The same old complaint...I do not want the newsletter...I do not want it charged to my credit card...I have tried emailing and calling...NOTHING.... for that reason I will not buy any of MR Trudeau's books...I think he may be on to something good...but if you can not be honest and straight foward in your business practises then I question his ethics in everything.. thank you

When I became a life time member, I was told that I was to receive 50 health related books. After 10 phone calls and was told that the books were in the mail. Well 2 years later I am still waiting. Alao his phone numbers do not work anymore. I can not sign on to his web site, anymore. I was only allowed to sign on 7 times. Any place selling his books should be told, not to sell them and given this web site to check it out. Kevin Trudeau SUCKS.

I made the mistake of purchasing the "Weight loss Cure" that was offered on ITV infomercial on August 28,2007. The offer was, get the "Weight loss Cure" for only 14.98 plus shipping and handling of 9.98. Plus, since I was purchasing the Weight loss Cure book that qualified me to be able to get the second and third books("more Cures Revealed and Natural Cures they don't want you to know about") for the price of shipping and handling which was 9.98 each book. I was charged 54.75 for the total books. Which is more that the total price of the books. (I was overcharged by $8.83) Also, ITV has continued to bill my credit card $9.98 every month since the first purchase and I have already over paid for the three books back in August. Please donot purchase anything from these people. They can never be reached to deal with these concerns.

i'm quite dissapointed that trudeau has given such a bad reputation to the natural health industry. i was convinced that he intended on speading the truth about natural health but i guess there were other intentions there. i've been made a fool for supporting him!!! i know that i've had a horrible experience trying to cancel my membership, to no success. it amazes me that hes not attempting to preserve a good reputation.

several years ago I answered the Natural Cures Info-mercial. I have chronic conditions and thought that it might help. It did Not Help! Since that time I have been getting junk mail called Natural Cures Newsletters fraudulently charged to my credit card without my approval. I contacted them the firts year and told them I did not want their product and to take the charges off. I have not been able contact them again as no telephone # works. I do not know how to stop this madness. We live on a small income and do not have money to throw away on trash. I never authorized these charges but cannot get them removed. Now I'm also stuck paying interest! How can this be happening and where do you go for help? I might not mind as much if the information was useful, but it is not!! It is bogus, false, information that potentially puts people at risk, by delaying authentic treatment. Where is the consumer protection???

My experience mirrors those of the others whose reportsI read on this site. I ordered this book after seeing the commercial on TV on Oct.20,'07. The book has not yet arrived, understandably. However, I have just spent 2 1/2 hrs, attempting to reach their customer service center to cancel the "free" newsletter (which I have yet to see in my e-mail) before the 30 "free" period expires and before the pending charge for the next month begins. I did reach their customer service 1-800 number and received voice mail instructions requesting my ID number or billing number, neither of which I have yet received. They did give me their 2 email address to cancel, however neither one is accessable for the service desired. It appears their "customer Service" is a misnomer and is in fact a "company service" number. I have also called my bank card service to have the newsletter charge blocked, but was told they cannot block a charge, only address a dispute to a charge after it is posted. It seems I have jumped onto the Trudeau "gerbil's wheel", and with NO EXIT! HELP!

I have been trying for days to contact natural cures by phone and e-mail with no sucess. they have hung up on me after waiting for 20 mins. to get through and was unable to cancell out their monthly issued magazine. I have bought their cleansing kit, and don't see any results other than a lot of diahrea. my main complaint is the fact that they won't let you cancell out on their books and you can not get in touch with them at all. They have forced me to close out my credit card to stop them from continuos charges.

