My Lil Reminder is a scam. When it arrived I tried them out. The voice quality is horrible and they don't give you an address to return the product (they have a 30 day money back quarantee) and since the address where it came from is usually not the place to return it, I tried to call their customer service number, but was left on hold twice for over 30 minutes. I have e mailed their customer service address with no results and so instead of fighting, I have turned this over to my credit card company.

My dad got this product. It only records 20 seconds. You cannot record more than one message. They currently offer *buy one get one free*. You have to pay approximatly 13$ of shipping PER unit. The shipping & handling is non refundable.

After six weeks I finally received the items that I purchased on line after seeing the ad on TV. They do not work at all. The S&H ,$13.98, is not refundable. To return item ,at my expense, would be ludicrous.

My lil reminder was advertised on MSNBC for $9.99 plus $6.99 S & H. I ordered 6 of them on the phone at the 800 number they listed. After I placed the order, they were offering a "buy one get one free" deal. When I finally got an invoice on them they had charged me $17.95 each (because I agreed to get an extra battery) and a total of $101- for S & H. They said they shipped them last month, but I have not received them. If I return them (if they ever arrive) I will not be refunded the S & H.
