We also order the book off of the Infomercial. We never received the book ordered, and we, as well as others, stated we did not want the newsletter but every month our credit card is billed, newsletter is received. We too have tried calling, emailed monthly asking that this be cancelled to on avail!

I too made the mistake to order the Natural Cures books from an infomercial. The representative asked if i wanted the newsletter and i said no. Then the next month i looked on my credit card bill and there was a charge of $5.00 on it. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and no one answeres the phone or responds to emails. I tried to cancel my credit card but the bank wont stop the billing because they say i have an agreement with them and wont stop the billing. I have no recourse. There is no way to get rid of the monthly $5 charge. Dont ever buy anything from Natural Cures!!!!! and dont give them your credit card number. You will never be able to get rid of them.

This book is a scam. I'm surprised how they can write so much about nothing. The book has a whole section on how drinking water is important. DUH! Kevin claims the FDA, medicine companies, & doctors are just after your money and says to not trust them, yet he claims some of the doctors gave him the cures. Now he has a 2nd book with more cures. I thought he gave us all the cures in the first book but I guess not. When I see him on tv I get so angry. "I know a doctors who have found cures for cancer, but were threaten by the FDA because it will put the pharmaceutical companies out of buisness" BULLSH*T Now he has weight lost scams on tv. Don't by any of his products. He keeps saying to people to trust him because he doesnt have a medical degree. OK...this doesnt make any sense. K I hope he goes to jail.

Ordered the "weight Loss Cures" on 3/13/07. Found unsatisfactory. Returned with proper ID May 15, 2007 arrival confirmed. Waited the expected billing cycle...still waiting, today's date 08/07/07, this is the 3rd time customer service has promised to forward to finance for refund payment. I really believe this man Trudeau is a scam artist. I will continue to call and inquire about my refund, and hopefully be a smarter person, check on the website....before I order anything from a infomercial again. Thank you for your site, just wish I would have visited sooner. Katherine O. 08/07/07

I ordered a book that was advertised as being free. I also ordered another book and charged it on my credit card. After reviewing the books, I realized that they kept saying the same thing over & over. There was nothing new in a 2nd or 3rd book. Also, you would have to be put on a completely new planet in order to do what he suggest you do. I think this is a big scam to get your credit card number. I called ITV and told them I was not satisfied with the book. I was directed to send the book back with a routing number, which I had to pay for. I sent it on July 19, 2007, the charge is still on my credit card statement. Not only that, I was told the book that I was paying for was 29.00. ITV charged my credit card with 49.85. Now when I call the 1-800-327-2768, I get a message that something is wrong with their system. In other words, they do not let you call to tell them to return your money back. They are a SCAM from the git go. I am very unhappy about this. Where can I call to get their attention?????

I also stupidly ordered the Natural Cures book, paid for it, and on reading it found it to be totally useless, and nothing more than a long list of websites to look up and expensive remedies to order. I returned the book, and after more than 3 months, am still waiting for my refund. Whenever I call them, they tell me it's in the process. Most of the time I have to wait for many minutes while listening to sappy music, and then finally give up. This man should be banned from the media. He's a total fraud and opportunist. If anyone has an idea about how to go about putting him out of business, go to it!

I ordered the book by Kevin Trudeau "More Natural Cures revealed on 7/19/07 and I have not received the book yet. The book was ordered after I saw his infomercial. I contacted customer service at 1-800-397-2480 in which they told me to call 1-800-240-3417 which they claim handles all business problem. While holding on the line for one of their reprsentatives I notice that there was a beep within every few seconds. Later on I found out that I was being charge for the call in which this number 1-800-240-3417 was suppose to be toll free. Right now I have a dispute going.

In December 2006 I ordered two "free" copies of Kevin Trudeau's natural cure books. I declined all other offers such as other books, e-newsletters etc. I have been getting a charge of US$9.95 a month on my credit card ever since. I have been getting no response from ITVdirect marketing on this matter. My advice? Don't purchase items from this company.

I purchased Trudeau's book about a year ago and read it carefully. This book is simply nonsense. It is filled with almost nothing but misinformation, (dangerous) half-truths and in many cases complete inaccuracy. The problem here is that Trudeau is marketing (or attempting to market) to medically uninformed people in questionable health, who don't understand all or most of the issues involved the wild claims he makes. For example: Trudeau claims that cancer cures are being suppressed. Believing this and following Trudeau's idiotic advice can lead people to delay or forgo genuine treatment who might be otherwise be saved if they get treated properly in time. Trudeau claims there is a simple "natural" cure for Diabetes that is being suppressed by the evil "Pharmacutical Industry" because it can't be patented (or some other nutso reason). No such cure exists period. Trudeau is simply misusing the (medically) well known fact that in many cases Diabetes can frequently be brought under control with diet (and exercise). Metabolic Physicians and Endogrinologists spend their careers treating and researching this disease. Trudeau would have you believe that thousands upon thousands of doctors are so grossly corrupt (by the evil pharmaceutal industry) they intentionally aid in this "conspiracy" to suppress the "cure" and watch their patients lose legs, experience kidney and other organ failure, so they can maintain their diabetic practices? There is virtually nothing worthwhile in the entire book. Trudeau should be ashamed of himself. The are scams and there are scams. This is the lowest of the low.

