I ordered the books on Aug,17.I paid extra for shipping in 3 to 5 days. I got the books on Sept 11, after I called the order number again and told them I was going to my bank to file fraud papers.I have not seen the books yet , I was told they were in by my daughter.
I spent several phone calls to customer satisfaction over a two week period and never got a person. I think it is a phone line only.Fraud!
After reading the complaints I should be happy I got the books in 4 weeks instead of 4 days. They came UPS and was told they would come USPS. I was very vunerable at the time I ordered the books. Gaining weight by the day with no reason for it and no help from my doctors. I had also gotten sick and there were no answers for me. I had seen the doctor that day and came home just depleted of any hope. I looked up Kevin on the net when I could not get through on the customer satisfaction line and found I was purchasing from a criminal. I should be smarter.

I ordered this product several months ago. I called to check on status and to cancel the weight loss newsletter and was on hold for 23 minutes. When someone finally answered I informed them that I was recording the conversation. They immediately put me on hold. When the guy came back on he told me that it was illegal to record a conversation and that this call was being terminated. He hung up the call.

I recently purchased Kevin's latest book on weight loss and Dr. Simeons' protocol (at Chapters, none-the-less!). Finally, after having read two other of his books on natural cures 'they' don't tell you about, I now realize that this guy (Kevin) is no better than the food and drug companies he is so fixated on exposing to the public!! ... but, who is saving US against the 'Kevinmeister' -- who continues to 'lead us down the garden path'??? Total frustration -- no valid phone numbers to call for answers or guidance; he is totally not available (and, please, don't make excuses for him!!) He expects us to believe that he is helping the public by 'squacking' on corporations and large entities, but... Kevin is no better than those he criticises!!Furthermoe, Kevinmeister is benefitting (big time) from his so-called whistle-blowing. I believe it's time we, the public, started BLOWING THE WHISTLE on Monsieur Kevin Trudeau -- big time!!! I will start by phoning Chapters here in Toronto, Canada to start the 'ball' rolling. Three cheers for whistle-blowers about the Kevinmeister!! Hip, Hip, Hurrah! Hip, Hip, Hurrah! Hip, Hip, Hurrah! Sincerely. Ernestine Still An overweight contender

I called and ordered this product for my mother. The total amount I was debited was $69.70. I paid for rush delivery and it has now been 17 days since the order was placed and my account was debited and I still have not received the product/literature. I called the order number to find out what was going on with my order and I was told that they only take orders and I would have to contact customer service @ 1-800-240-3417, I did and was on hold for over 1-1/2 hours. This is a rip off and I am out of almost $70.00. How is this guy able to still be on TV ripping people off? DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Recieved the books, shipped to Canada... shipping totals ran over 75 $. Now my Visa is charged additional fees every months without my concent. Company is called and you can't talk to anyone. Bank says they cannot stop the charges from going through. One total scam artist riding on the banks tails.

I initially ordered this product at the end July, I paid the additional $9.95 for my order to arrive in 5 days. My order has yet to arrive and I am being put on hold for hours at a time. I am yet to receive a phone call or email back from them to explain themselves, please check with the Better Business Bureau before placing an order.

i also ordered kevin trudeaus 2 books --natural cures--What a joke! i was billed $19.90 for them. but then the next month i was billed again!and the next month after that i was also billed for a bogus $9.95. if u are lucky enough to get threw to them they said it would be a whole billing cycle before they could refund my money.i asked to speak to a supervisor and got her voice mail and asked her to call me back.( i guess u know that didnt happen)why should i have to wait for their billing cycle to get my card refunded. this is a scam, once they have your credit card # you are stuck. every month u will see a new charge while they continue to use your money! when u call their phone # they keep saying the lines are being modified.so i found that if u call them and pretend that u want to place an order that u have no problem getting threw to them. maybe that if we kept their lines for placing an order busy they will get their customer complaint line modified a lot faster. lol i have filied a complaint with the illinois attorney general and the ftc. i have had to cancel my credit card to stop this.

This is a real scam – I don’t usually fall for scams, but I figured ….It’s a book. How much of a scam could it be ? Boy, Was I Wrong ! I didn’t expect that this book would be a cure-all. But I did expect to get (at least) a few suggestions on Natural Cures – as the book title suggests. This Book provides absolutely NO information. - When I called to order, I was barraged with sales pitches, for other products. - When the book did arrive, there is NO information at all. - You will be automatically billed every month for a subscription to his newsletter. - The newsletter is a few Xeroxed paged of crap – that tells you that you must pay for website access (to his site) to find out what the cure is. A complete Scam !
He should be in Prison – Not making millions!

My story sounds similar, I bought the set of books from the infomercial and paid 34.90 with my credit card. The next month they took $9.95 I contacted them to stop they said it was for Natural Cures Newsletter and web site which I did not ask for. They did not stop. They keep taking money from my checking account for 9 months now & I cannot get ahold of them to give me a refund and I am not getting any newsletter.

Well, my story is similar to all the other stories I am reading! I also ordered the book over two weeks ago and have had my checking account drafted $54.00 - I only ordered 1 book and paid $14.95 for express shipping. Of course the book DID NOT arrive three days later. Know I am concerned about all of the charges that will be drafted from my checking account in the future. I agree with the lady that suggested a CLASS ACTION SUIT. If this happens, I would love to be contacted. At this point all I can do is to contact my bank and have any future drafts stopped and hope I don't end up like the lady that had over $300.00 in charges!