I ordered the Weight Loss Cure book by calling 800-209-9007. Of course they try to get you to buy more product at a discount price, which I did, I oredered book 2 of Natural Cures for $9.95. They also said I would be automatically signed up for a free 30-day trial for Kevin's Newsletter in which I would go online anytime to obtain updated information and more natural cures. I said I did not want to be signed up for the newsletter. I was told that it came with the order and all I needed to do was write or call to cancel it. I was never told when the 30 days began, but now it is clear that it starts the day you place the order. After 3 weeks I received the Natural Cures book and the charge showed up on my credit card. After 6 weeks from ordering the charge for the Weight Loss book showed up on my credit card but today at 8+ weeks I have not received the book. After being disconnected from Customer Service (800-240-3417) I decided to check the internet and see what I am dealing with. I found this site and upon reading all the horrible stories, checked with my credit card company to find that there was indeed another $9.95 charged to my card this month. I am disputing the charge with my credit card companies help and am changing my credit card number so no further charges are made to it. It's a shame that this company turned out so badly because the books are very good - I just don't get why the Newsletter? Either it's extremely poor business practice or a scam. I hope my experience helps someone.

I was told I could access their website and they would send me my user name and password. This was 3 weeks ago. I have called them back repeatedly and finally was told that I would not get my user name and password by email. My email address was just used to "confirm" my order for the book. It will take longer for the book to get here (4-6 weeks) than the return policy of 30 days is. They plan to charge my card an additional $9.95 per month before the book gets here. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the State of Washington Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission <a href="http://ftc.gov" rel="external">http://ftc.gov</a> and filing complaints. Also, I would like to form a class action group to sue all the television stations for selling time to these people. I was given another number to call as well which is 800-240-3417 but while they will take your money 24x7 this office was not open today. They are only open during so called business hours but all I have gotten so far is a recording that hangs up before I could fully explain my problem. They ask for a customer ID number to cancel but they never sent it. In fact, they have not yet sent me anything as of today. I will not let this go. I may have to file a complaint with VISA if they will accept this type of complaint.

This is about Natural Cures websites "free 30 day trial". It's also a SCAM!!! I cancelled this website before the 30 day period was up and did all that was requested of me. However, I was billed the day after I cancelled. I called the 800 number (ITV), they assured me they would reverse the charge and my money would be refunded. Since that time I have been billed 3 times. I have called, emailed and everyting else to try to get this stopped. Unfortunately, I did give them my credit card info and now I am REGRETTING IT!!! As they say - nothing is FREE. I'm still fighting to get my money back. Hopefully I will succeed...

I ordered Natural Cures 4 weeks ago and was to be charged $9.95. I was charge $19.90 and now I'm getting another $9.95 charge for something. I have yet to see the product and cannot reach them by phone.

I ordered his product. 10 weeks went by and no product. I found I already owned 3 of his books so I called to cancel and get a refund. The Refund was approved , but it has never been credited to my checking account. The amount is $99.41. Now I either can't get through when I call, or They give me a phone number that is no good. As for email/customer support, the address is no good. I can't seem to get my money back and I mhave no products. I ordered in July andf on July 13 2007 the money was taken from my checking account. Still no poroducts or refund Michael []

I am 71 years old and had my daughter order the book for me. Just found out they've been charging me every month since july when the book was ordered.

I ordered the book as well. Then, I started getting telemarketing calls from 800-305-2851, 727-712-0382, and 517-933-2009. Since the book was the only thing I had ordered recently, I assumed they had sold my info, which they had. Then I came across this Web site and am glad I did. I simply called and cancelled my credit card before I started getting hit with all the charges like the rest of you have, so thanks to all of you! I guess I'll have to live with the telemarketing calls now but I have no mercy on them. They are part of the problem, not the solution so do not feel you have to be nice to them. In response to this con artist, I would like for someone to do a 'cheaters' type show where all the people who were scammed by this Trudeau guy were able to confront him. My guess is that the number of people that would show would fill a stadium.

