I ordered both Natural Cures books and tried the newsletter at $5.95/month. Then I find I can get the website for free with purchase of this newsletter so I was getting the website/newsletter for $5.95/month. I started sending the customer service e-mail address a notice to cancel my subscription, but it was ignored. I finally had to put a hold on my credit card so no one can use it to stop them. I notice people pay different prices - some get the newsletter and website for $5.95/month and others just get the website for $9.95/month. I hope the thieves (Kevin Trudeau and Donald Barrett of ITV) go to jail again. What a con artist.

We returned the product offered by natural cures for a refund of payment. We have not recieved the refund and additionaly we have been billed on our credit card for the last 2 months. A call to the listed phone for Natural Cures answers but I was on the phone for 35 minutes and never was able to talk to a service representative. This is a complete rip off and I do intend to report this company to the Bettter Business Bureau and to the Attorney General of the State of New Mexico.

Ordered his book which was for free and then the charges started coming. Kevin Trudeau's book first of all has good information, but it's filled with a bunch of websites that lures consumers into one link after another that ends up being a disatrous infow of junk mails, solicitations and unwanted charges incurred.

My mother who is disabled recieving Social Security Disability purchased the books know every month because of her limited income she has overdraft fee plus the 9.95 charges twice a month meaning to a person on limited income the overdraft fee and charges are wiping her account out leaving her no money for her medication This Keven Trudeau should be prosecuted for riping disabled as well as any body off.Iam canceling her account cause the 1-800 doesnt help you. The Attorney Generals nation wide should help make this right

I ordered the books Natural Cures and decided to check out Kevin Trudeau on the internet. After I read over 30 reviews and each one said the same thing that they were scammed and being charged for the newsletter each month. I became alarmed as I had just ordered the books one week ago. I had not received my books yet so I did not know what they would contian. I immeditaely called my credit card company and explained that reviews I had read exposed a scam. People were charged monthly for a newsletter they did not agree to receive. The credit card company told me if I received any of these extra charges to call them and they would remove those charges. He told me the credit card companies are trying to stop automatic unautherized withdrawls from our accounts but the technology won't be available until November. The operator told me that I had paid shipping and handling fot the books so I might as well keep them. I could not get a refund for that since the books were technicaly free. ( That is how they get our money and don't have to refund anything if we send it back.) I did not mention the company I was calling about and the operator told me they have the phone number for Kevin Trudeau. I said, " Oh you know who I was talking about." He said, "Yes we have dealt a lot with this problem and have their phone number and know how to get my money back. He gave me a phone number to call and cancel if I received charges. (I think the number is for the ITV head quaters where Kevin makes the Commercial). The phone number is 987-299-2200 I do not trust the ITV network now, if they put on people that are scamming the public. I will never buy anythin from them again. I will check out reviews before I trust an infomercial again.

I have pretty much the same story as others, ordered the book and free newsletter and started getting charged for the newsletter and couldn't get through to anyone to cancel. Though I believe in many alternative cures, this is just a scam that preys on people's vulnerabilities. Kevin also spends much more time being the victim and attacking the government than on sharing cures with people, but he does this because its good marketing: if the government is bad and has gone after him, than what he is saying must be truthful and of use. Stay away, far away.

I was very sad to find that my sweet old aunt had purchased a copy of this. I flipped it open when I was at her house and the book was a giant load of tinfoil hat wearing nonsense. Seriously, Trudeau is a convicted felon who has been sued by the FTC and ordered by the government not to make any more unfounded claims. It's sad that people would put their trust in such crooked characters. In this situation, it's "fool me one, shame on you. Fool me 1,356 times, time to stop watching infomercials". If miracle cures existed, legit medical professionals would love to make themselves famous by promoting them to their patients.

I ordered the two books following the infomercial, for $19.95. Thank God I was only charged once but I started receiving the "natural cures newsletter" that I did not order for $9.95 per month. Sad part about it is that I did not realize I was being charged for it until recently. I tried calling the toll free number to no avail. I have attempted to e-mail the customer support team to request cancellation of product and to be removed from their mailing list. Upon doing so, there was an auto-reply with a ticket ID number stating that an agent would get back with me as soon as my number was assigned. That has been over two weeks now. The only thing that I could think of so that my account would not continue to be debited was to close the account and re-open a new one. Pain in the backside but didn't cost a thing. As for the books, the cures are to be found in some other books or his website at a cost of course. Not worth having.

