I purchased books only to realize the products mentioned for "cures" are not available in usa When I tried returning the books, i just got automated answering that put me on hold for 15 minutes and it wasn't even a 1 800 number! You are given 10 days upon receipt to call for a RA number (return authorization) I checked the tracking number on the box USPS (online) to make sure i was within the 10 days of getting an ra number Then it occurred to me I would not get anything back from these people no matter how hard I tried, because the "shipping cost" will not be returned and after looking online at their offer it says the two books are free and you are charged $19.90 for shipping....so you might as well keep the books and burn them in the fireplace, otherwise you end up making costly phone calls
and you end up shipping it back at your expense and you will get nothing.

I ordered two books, that were supposedly free with shipping and handling only. I am now receiving a three page newletter without giving my permission and am being charged $5.95 per month without no acknowledgement that I was going to be even receiving these. I would like my money reimbursd for the past 5 months that they have been automatically removing from my checking account. I will take immediated actions if all is not replaced back into my account and my name removed from their mailing list. I do not wish to receive Natural Cures newletters or to be charged for them at $5.95 each.

I order this product in hopes of losing weight. I ordered the books not internet serv, or mags. Now I am being charged for these items. I cannot get thru on the phone to cancel and the internet site is of no use. Please beware that what makes up this great weight loss are products not even available in US without a physician prescription. It is not represented truthfully. If it sounds to good to be true, trust me it is.

Yes - I too have been scamned - and I am one who never falls for anything - period - my husband says I am the "skeptic" - yet I saw Kevin on TV one Sunday morning and thought "Wow - this is great!" I called and ordered the books - got a bit uneasy when the sales person tried to sell me everything else from magazines to a trip to the Bahamas....but went through with the order. The books came and the sheet that came with the books informed me that the first month of Kevin's websit "Natural Cures" was free, but that I would AUTOMATICALLY be billed after that monthly - that is when I found this site and my worst nightmare began. I, of course tried to call and cancel the web newsletter subscription, but of course like everyone else could never get through to a person - I logged in to Natural Cures and cancelled online - but it informed me that I needed to call to confirm the cancellation - I did print the page that said I had cancelled the account. Then I noticed before my "free" first month was even up I was billed for two months on my credit card - now this month I am billed again. I tried calling again - and can not get through as usual. I called my credit card and explained the situation to them and was credited the two months of billings -but I fear the billing will continue. We will see. This guy is really bad news - and the worst of it is that his books really do not tell you much - they direct you to his website - both books repeat the same things over and over.

This morning, I saw the infomercial and called 1-800-461-6570 and ordered his weight loss book and 2 other books. I was fortunate to go online and google his name after and research him further. WOW! How foolish I was to put in my purchase. I immediately called my credit and my transaction had not gone through yet. I canceled my card (as you should too). I may have to change my email address later because of he probably will sell my name and address. I probably just exposed myself to future telephone solicitors and junk mail as well. Slimes like this should be in jail for a long time.

the first of september i order the "the weight loss cure" then i recieved this letter for me to fax it right way, to recieve the newsletter for $9.95. i never got this newsletter yes this is a scam! they took my money out my account twice, so i ask for my refund back from this men or persons and dispute it with my bank.

Approximately 30 days ago i purchased the natural cures set. I have a cd that does not work(#4). All I want is to get it replaced. I cannot find any place on the natural cures website to send this message.

10/12/2007 - Maggie writes:
I have had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered books, which I got, but then I was asked whether I wanted to subscribe to the newsletter and I said "no" and then was asked about several other subscriptions and offers. I refused all of them. I got the books, but lo and behold - I also started getting charged (and receiving)the newsletter that I refused. I have tried sending e-mails to all of the e-mail addresses on the website. I tried calling the 800 # that is listed on my credit card bill but received a recording and then was on hold with obnoxious for 10 minutes before I gave up. You will notice that conveniently they do not have any way to talk to a live person listed on their website. I plan to report this to the BBB and and any other agency that I can!!

