When ordering his latest book online, I was harassed for 15 minutes about buying other products. Then charged 30.00 shipping and handling. Still five months later and hours on his ridiculous phone system, I still don't have my refund. They won't refund the 30.00 shipping and handling. Because of his greed and dishonest ways of selling his product he has ruined me purchasing anything ever again online or from tv. What a pig!

I ordered the books on 11/3/07, Natural Cures. I repeatedly told the lady taking the order that I did not want the newsletter. When I received the books, she included the newsletter on the invoice. I checked my bank statment and show no charge for the newsletter. I have tried to call the number given to me, but they tell me to call back, they cannot help me at that moment. My answer to this is to call my credit card company and order a new card with a new account number. Simple as that, instead to hassling with Kevin's telemarketers cancel your credit card and order a new one with a new account number. Good Luck. This man should be locked up for scamming so many people.

I purchased the two Natural Cures that they don't want you to Know about books for a $9.95 shipping on each book and it took the six weeks to get them. My problem is that the sign up for Kevin's web site was my downfall. I signed up Oct 17th for a 30 day free trial and as of today, I have been billed five times for 9.95 each time. I have asked them to credit my account via e-mail and have not recieved a reasponse from them. I now know that I have been scamed. I hope that no one buys another of his books. I too join the people who wants a class action law suit against this evil intentioned man and his company.

I was also scammed by this company and received this newsletter for a whopping $9.95 a month and I didn't authorize it! I was throwing the newsletter awaya every month like I do other junk mail not realizing what this was. I also had a hard time reaching the company but finally got through last week by calling right at 8am CST. Look at your bank statement and it will have a number for you to call and question the charge. Some of their phone numbers to try are: 1-800-265-9823, 1-800-280-0945, 1-800-239-0831, and 1-800-215-0063. I am getting credited back the 3 months I was charged. They told me at first they would only refund two months and I told them I wanted all three because I had been trying to reach them since the first charge! She put me on hold and spoke with her supervisor and all three where credited. I hope the phone numbers work for all of you that have been scammed also! Be persistent also and let them know you want credited back all charges from the beginning!

I had purchased thier book on 7/7/07 and recieved three of the Trudeau books. When I placed the order I denied all of thier other products and subscriptions. Well, today 12/1/07 I had recieved my credit card statement and found two $9.95 charges on it. One on 10/30/07 and another on 11/6/07 both showing Nat Cures 800-326-3903. I attempted to contact the number but all I heard was a recording that the phone system was being upgraded and the call may be delayed. I in turn called my credit card company immediately to file a dispute. The next step in attempting to contact these people was calling the HCG number from the website to inquire about website membership, the operator instructed me to call Natural Cures at 800-215-0063. The number is only active during normal business hours. I hope this information helps others in this situation. This company should be held liable and face a class action suit for the scam they are pulling.

I received the "NaturelCures Newletter" after buying his book. I was told by my credit card company that the first issue was free. And that if I didn't call the company within a certain period of time to cancel (I never ordered in the first place), they would automatically charge my credit card for a monthy subscription of $9.95. What a scam and racket! I never wanted the "Newsletter" in the first place. I attempted to call the toll free number for customer service listed on my credit card statement for more than a week. A recording states that they are the World Headquarters of ITV and their phone system was in the process of being modified. And customers should attempt to contact them via email, cell or alternate phone number. However, no additional contact information was supplied. And emails are disregarded. Customers are left with only one alternative. Contact their credit card company and demand a charge back. Discontinue any further monthly demand for payment from NaturalCures. I have lost all confidence in Kevin Trudeau. Prospective buyers should be run the other way!

I ordered the online newsletter at $9.95---I have been trying to cancel the newsletter for months, it hasn't happened. I was charged twice last month, and once already this month for November. I have made several calls, the times I got passed the recordings, and talked to a real person, I was promised a cancellation. It hasn't happened. The last person I talked to was a gal named Diane. She seemed sympathetic, and said, she would cancel and also refund at least two or three payments. It hasn't happened. There isn't any logical explanantion for this many screw-ups. I don't know how this organization gets away with this robbery and I still don't know what to do. With nearly 600 complaints, what is next? I also tried cancelling several times through the website, and it won't go through for one reason or another. This is the most frustrating thing ever. The money now comes out at differnt times of the month, so a person never knows and hopes it doesn't cause a overdraft. We need to do something and demand our money be returned. If this dude is so intent on saving us from the ills of the government, and is a thief, he is right at home with the other losers.

Ordered 2nd Nat Cures book over phone in July after seeing informercial (already had 1st one) and emphasized that I did NOT want the newsletter. They've been charging me $5.95/mo since then...for the newsletter! I just spent 16 min on hold waiting for a call center rep, only to have her tell me someone would "review my initial order phone conversation & get back to me within 24 to 48 hours". Yeah, right! I did manage to ask what IDT stands for (that's the company name that handles the orders & newsletter subscriptions) & the rep said "International Direct TV", right before hanging up on me. Think I could find any trace of that company on the 'net? Nope. Folks, I think we have a class action suit on our hands. Anyone out there know an attorney who wants to take Kevin Trudeau & IDT to the financial cleaners?

We ordered the books through ITV, the books only, my husband specifically indicated that we did not want the newsletter. Natural cures has been billing our credit card a monthly fee of 9.95. We cannot get in touch with this company, when we call the office is closed and when we email the email is returned as undeliverable. Our credit card Visa is also of no help stating they can stop them from charging.

I watched his Natural Cures. In his story, he says he is not a doctor and stands to make any money on telling the public the cures. Well not only does he make money on the book sales, you have to subscribe to his web site to get the answers. He tell very very little in his book. Isn't that fraud?

I ordered the books for $19.95 and never received them. Then, new charges started appearing on my account from their company. I live on disability and these people are stealing the very little money i have to survive on. What a horrible person. It is a shame that this man (Kevin) is giving natural health such a bad name. What an asshole.

I've tried to cancel The Natural Cures Newsletter before it began, but can't get through with e-mail and do not have any other way of contacting this rip-off. The Kevin Trudeau books are a joke!! I'm getting charged every month for a newsletter I do not want. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau today concerning these charges and this rip-off so called company.

About three months ago I ordered Kevin Trudeau bookes on Natural Cures. I repeated myself constantly over the phone telling them I only want the bookes please do not send me there Natural Cures News Letter. They have been charging my credit card for months and I am so upset with them because I never gave them permission to do so. I think that there should be a law against people who willfully deceive the public. I just changed my credit card number to avoid them charging my credit card again. They are liars. They sent me one news letter with no number to cancel. My bank paid me twice for the dispute but these people continue to bill me for new letters that I did not purchase. I want them to be stopped. If there is anything that I can do please let me know. A wolf in sheep clothing is just what he is and the people that work for him is dishonest and disrespectful.