Actually, I got my book from local book store. Not over the phone. But still, I must say, its almost completely USELESS, and the company (and Kevin) are a bunch of crooks! The first thing I noticed was that there was little or no useful information actually IN the book itself. Its basically just 560 pages of Kevin Trudeau saying, "I can't name names, or tell you exactly how to do these treatments, or tell the the names of any natural products. You have to ask around and do your own research. I'm just rattling off at the mouth and stirring up controversy!!!!" and you pay damn near 40 bucks for him to tel you that. Don't wast your money. In all honesty, I'm about to go to an auction site like E Bay and sell this piece of crap, and get my money back (or at lest most of it) because its practically brand new. Which is what I recommend for anyone else who wasted their money on this. and as for the company--- there is an online website listed in the book, that claims to have more useful information. The first day I got the book, I went online and subscribed to their news letter, like an idiot... they just sent me pages of "news letters", which was just information that was already listed in the book! So I tried to cancel my subscription, only to find out that there is no email address, street address, or telephone number on that website!!! So I could not cancel! 2 weeks later, I got laid off at my jobs, because of cut-backs. But despite all my attempts to cancel my subscription, Natural Cures kept drawing money out of my account, and I got over drawn!! I didn't have the money to pay the charges, because I wasn't going to get my final paycheck for another week! By then, the charges were so high, I couldn't pay them, even with my pay check, because I had to pay my bills and rent. So that account ended up getting closed, and now I owe the bank! The only way I could get another bank account was to get a "restricted" account from another bank, which they give to people who owe money to other banks. A restricted account really makes life difficult-- they hold deposited checks for DAYS before cashing them. You cannot transfer money between accounts, even if its your spouse, and there are very strict spending limits. The only GOOD thing about this kind of account is that it does not allow automatic withdrawals, from any company. Not even with my permission. I have to withdrawal the money myself, and get a money order or something. Or go out of my way to pay each and every time, with my credit card. But anyway, now I'm in debt Because of these retards. I tried to do the responsible thing and cancel. but they have it set up to where that's not an option.

I bought a book and then after three months noticed this recurring $9+ payment for a newsletter I didn't want. I have tried emailing to cancel and still can't. Thieves.

Yes, I purchased one of Kevin's books and then I got to noticing my checking account and every month I was being charged 9.95. I didn't know what for. I knew the book was paid for, but then I got to reading about other people going through the same thing. What can we do to stop this? Thank You

Bought the books $44.00 to see if I could save any expensive prescription meds. Book is only a promo for the web site = scam 1. Now they have my card and I find they have been charging me $9.95 a month for the last 8 months for a news letter I never purchased or received = Scam 2. Thought the charge was my wife's gym (it just said Health and a number). The Latest charge said Natural cures and I was on to them. Tried all the phone numbers on their web site and eventually found someone who gave me their Customer service number: 1 978 299 2298 option 3 to cancel news letter just hangs up so I rang back and tried option 1 and BOB told me he had cancelled the News letter. Still have my fingers crossed that I won't see any more charges. So they got $124 from me so far.

Do not buy anything off of tv. wait and buy from the store or amazon.com You will have many charges for years to come on your visa and mastercard, and nobody will help you to get rid of them. You will spend an average of 100 dollars more than the amount of the item you purchased. If you feel you just have to buy, then don't use anythng connected to your bank account, or you will be draned dry.Use a loadable card you bought from walmart or some store, and make sure they never get your banking info. Send a money order, never a check, or you will be having charges bouncng back into your account months later, after they thnk you forgot about it.

I did so in 2 weeks.how ever for the last 6 months my M card been charged $ 10.45 Canadian with out my consent. Shame on you I lost all faith in you. I cannot get the phone number talk and cancel this illegal withdrawal. I can imagine how many millions are withdrawn monthly like this. Same on you Americans for entertaining a guy like this on.

I used to work for the teleservices company that handles Natural Cures and many other "as seen on TV" products. It is a COMPLETE and UTTER RIPOFF. The operators work from home and are totally scripted. They are required to offer "upsells" (additional products), of which there may be as many as TEN, depending upon the client. They know NOTHING about the products except for little 10-minute training videos. Many of them wouldn't dream of actually using any of the products they sell! Natural Cures was on of the biggest sellers because Kevin Trudeau preys on the ill, elderly and hopeless. I actually turned many elderly folks away because I knew they could ill afford all the useless charges - many of them used debit cards to make the purchase. I quit the part-time gig because I could not in good conscience continue to take orders for Natural Cures. It is not only useless, but harmful to your health as well as your pocketbook. Caveat emptor!

My husband and I ordered his book in Sept of 2007, after never recieving the book and having 3 charges from this company hit our bank acct we started calling. The number listed was not working, it continued to not work for 7 months. After many phone calls and watching for his infommercial again to get a new #. We got a real person she gave us another # and it worked. They stated that we would receive all 5 charges now against our acct back, they returned one charge for their website that we never logged into. Several more phone calls later we got back 2 more of the charges. After 7 months and many wasted hours on this human being who just wants to be rich we have finally received all the charges back to our acct and we still never got the book. I will never, ever in my life buy another thing off TV. I don't trust anyone selling stuff. Most of it is junk and not worth what you want for it.
