I ordered the Lil Reminder on 1/12 but did not receive confirmation of my order so I ordered a second time. I did recieveboth orders. I received the 2nd order on 2/21 and mailed it back on 2/22 - I cannot reach anyone and my credit has been charged twice. I cannot reach Cutomer Service, I wonder if anyone could help and give me a number to call.

Well I'm having the same problem as all of the other customers are. You go through this stupid automated service to order the product and you can't talk to a live person. They charged my card and I've ordered the lil reminders at the end of January 2007 and it's March now and I still have not recieved the little reminders yet. I tried to find a number to call them but there is no number to call to talk to anyone. This company needs to be shut down because they are scamming people and taking their money. I checked my bank statement to make sure they charged me and they did charge me but I think they had charged me like $80 or something like that.

My order was placed by phone after seeing the infomercial on TV. The automated ordering was obviously set up to confuse, but eventually I ordered one deluxe model and a second when I was told I could get a 2nd free and would only be charged an extra S&H. The whole thing should have been twenty something dollars. They charged my checking account $87.90! When I tried to contact them via the phone or website, I had no success. Finally I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office via the internet. They investigated and soon I received my entire $87.90 and was assured I didn't even have to return my order. They intentionally ripped me off then refunded my money when I turned them in to the Attorney General. You can order the same thing on [] and I have found them to be a very trustworthy company.

I ordered the reminder as advertised on tv and when they came ( the deal was for two_ neither one worked. I e*mailed them so many times and they kept saying they would get back to me in 5 days thatwas last year. It seems they duped everyone . I hope they made lots of money the crooks. It beats holding up a bank. What recourse do we have?????

My story is exactly like all the others; I was screwed! They charged my debit card $23.97 on Jan. 4, 2007 and my mom (this was intended as a gift) never received the damn things. I have ordered things off TV in the past and have NEVER been stiffed like this. They were quick to take my money, but failed to provide the product. Just the other day, I saw the commercial...why is it still playing????? Why hasn't this company been stopped?

I just read the other complaints about this company - 3PL Worldwide. There couldn't be a more crooked operation out there. My complaint would mirror most of the others. First, A deceptive and carefully constructed web site that results in an order that I never intended to commit to - yet I was sent their crappy product, with bunch of batteries - none of which I ever committed to by hitting the "submit" or "confirm" button on the web. I returned the product six weeks ago, but have not received any refund. I called a day or two ago, and was told they received the return but had not posted the credit to my credit card, and told me I would not be getting the $14 shipping and handling charges back. I am livid, and I am not got to take this lying down. These people are dsihonest and need top be taken down! I intend to contact the Connecticut BBB and Attorney Generals Office. This is an outrage!

I ordered two lil' reminders at the end of January. On 2/8/07, $34.95 was charged to my Visa. I don't have the product...also, I tried to call Customer Service about this and got hung up, then was put in a long holding pattern and so I went to their website. There is just an email address on there and I can't access the "track your order" part of their site. Um, probably because there is no order??!!! I'm calling Visa to get this charged back to them today. Do not attempt to buy this product. Buyer beware!

i ordered my lil reminder on Saturday feb. 10, 2007. i was given a price of $9.99, "buy one get one free",plus shipping and handling in the amount of $6.00.On tuesday. feb. 13, 2007, my account was debited for $87.90. i eventually found a phone number to customer service and was informed that "i" ordered the "deluxe" version of the product and "i" ordered 2 for the price of 49.99 each. after having a few words with customer service i was told that in about a month i would recieve my product and i did to send it back "return to sender", which will probably take about another month before i am reimbursed,(minus shipping and handling i am told). i have no idea how long before i am reimbursed but i felt that i was lied to and used. i will never, ever, ever, never trust another infomercials.

Biggest piece of crap...buyer's beware, do not order! Can barely hear your recording, not to mention, you can only store one recording/reminder at a time. Cannot believe I paid 13.99 shipping and handling on this piece of *&%$.

2/13/2007 - Alan writes:
I ordered two units (one and one free) I got billed for four with the S&H being 6.35 each! Tried to send them back...no return address, no response to the phone calls. I called VISA and told them. They are refunding me the money and pulling their money back from Lil Reminder. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I should have looked here before I called on the phone (from the car with no thought).

I finally received these 2 months after I had ordered them. I had ordered 2 sets of upgraded reminders intending to give some as gifts.<br /> I did not get the upgraded version, and as stated by someone else, the reminder holds only one, I repeat, one message. I was charged &87.90. I received no paperwork, except the instructions in a slew of different languages. I think that the people with all the similar complaints should file a class action suit.