I also ordered Kevin's books, and the cd to help stop smoking. At that time they said I had to do the newsletter, but could cancel it within 30 days. I called to cancel, and after waiting on hold for about 25 min. I talked with someone and they told me it would be cancelled. Of course I continued to be charged and kept recieving the news letter. I also never did recieve the stop smoking cd. I finally ended up just calling my credit card company to have the charge disputed, and they let me know that the charge would not be able to be put on my card again since there was a dispute. So I would suggest that if you don't want to keep being charged call your creditor to dispute it. Calling the 1-800-215-0063 # will not help you. Most of the time it will ask you for your ID # witch we have never been given, there for you don't get any where that way either!

I bought this book over a year ago, was unhappy with it's "non-information" and just found out that i've been getting hit with $9.95 charges since May 2007 for something affiliated with this book. i don't know what it's for and i didn't sign up for it and i can't cancel it because the 1-800 number is constantly changing and i can't get a person on the line. i will be taking action to this in the near future. DON'T BUY THE BOOK!

I purchased the books about 2 months ago. It was a free promotion and all I was asked to pay was shipping and hendeling. i was asked if i wanted to get the monthly news letter and began being charged $14.95 monthly. I have tried to cancel my so called monthly new letter and whatever magazines came with. I have not recieved a thing except the books. I HAVE CALLED EVERY MONTH SINCE AUGUST TO CANCELLED. I am being charge excessive bank fees because of the cancellation that never over occured. I cancelled on October 10, 2007 and actually received a person. Guess what the money is still messing up my bank account because they took it out on October 17, 2007. So yes, they are getting paid off of me and I can't reach anyone. I am a victim of this b.s scam as well. Gonna keep trying to reach another human so they can cancel this allegeded news letter subscription. Pissed!

Like so many others of you, I ordered the book from the infomercial. I got more books sent and placed on my card. I tried and tried to contact them to send back all books but was unable to connect. Also same problem. Used the phone number that came with my bank charges and sometimes it would just tell me their hours and that they were closed (when hours still open) and other times would put me on hold for 15 minutes or more with music. Seemed never ending; mostly, I could not wait all day. My bank account started being charged $9.95 per month; each month with a different code word that was mostly an abbreviation for a product. Finally, today, I waited on hold for 37 minutes and a man came on and said I was being charged for a natural cures newsletter...which I never signed up for nor received....but that he noticed I did not cancel. I told him I had been trying but making no connections or got any feedback/answers. Also had the same experience as others here when you called and the phone tree wanted code or account numbers to get you to someone and I had never been given any. One reason you cannot cancel anything you never ordered or return what you had before "deadline" is that they fix it so that is impossible. Anyway, the man today said he would cancel my last charge for the "nonexisting" newsletter and would refund the charge that came through my account today. That it would be refunded sometime before my next two statement cycles. Presume that is to keep complaints away for non refunding. No way they would take back the books I did not want...a real scam...worthless books...which I still had in the cartons...nor cancel any previous charges for this "newsletter" which does not exist, never arrived, did not order nor want...and whose name changes monthly with each charge. Yes, this is a total scam. It is bad enough the info is worthless, but the fact that the orders are upped without your permission and you are charged for things impossible to "cancel" nor speak to them about and the only refund you might get is for one measly month of some newsletter. Should be closed down but the scam probably makes too much money for ITV.

I ordered the nat books from the infomercial. Paid $44 for everything includiing a 3-5 shipping fee. When I didnt' receive the package in 3-5 days I contacted them and they stated that they don't do 3-5 days shipping. I was told to wait an additional 2 days and if didin't arrive to call back. Needless to say it didn't arrive and I found myself sending emails and waiting on the phone for twenty minutes at a time to get in touch with someone. When I did get in touch it was only to the call center who would "forward my request to the right person. Two months later my package arrived and I refused it. When I contacted them to let them know I wanted my money back they said they couldn't refund me the money for two of the books so I would only get back half of what I gave them. I am disgusted at the fact that my hard earned money has still not been returned and the fact that nobody seems to care bothers me. I later changed my banking information and was told that I would have to wait for them to send me a check which has not come yet.
