I ordered the weight loss book and was charged $39.90 on September 2,07 and have not received the book yet. I was asked at the time if I wanted the news letter and I said no just the book . I see they have charged my mastercard for the news letter that I have not ordered or received. I emailed them and no responce. Sounds like a scam to me

I have received the natural cures newsletter, I do not want it. I have tried calling to cancel no one ever picks up. I have sent an email to cancel, I don't know if it will happen. This guy makes a fortune by just charging your credit card over and over and never responds to your communications to cancel.

I ordered the book but did not sign up for any other offer including the newsletter. My credit card is being charged for the monthly newsletter. I have been trying to reach the company using the telephone numbers given on the credit card. One number does not go through due to "some changes are being made" the voice says. The second number asks for my telephone number then cuts me off.

I purchased this book but I never subscribed to the Newsletter. It is very hard to get a hold of a live person. I have been charged about $50.00 for a $5.90 book.

this is an update to my story of 9/10/07 in the hope that it will help another victim. CANCEL your credit card becuse even though they say they will take care of it,THEY LIE. rest assure that the next month you will see another charge on your credit card for something else that they come up with! i filled out the dispute form that your credit card sends you to dispute the charge and made sure that i told them to google in the complaints against kevin trudeau-natural cures that that was my proof as it says it all! i didnt even have to wait for them to investigate they adjusted my accout immediately after reading all the complaints for the same thing! they people dont give up. i received a news letter in the mail today (a june copy) they are in for a big surprise when they try to charge my credit card. i urge you to call the illinois lieutenant governor (p.(312)814-6679 or fax (312)814-4862. as well as lisa madigan, the illinois atterney general. this guy needs to be put out of bussiness but if all we do is complain and not do anything about it nothing will get done! but what ever you do cancel out that CREDIT CARD!

I ordered this book about a month ago, and have not received it yet, also I have made many attempts to try and get in touch with there Customer Service line to find out what is going on and they just put me on hold forever, and no one ever comes on the phone to talk to me about this matter. I'm sure I'm being charged for your Natural Cure's online service and I don't even know how to get on-line to use this service as I have never received the book I ordered and the information that was to come with it. I will be calling my Credit Card Company to put a stop on this service and also will be calling the Better Business Bureau, and the State Attorney General's office about this fraudulent scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I purchased the book Natural Cures on Aug 21, 2007 with a credit card, $19.90. Was told this includes shipping and Hdlg. I refused other offers before end of conversation. I have not received the book. I did get a letter 2 wks. ago offering other items, but I did not respond. Today a charge of $9.95 was made to my account (for what I do not know). Still no book and the only way to contact anyone is via e-mail. I am feeling very uncomfortable and have sent an e-mail asking for a refund. I no longer want the book if someone is using my account at their will.

We ordered the book approx. 2 years ago. Was a waste of money at that time, but even more of a waste of money since we have had to pay for it several times over. We at first didn't notice the charge as we were not keeping very good track of the charges against our charge card. Dumb. Then several months ago we noticed a false charge on our charge card bill. We contacted the Natural Cures company and they said it would be taken off our bill. Never happened. We contacted our bank who said it would be taken off our bill. Never was, and today the bank sent us a letter saying the charge was legitimate and we had to pay the bill. We have been fighting these charges for months. To put an end to this thievery we have decided to cancel our credit card and pay the $71.40. Lesson learned.<br />
It's hard to believe that this criminal walks freely, getting richer and richer, and has a tv station where he is aired 24/7, spouting their lies, and the FCC lets them get away with it. Pass the word - the guy and his company and everyone who works for him are common criminals.