What aggravation! Yes, today I've had to join all of you and voice my own experiences with Natural Cures, Kevin Trudeau, the books, the website, the billing, the customer service that doesn't answer - it's all true. I wouldn't have thought that such an awful scam could have made it onto national television but sadly that's just what it is - a scam. At first I was pretty excited after seeing the infomercial and was quick to order the books and then jump online and type in Kevin Trudeau. I was positively mortified when the results 'huckster' and 'scam artist' popped up. Pity I didn't go online first - I've learned my lesson! I, too, called the company right back to cancel my order but was told - no can do! I've waited over a month to receive the books... to no avail. And now today this $9.95 charge for the website comes up even though I never received any info on how to actually use my 'membership'. Thank goodness I didn't go online and start over as a new customer - they'd have double billed me! And yes, same ordeal with customer service - endless searching for contact info., no answer to my emails and no human ever answers the phone numbers that were alongside the billing on my statement. Now, I've had to file a written report with my credit card to get the charges reversed for the books and the website and will probably also have to go through the hassle of cancelling my card in order to halt this fraudulent behavior.
Terrible shame and shameful business practices. I hope Natural Cures feels the full measure of the law for their conduct.

i hve tried to cancle my order and been on hold for over an hour and this is the third time i have called. I have two charges on my credit card and want to have them removed. I am sending a letter to my credit card Company and refusing to pay the bill, i think they have the means to remove this from my card. must have had a bad day when I did this

I ordered the books, a month later my credit card was charged twice and I can't get a hold of anybody on the phone with these phone numbers because it is being modified. Also, I didn't receive the merchandise.

Pretty much the same as other have noted -- I cannot get the "Natural Cures Newsletter" re-subscription off my credit card. I've asked the NCNL twice to credit it and not do it again, but every year (yes, folks, this is the third-year-after-the-original-purchase!), it's back again. "Scam" is indeed the operative word here. And despite all these reports, one can still see KT on numerous stations at every hour of the day/night...when I come across it, I think to myself, "(sigh)...my dollars probably helped pay for this airtime."

My husband bought the book last month after seeing the infomercial on TV. We read through the book together and decided that the “protocol” is not something we choose to follow (shots? enemas? no thank you!). 28 days after we got charged for the book, a charge of $9.95 appeared on the account. We googled the 800 # on the bank statement and then Trudeau's name and realized this is a scam; my husband said "no" to all other offers, including the newsletter. We are calling the ITV 800 # today (they were closed already yesterday afternoon) to see if we can resolve this (after reading all the complaints here, I sincerely doubt it). We already contacted our bank (you have 60 days to dispute debit card charges) and if we can't get anywhere with the ITV 800 # then we are disputing the charge with the bank's help. I am ready to compose a complaint letter to my Attorney General, depending on how well the conversation with ITV goes. I am also considering contacting an attorney. This is credit card fraud!

I ordered the Trudeau book about the "things they don't want you to know about" and it is Garbage... Any person who is regularly involved in living healthy and trying new products has already received ALL of th info that's in this book. But, However, the problem I have with this guy's product is that it is a scam to get your credit info and start aggressivly telemarketing you, Not to mention DEDUCTING money from your account for a newsleter you'll never receive, OR, even wanted to begin with. Kevin Trudeau is a criminal. Go ahead and do a search of his name with the word scam. You'll find he has spent time in jail for similar underhanded dealings. DO NOT give this company your credit card number. You will never be able to cancel. I need a lawyer, any advice?

I ordered the Natural Cures book on August 21th. I was told I will take between 4 to 6 weeks to get it> is has been almost seven weeks and i have not received the books. My credit card has been charged for a product I have not even received. They also promised me the Diet book for free. Is there anything we can do about it? Lucila

I also ordered these books. Natural cures-kevin Trudeau. That was over amonth ago. Have not received. I DID GET THIS VERY WEIRD letter that was very strange. I want my money back and cancel.

10/9/2007 - Cheryl writes:
I signed up with the Natural Cures website for the 30 day free trial. I canceled after 5 days. It said I was canceled and to call the 800 number to complete my cancellation. I could never get through to them and I even tried to e-mail my concern. Well as it turned out my card was charged $112.00 and I still can't talk to anyone! Kevin Trudeau and his Natural Cures is a total scam.

I ordered Trudeau's 'Natural Cures Book' over a year ago and albeit is not what I thought it would be, I never thought to check my charge account for any future charges, etc. Tonight I just happen to check my account and found a charge for $71.00 for NOTHING! and the charge description is 'Natural Cures Book'! I would not and did not order ANOTHER book or ANYTHING else from his organization, but I've been charged $71.00!!!! How could this happen? It is definitely NOT an accident, they are scam artists and I plan to pursue all avenues to remedy this bogus charge! Talk about SNEAKY THIEVES!!!