I ordered this product and it never completed on the website. No total and I never received confirmation or anything so I ordered from another site. Received that order within weeks. (They don't work either). Then a month later I received a package and a charge on my Credit Card of $95.88. These are supposed to be $9.99 plus shipping and handling. I've tried calling and no response. I now see all the complaints. Hopefully someone will stop them from scamming everyone. They do not work like it is advertised on the TV. You can not hear what you have recorded. I will be reporting them.

I ordered this product in December 2006. Prior to ordering I did not do my backround search. I was billed $23.95 for a $9.99 product. I still have not received the product. According to a status report it was shipped on 01/26/2007. This is the first timed I've been scammed. I will not place another order by phone.

I called to order 3 of the "lil reminders" before Christmas. Of course, I hadn't read all of the complaints against the company and the product prior to ordering. I ordered three of these items and was asked if I wished to upgrade them to the deluxe model and order extra batteries. When I placed my order I was NEVER given a total amount of my purchase. I waited and waited for my order to arrive, however, they did not arrive until the middle of January 2007. (I guess I should be grateful that I received them at all!) When they finally arrived, I had double the number I requested and double everything else. There was no receipt in the box or packing slip in the box. I don't know how much I was charged for the $9.95 item plus the batteries but my credit card was charged over $187. What a shock!! I looked at the information on my credit card statement and it doesn't list a vendor for my purchase and there is no order # anywhere. It seems awfully funny that you never get a total cost until it's already on your statement. As far as I'm concerned, Merchant Media, LLC (aka: R & E Associates) is carrying on criminal activity. They are knowingly defrauding each individual who orders one of these with exhorbitant pricing and charges!!! I, too, will be reporting these charges to my credit card company. Although, I'm afraid that if my credit card company requests justification for these charges, I will be billed again like some of the others. If anyone is reading these complaints: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE USING UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!

I have ordered many products via the Internet. Without exception the companys show me a total amount before I finalize my order. When I clicked on what I thought would be a "final total" for the My Lil Reminder Imy oder was immediately placed at an amount far beyond what I had calculated. Within moments I received an order confirmation from [] and I responded that I wanted the order canceled. I had already sent an email cancelation request to the Lil Reminder address. My request was ignored and I received the product which I returned unopened. Still no refund and VISA will not help. So I am looking into legal action.

I ordered two for the price of one "My Lil Reminder" and was charged $34.00 for shipping and handling. I complained but have not receive any response. Pure and simply I've been scammed. Now everyone in my address book is aware of your service, for which I thank you, and I have strongly recommended that they check with you before buying online. Thanks very much for your service.

My wife and I saw the commercial for "My LiL Reminder" and without thinking we called to order... ONCE AGAIN WITHOUT THINKING, we ordered it without speaking to anybody. Not so long ago we checked our bank statement and noticed we have been charged $23.97... OK no big deal for the amount (even thought we thought it would be $9.99) but the big deal is we never received it. Now almost 2 months later I look at their website for some kind of contact number... AND NOTHING. Their official website has no cotact number, e-mail, NOTHING. It's driving me crazy because nothing like this ever happened to us and I never thought ordering something from TV would turn up to be a scam. I hope these people get caught ASAP. We called our bank to cancel our credit card and get a new one so we wont get charged again like others already have. Louis and Teresa

An advertised (on national TV) "Buy one, get one free plus S & H" cost me over $65.00. I refused delivery and am disputing the charge on my credit card. I also reported it to the BBB. They know who is doing this (even sent me their name and address) yet the scam continues. I know if I was so blatently breaking the law, I would have been in jail by now. Who's protecting these crooks? Janis

2/6/2007 - Shirley writes:
i also ordered the my lil reminder and was charged 16.95 over the amount it should have been, two for 9.99 plus 6.95 s&H, my credit card was charged 33.96, where is the 16.95 going to? it is not what i expected for the amount of money it cost, you can bearly hear the recording, and i think we wer all taken by this scam, it should be reported to the conn bbb asap.

well, i just tried to locate my order no. and could not find out anything!!!then i read all the other complaints and i too think i have been scamed. i also think i have been charged twice. my bank statements show i have overdrawn and charged twice for a fee for an overdraw. i now have to go to my bank, find out how it happened, and cancel my debit card and wait for another one which put's me in a bad situation, as i will have to carry cash on me til i get a new card!!!! this really ticks me off. those people need their own reminders that they shouldn't be doing this to people. a lot of us are on fixed incomes and cannot afford this sort of crap. i planned on giving one to my son, because he has a bad memory and sometimes loses notes, so i guess i will have to do him like he was in 1st. grade and pin the notes on him.a box of pins and paper will be a lot more cheaper than what this has caused me and i haven't even seen one yet, except on their stupid commercial. i too will call bbb and let them know what a scam it is, then i will e-mail everyone i know and tell them not to fall for it. i do hope i can get my money back, or i will use upcoming tax money to get a lawyer.thanks to all the complaints or i would still be waiting.
