I have tried the product. I like the product, but have a problem with heir customer service and billing dept. I never order automatic shipments of anything. Natural Advantage billed my bank card for $95. I called and asked them to put the money back into my account, I had not received another order. Customer service
sais the order was in transit and I would receive it and could send it back for a refund. Yes, I got the order in about 3 days. I took it to the post office and returned it. I have not had my account credited as of yet. That has been about two weeks ago. I sent the package back using a USP conformation service. Natural Advantage did received the package. I can not get any one to answer customer service. I wait 10 to 15 mins. holding for an available representative. I will continue to call and will write the company also, until I receive my money back.

2/11/2008 - She stated that she started Wrinkling.. ME TOO.. I thought it was just Me. I tried the Product about 1.5 years ago and the same thing happened. I complained and they said there is NO WAY this could happen. I discontinued and tried it again. I am So very wrinkled around my Eyes- I look So OLD now. Not only that, but I also have White Bleached SPOTS on my upper cheek bones that make me look like a Racoon. I KNOW it is this product. I have used nothing else BUT this product as of 3 weeks ago. As far as Billing- I got SLAMMED with almost $100 on my card, even though I wrote and Called to CANCEL. I am So disappointed.. Why and How can these people get away with this crap?

I called to order the 30 day supply but was talked into ordering the 90 day supply and eye cream. I did receive the product in
about a week but there was note saying the eye cream was on back order. I'd like to point out, the 30 supply comes with 2oz cleansing gel, 1oz all day moisture cream and .05oz night cream. The so called 90 day supply was 4oz cleansing gel, 2oz all day moisture and 1oz night cream. That is only two times the amount. When I called to find out why I only received a 60 day supply instead of the 90 day supply. I was told that was a 90 day supply. When I told the customer service person that I would just return the o called 90 day supply and re-order the 30 day supply, they canceled my order and kept they money. I asked if I would still get the eye cream, I was told yes. After all, I have already paid for it! Guess what? I have not received the eye cream yet and it has been two months. All I can say is make sure you are receving the amount you ordered and paid for or you will get ripped off!

My wife orderd Sheer Cover before and we got totally rheemed by repeat billings from Guthy-Renker. We contacted customer service and after following all instrucitons continued to be billed w/o receiving any product. We ended up having to cancel our credit card to stop the payments. Then my wife sees the Natural Advantage ad and buys their product, being told that the only cost would be 46.60. After she saw it was Guthy-Renker again, three days later, she canceled. We received the first shipment and the bill for $119.90. The card was charged for both $46.60 and the next $36.65. This company needs to be severely sanctioned. There must be some legal action taking place somewhere but I don't read of it. If you know how we can join a class action suit against this company, I would gladly participate. If I ever meet up with anyone from this company, they better duck quick.

I like the product, but I have cancelled any future orders due to customer service. I upgraded to the 5 product package with the toner and eye cream. Well, I received everything but the eye cream in December. It is now the end of February, and I still don't have the eye cream. What makes this more irritating, is that they charged me for it. I called customer service twice. Both times I was told that they were backed up due to all the orders they have received, but that my eye cream would be at my home by the end of the week or following week. I find find similar products without the hassle at local department stores.

I ordered this product in December and received my first package before Christmas. The product is not any better than some I have tried. My problem is, there was not a place on the website that told me that this was going to cost me $100.00. After my trial I called and cancel my order and was told my order had already gone out and I could return it. I told them I would go ahead and take this order but do not send anyone-BUT after just checking my statement I was billed for again. I called customer service again andtold them I had cancel in January and the comfirmed. Then the bomb,I was told the trial cost me $119.00 and it would taken in payments and my last payment would be in April. If this was an honest business everything would be in writing UPFront so everyone could make their our decision to purchase or not. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone. I hope I can keep one person from making the same mistake that several of us have.

I ordered Natural Advantage after watching the info com. I tried the product, following the instructions to the letter. Three days later I found to my horror that my eyes were puffy, burning and wrinkled with deep crevices. I called to ask what would be the cause, I explained that I had been careful to follow the directions. I had not applied the product even close to any eye area, yet I had a terrible reaction. I explained that I looked more like the before photos in their ad, instead of the after. I was very upset and concerned. The operator stated she had never heard of such a thing happening before. She suggested using the Night Time Renewal for Eyes and that she would send it right out. Meanwhile, I stopped using their products and the problems around my eye area started to improve. Then, the Night Time Renewal for Eyes arrived. I applied it that evening, the next morning I had the same puffiness and irritation begining again. Why the terrible reaction? I don know, Natural Advantage had no answer. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I would like to know? If so, did your wrinkles caused by the product evenually go away? I plan to send the product back. I hope I will get my money returned and postage for my trouble. I can only hope and pray that the wrinkles, caused by Natural Advantage will dissappear. If not, do I have any recourse. I feel I look 10 years older now, because I trusted Jane Seymour as spokesperson for the product. She has always been a woman I had admired. Did anyone check this product for side effects for allegic reactions? I saw no warning on the packages. If, I had I might have perhaps, tried some on a small area first. Sign me,
I ordered Natural Advantage on a trial basis. I recieved that and was not pleased with the prodict. I called to cance any further orders and was told I was to late, a shipment was already sent. I was told to return it unopened and would receive a refund on my c/c. I returned the product and am still being charged. I called and the phone rep. told me they had not record of the product being returned. What a scam!!!

I ordered Natural Advantage over the phone after seeing a commercial with Jane Seymor. I specifically stated that I was traveling and would not sign up for additional shipments. I was assured that this would not happen when the order was made. I returned to the RV park many months later to discover that they had shipped three additional orders at $119 each. I obtainded the shipments on December 5th 2007. I called and was told that I could only return one order because more than 60 days had passed on the other two orders. I was told to deal with my credit card company to obtain a refund. What a scam. The company should take returns. It was clearly their error and not mine. Be aware of additional shipments of this product. It is a scam. Deirdre

I ordered Natural Advantage online after seeing the infomercial. I was charged $35.90, which seemed reasonable for 3 products. Much to my horror, one short month later, I was billed $97 for products I did NOT order and $11.99 for shipping and handling. I called and was told that I had to pay for shipping and handling, but that they would cancel my "club membership." I was unaware that I had joined any such club. Buyers Edge apparently handles the shipping & handling for a number of infomercial products. It should be Buyer Beware. Do not fall for this scam -- once they have your credit card information, you will be billed and billed.
