipping/handling, my total was nearly $90.00. There was no explanation. I went back through the site looking for a customer service number because the site said to call their customer service number if there were any questions about the order. I could find no phone number anywhere. I contacted my credit card company and blocked the order so that when the order comes in it will be declined by the credit card company. In getting back on the internet I found this site and in one of the complaints a phone number was mentioned so I will attempt to contact it. If I am unsuccessful, I will simply cancel the credit card as it is one I rarely use.

The shipping information is what is adding to the weight - they say the product weighs 5 pounds!!! In that tiny box??? Give me a BREAK!!!

I also purchased the Lil Reminders, I received 4 of them, twice, that were upgraded to the next model. I complained to them because I was charged $70.00 for two of them. They told me to return them, I kept the tracking numbers. I returned them all and with the help of my credit card company. They got thru to them on the phone, which I couldn't, and I talked to them with the credit card company putting in their two cents worth I received $60.00 back after reporting them. Return postage was around $5.oo.

product, the sound is impossible to hear. Companies like this make it scary to order from any others. A dissatisfied customer k.

We ordered on set of the lil reminder message recorder. It was 9.99... they tried to sell other things like extra batteries and another set..and I said no...when I got my balance the price came to $47.94. Then I received the message recorder ..which was plastic and very cheap and can hardly hear it...I received 2 sets of reminders plus extra batteries for each set in which I did not order.. This is a scam ..and will report it to whoever I can..to get this resolved.

I purchased two MY LIL REMINDERS back in December 2006. When I got them, I saw how poorly they were so I tried to call them in order to get the address. They ignored me at first until I found an email account. Then I emailed them, again, and again to find out the address. Each time their return e mail said they would get back to me within 5 business days. They didn't so I put in a dispute on my c.card. MY LIL battled back against me but I had their e mails to fight them with, and I won!! Keep all of your emails from you to them and back to you.

I ordered the "My Lil Reminder" through a TV program [] and after I received it, felt it was not what I expected. I called the company that sent it for instructions on where to send it back(Milford, Connecticut) and they assured me that a refund would be given to me on my VISA. Because of this promise, I paid the bill when it came (unwise, right?). The refund has not happened yet. Upon calling the above number to complain, I was unpleasantly treated by an individual who said he could not help me without a "tracking number". I never got a number when I sent it back last February. After a heated discussion, he finally hung up on me! Am I out the $34, or do I have any recourse left? What kind of guarantee is this? <br />
All I want is them to issue a refund on my VISA account. I followed the instructions in good faith and would like them to honor their guarantee and do likewise.

On /Around nov. 2006 I ordered 1 My Little Reminder for $9.99. On December 2006, I received 5 My Little Reminders with extra batteries. My credit card was charged $173.79; which amounts to aroun d $35.oo for each little reminder. Since I only ordered 1 little reminder ; I returned the whole order and requested a full refund. In my March credit card statement, I noticed that the company 3plworldwide have credited my credit card with $107.89. thus, keeping $65.90. I would write to them requesting the $65.90 and would like to know to whom may I complain about this crooked company. I live in Pennsylvania and all advice would be apreciated. TY Juan

I ordered 4 Lil'Reminders. Little did I know the bill would come to $98.98, nowithstanding their saying I would get 2 for $9.99. They conveniently "forgot" to say the S&H would be 13.98 per set, batteries would be 7.99 per set, & I was charged 29.97 twice. I asked where I could return 3 of them, since I'd given one as a Xmas gift. I sent them where they told me, sometime in Jan, & until now I haven't received a refund to my VISA account. I included a copy of the first part of this e-mail. To date, NOTHING. Are they scammers?

I ordered the two for $9.99. I did receive the items. But, they sent me the upgraded version for $34.95 or something like that. By the way S&H is $6.99 PER ITEM. I called them ans was able to talke to a human there who told me that I did order the upgraded model. LIE. Today I got a staement from my credit card and on it are two ( 2 ) charges for $14.95 from two ( 2 ) different companies. It seems that they say when I bought the Lil Reminder I told them that I wanted to sign up with those companies and get a $25.00 gas card ( I don't even drive ) and from the other company a $35.00 Walmart card. I didn't receieve either anyway. The Lil Reminder company is a scam to charge huge cahrges to your credit card. They are in this with other companies who they give your card number to and they charge you for things you don't receive and didn't order. They NEED to be reported to the Attorney General's office and the BBB. EVERTONE needs to do this.

I wish I had found this site before "ordering" this product. The problem is, I didn't even order it. Somehow, they stole my CC information off my computer and 2 of the Lil Reminders arrived about 4 weeks later. The charge on my bank statement didn't identify the company; I had to get on the Internet site of my bank to track down what the charge was for. Again, I did not even order this product. I sent an email to the site stating my problem, and all they did was send me an email thanking me for purchasing the product! It has been 2 months -- no refund and no action from my bank. From now on, I check with this site first -- or if you really want an infomercial product, check []. You usually at least save on the shipping! BTW, the shipping on the "free" Lil Reminder is outrageous. Plus, you can buy better digital recorders than these at any good department store at a much better price.

My mother called me at work, asking me to please order these for her online. Hesitant as I was after the 3rd call to my office by her, I, of course, wanted to make her happy and get them for her. Perfect price - $9.99 (buy one get one free)… So I ordered 4 (after realizing my son and I could use one as well)… So 2 for $9.99 (2 for free)… that would total $19.98. I even ordered the batteries at the end for $7.99. Skeptical but giving them benefit of the doubt, they did not give a total amount for the order before you confirm your order. After I confirmed my order without a total, it was $98.00. “What the heck happened?” I thought to myself. I immediately tried to call them only getting the business hours have ended for the day message. Then I emailed them (with my order #) and let them know that their advertisement is FRAUDELENT and they better not charge my credit card!!!! The next day I called and was told that the order wasn’t in the computer yet to call back the next day. I emailed them again and DID get a response saying they can’t find me by the order # - but what is my name and address, I replied back but never got a response. I then call them on the 3rd day and was told that the order wasn’t placed and it would be cancelled. IT was too much work just to cancel an order. This company is a complete rip-off. I really hate they have my credit card information in their possession. I’m thinking I should cancel my credit card and get a new number.