I purchased "The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want Yoo to Know About", for about $14.99 US, and received the first 2 Natural Cures books for free. I'm not complaining about the price or charge so much as I'm complaining about the product not being exactly what it claimed. Blatent false advertising. In the informercials, he blatently lies about what's in the books. First off, the 'cures' in the first 2 books include things like, stay away from sugar if you want to loose weight, use Sweetener. Helpful stuff like that. The Weight Loss Cure book was the worst, though. In the informercial he tells you that there's no diet, no need to exercise, and he'll tell you where to find the stuff you need, I think he might have called it a supliment, or something like that. 99% of the book is a giant advertisement for itself, and what sounds like a drunken persons ramblings. Think of writing a novel, praising your coffee table. There's going to be a bit of filler. Oh, the 'cure' is on page 93, I believe 93/98, somewhere in there if anyone's interested. If you're going to pick it up, though, I'd recommed the department store, instead of online, so you can see if it's really what you're after. The 'cure' involves a wierd diet, consisting of about 300 calories-ish a day, and eating things like a cup of organic black coffee for breakfast the first day, and then 3 'I've never heard of them before' organic beans for lunch, and a wierd combination of about 5 calories of organic something else for dinner, that you would have probably never heard of, let alone know where to get. Oh, and the kicker, the cure also involves a daily injection. You will need to get a prescription from your doctor, get the powder and serum, mix and inject immediately, and do this daily. You can't use make-up, moisturizers, probably certain shampoos or toothpaste. Oh, and the injection you're not likely to get, as it's wierd, for one - he describes in this section exactly what it is, and is admitably deemed unsafe by the FDA for weightloss purposes. I have also read that "They" are the courts. Apparently, he was in some trouble for selling products that he claimed did something they did not, when in fact he was making it up as he goes. Apparently, his way around this was to write books, and not mention specific procucts or brand names. He's sketchy. Too bad I didn't read more in to it before I bought it. lol

I bought this book at [] a couple of years ago, and the book was just another commercial. He admits he is not a health care professional, and rants on and on about how evil the pharmaceutical industry is. Yes, I agree they are not for charity, but neither is Kevin Trudeau. After reading the endless rants and finally get to the "cures" section, it says to visit some web site, pay more money, and you will be revealed some secret. Like anything else that makes ridiculous claims, one has to read between the lines and be skeptical. It will get you a long way.

I just called them up and ordered only the 2 "free" books for $9.95 shipping cost for each of them; plus I added $10 for quick shipping -- they should not charge my CC more than one time and a max. of almost $30. Anyways I tried to call them just 10 minutes later - on the same number I called to make the order (1-800-398-5561) - to cancel the order. But the representative (her name is Elizabeth) was very rude to me and she mentioned "...once the order is placed, there is no way for her to stop the order process." She was even not able to see the order details. According to her only the person who took the order is able to track the order...! I wonder whether I should directly go to my bank or call directly my CC and cancel the transaction. Would that help? I don't mind if they charge me ($30) but as I read also this experience from all of you...I want to prevent that I get any unfair charges. Please help!! Any suggestions/recommendations?

I cancelled Kevin Trudeau's Natrual Cures News Letter in July 2006 and was to be refunded 71.40 after many, many, many attempts I have yet to receive my refund. Oh!, but the newsletters stopped they knew how to get that right. My latest attempt was on Thursday, Sept 13th,2007 and that I would get a called back. Well, guess what as usual I didn't!

I ordered 2 books over the phone and did actually received them. Unfortunately I have also been receiving a Newsletter which I specifically told them I didn't want. It has been coming for 2 years now and it appears that I have been charged $71.40 each year for the subscription. At one point I actually got someone on the phone who said they would cancel my subscription and credit my account, but that they didn't have a cancellation number to give me. The newsletter appeared to stop coming, but then it started up again and I found another charge on my credit card. I've tried to contact them again, but have either been put on hold forever or gotten an "all circuits are busy" message. I've spoken to my credit card co., but they can't do anything unless I have specific information regarding when I ordered the item, when I told them to cancell the subscription, the cancellation number and who I spoke to. My answer is: I never ordered the item/never gave them authorization to charge my credit card/don't have a record of when I got through to someone/didn't get a cancellation number and now I am sc#@$ed.

I placed an order for only one of Kevin's natural cures for weight loss. When I received my order there were two books enclosed. The customer service rep who took my order spoke broken English, therefore I repeated myself continously making sure she had my order correct. I returnd the books within one week back in June 2007. Within 60-90days I've yet to receive my refund of 54.90. My credit card stmt is drawing interest daily from these books. I've to learned a valuable lesson about informericals. I want my refund asap. someone please help me.

I heard a commercial on the radio for "Natural Cures" - called for the "act now" price which was free. I actually got the book fairly quickly and was charged 9.95. At the time I purchased they were having a "Savers Club" special I was very reluctant and the salesperson was very pushy so I got a phone number to cancel soon after my membership, signing up got me a 25.00 gas card and a 25.00 target gift card. They told me I had 14 days from the phone call to cancel and that I would receive a letter with more info about the program and that letter would have info regarding cancelling the program. The letter arrived after the 14 day cancellation period and I tried to explain that and it was the "postal systems fault"- total scam. So I cancelled, but my bank account is still being charged by 4 different savers clubs and I'm trying to reach these people and it's and absolut nightmare-14.95 here 16.95 there-I can't believe these people can get away with this. Hope this help people out there-Thanks.