I wish I had seen this and other websites before ordering the books. A few months ago I ordered the two books for my son. Once he got them I didn't think anythng else about it although I was a little skeptical because of the way they try so hard upon ordering to get you to agree to everything else. I have never read either of them. And after reading other peoples stories I don't want to waste any time with reading them. What infuriates me more than anything is noticing a charge to my bank account three months later. After much research to find a valid phone number the guy on the other end was rude. I told him I was filing fraudulent charges against the company and contacting the better business bureau in their state. He was talking so fast I couldn't understand what he was saying and he really didn't care what I had to say. When I called the bank I found out I had been charged $5.95 three times for something I never ordered. If this doesn't resolve my problem I will change banks. I too want others to be aware of these scams out there. And I am angry that they have a spot on tv to seduce other victims just because they have money. I hope our comments help others from making the same mistake.

The Natural Cures Website service is absolutely a joke. The customer service is the worst I've seen. They don't respond to e-mails and if your lucky enough to find a phone number you will never get through to anyone. I was prompted to use the "Free 7 day Trial" and it asked for my credit card information. I sent an e-mail back in March 2007 cancelling this service (since his website provides absolutely no 800 number to contact). My credit card has been charged the $9.95 since May. My credit card company tried contacting the 800 on my billing statement and they were unable to get through. Don't bother with his "over the top" ideas - he's busy trying to get you to buy items from various websites. The customer service through this company is horrible, don't waste your money.

I ordered the 2 Natural Cures Book which i haven't recieved yet, which is ok, because it hasn't been 4 to 6 weeks as they stated for regular delivery, however, now I am seeing a $9.95 charge which from what I understand is from a weekly newsletter subscription which I never ordered. I have called to cancel on there infamous 800 numbers, which I understand from other complaints is always being modified, for years now. I have sent them an email canceling anything and everything, and they even sent me back a ticket number, yet as soon as they did they stole the money from my account. Now I have to call my Bank and get my Card Number Changed and I have also sent a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. Everyone should do the same as the FTC has ongoing Lawsuits with this Company.

i too keep getting a 5.95 charge to my cc.the 800 number says its being modified.i never authorized to be a member.what a scam! i just read on this site to notify the FTC(thanks for that info lenny)

My wife ordered this magic bullet becasue he was such a smooth talker. When I ran into continued problems with getting credits applied, I just decided to report my card as lost of stolen. No more charges. If you feel the urge to buy this or something like it, use a card which has a controlled amount, like a prepaid visa or mastercard. That way, at least you won't be getting ripped off too badly.

Last month I ordered Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cure books for shipping charges. $9.95 for each book and another $9.95 for express delivery. (Total $29.85) The charges have been deducted from my debit card, but I never received the books. I've tried calling different 800 numbers I found on the web, but no one is of any help and exceptionally rude customer service. I feel so scammed as last month I was diagnosed with a potentially fatal virus and when I saw the infomercial I just had a bit of hope. He appeared legit to me. Every day I would come home from work hoping the books would be at my doorstep, but nothing. After researching Kevin Trudeau I have found him to be a dishonest man. I work very hard to make ends meet and at the end of September when I will most likely begin chemo, my income will decrease. As I have found on the internet, hundreds of people have written in to say how they've been scammed by Kevin Trudeau, and I'm sure there are thousands more who haven't bothered to post their comments. If the feds can set up a sting operation to find out who wants to have gay sex in a men's room when most people don't even care, why don't they go after a man as cruel and harmful as Kevin Trudeau? He needs to be accountable for his horrible actions, and suffer the consequences for his behavior. Perhaps behind bars with someone busted in a men's room?

I work as a nurse in a maxium security prison. I am no stranger to a con, but I have to say I got took by this scam. I ordered the Natural cure book about 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it or the 2 free books. I even paid an extra $9.95 to get them here in 3 days. I would like to know what I can do about this. The charges are on my card, but the books have not arrived yet. I can not find the # I called to order them. I not only blame him but I blame the TV network that allows him to advertise his lies. It make sick to think the hard working American has to worry about getting scammed, when we have soldiers fighting for the freedom he is taking advantage of.If anyone can give me some direction as to what to do please email me .

This book is a joke!!! I saw him on tv and i got sucked in to what he was saying, so guess what...I ordered that stupid book!!! I got it in the mail and could not wait to open it...boy was that a joke! I really thought I was going to learn something, after all, he sure did sound like he knew what he was talking about. All I have to say is that book is a waste of good money! To anyone out there...don't buy any of his books! And the company...well I just happend to cancel my debit card in just enough time...or I would have charges for a news letter...what a waste of money and time....

I too fell for the informercial and bought all 3 books. 1 which was full price and the other 2 were supposed to be free. Well I know from the bill that none of it was free. I too said no to everything and I have been billed 9.95 for what I don't know but I am assuming a website login or Newsletter. I believe that these books do not contain good information and that he is mostly just trying to "tell" on large corporations. I just found these charges a few days ago and did the "cancel" form on the website. However judging by what I am reading I would say I am just going to have to cancel my card and get new numbers. I also have been called and lied to by too many soliciters. This last one was too much. He said he was just doing a survey ! Anyway thank-you so much to everyone who posted info. If I had not read all this I may have just kept trying to cancel and not get answers and keep being billed. Sounds to me like they keep billing you and promising to cancel to keep you from reporting it until there its too late. After 90 days I don't think the card companies will investigate a fraud complaint. So thank-you for saving me a lot of money and letting me know so I can stop this early !!!.

Called and ordered the book, in the mean time, I looked up information about it and realized it was a scam! I refused the book when it was delivered, the company said it will take 30 to 45 days to credit my account for the book. Meanwhile, they are charging my account 9.95 for a newsletter that I never even received!!