I ordered the three books currently being offered, plus extra DVD for a friend, and with shipping my fees came to $94.70. I put it, foolishly, on my debit charge card because no cc had that high of a limit. I was told it would take 3-4 days to process, and my order..with Priority Mail..would arrive in 5-9days. Well, the next morning I found the $94.70 already charged on my bank account, before I could even deposit more to be sure other checks due would be covered. Yes, I lost $105 to NSF within two days..which I'll never get back. The books didn't come until ll days later..and I asked the UPS man to return them unaccepted. However, I got no kind of receipt, so I don't know if the box was truly returned. It's been 8 days since the return and no credit has appeared on my account, no one has contacted me about the order, and I tried 6 times to get through to the cancellation phone #...with "holds"each time. I also didn't like being told that I now qualified for magazines, trips, etc., which I assume are ways K.T. makes extra income from giving my data to others who keep you on the phone and promise stuff you really don't want! When I order things, I want what I order, NOT ten other things pushed at me to buy or approve! I don't trust this group now, so I don't even care to see if his books are really sold at reputible booksellers in town.

They said they would give me an email verification letter.. never got one so I knew they had scammed me. Who do I report something like this to?

The book is great that I bought from []..But I ordered 2 more from the infomercial on 6-13-07..It is 7-27-07. I have not recieved them yet. Also another charge for $5.95 was charged to my card on 7-13-07. I am pissed of now! I did not authorize any other charges..Yes they did try to sell me more crap but I said NO!! You should be ashamed Trudeau..You need to do something about this because this is a horrible way of business. You help people, but hurt them @ the same time!

DO NOT ORDER ANTHING FROM KEVIN TRUDEAU OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT ASSOCIATED WITH HIM.I order the two natural cures books and the weight lost book. They never reach. When I called their help line to get a tracking number that was promised I got the run around. First they said they don’t have that information and then I inquired that they have to it if it was shipped using a postal company. Finally I got the tracking number, however the UPS agents said there was no shipment in my name and the number is bogus. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from KEVIN TRUDEAU

My Credit card was charged on June 13th, '07 for 2 books off the TV..It was to pay the shipping only.. Then another charge on July 13th for $5.95...I did not authorize this at all. I guess they casually signed me up for the newsletter...I called my credit card company..These charges are now in dispute..If the books do show up I will refuse them. I am disappointed & upset. This should not continue to happen.. The credit card companies should be made aware of this crime..

I also ordered the books months ago, and to date all I have is a living room full of magazines!!!! This is just deplorable to realize that with all the modern technology we have going on that this "simple" scam business thrives like a bonifide business without any government interference stepping in and saying.. "enough is enough, the american public doen not deserve this"!!!!! Does anyone know how a class-action suit can be brought upon him??? I'm in!

I purchased the first book of natural cures by kevin trudeau. Although much of what he says I find to be true of the FDA and the pharmeceutical companies, I personally feel that kevin trudeaus actions are just, maybe even more culpable of deception than those of whom he speaks against. For the facts his book talks in circles, references basically no explicit knowledge of cures without admission (with fees) to websites. Yes, I joined his website. repeated attempts to cancel, repeated charges on my card, then an apology from them giving me free access to the website. Once shame on them, twice shame on me. I have been an avid believer and consumer of natural cures. I do much research on alot of topics. I find them very interesting. I will not do anymore business with trudeau, I go to [], and unlike trudeau, I might add, with much success. shame on you trudeau!

I ordered Kevins diet cure and natural cures.I had it sent express 3to 5 days it took two weeks.I could not believe what a joke theses books were.I think its time to put a stop to his lies. The diet cure is the real joke. You would have to be rich and spend alot of time at the doctors office getting injections which most doctors won"t do.you can only eat organic foods. He says it not a diet sounds like one to me .

I too fell for Kevin Trudeau's scam informercial/interview. Looking back, it did make one think that it is possible that the FDA and major Pharmaceutical companies could be blocking us from knowing certain information or possible cures, all for the almighty dollar. I, along with a friend, called to get his free books. We both were asked throughout the calls if we wanted to purchase other products. I opted for the quit smoking CD. I should've known that everything that was spoken of in the infomercial was a scam. You may be asking, "If the books are free, then how can there be a scam." Now that I know the answer, let me share it with you. He's giving away this book for free, filled with all these wonderful remedies and cures, for products he wants you to buy from him and his [] web site. I found another site that sells the same exact stuff that he offers at half the price, which is good because none of his cure/remedies that I have tried actually work. Better I lose half the money on a crappy scam then pay him more then I already have. One would think that with all the information out there via the Internet and news, that we could spot a con a mile away. But like most cons, they adapt to the environment. I love the fact that in his book under each heading he writes "Consult with an alternative practitioner and for more information go to Find A Cure at []" When you order the book you are told that you will get a 30 day free trial of his web site. I have yet to be able to login to it. I've called there customer service several times and been given bogus login passwords. Now 30 days later, they have told me my trial has expired and that I need to pay $9.95 a month to access the site. If I wasn't able to view it for free, then why in the hell would I risk giving a credit card to get in? Just another scam. Finally, rest assured I did try one of his remedy/cures without doing the proper research. What a horrible and very painful mistake. I was diagnosed with a guaranteed death sentence 12 years ago. The fact that I'm still here surprises many. I started out having sores on my body and that was when I saw Kevin's infomercial. I was taking medication for the sores and figured if this is the cure all, it would save me a lot of money. One pill I take cost $14.00 per pill, so you can imagine that if there is a cheaper, guaranteed cure all out there, one would try it. I did and not only did it not work, it made the problem far worse than it ever has been. The product I'm speaking of is DMSO, which Kevin touts as being a cure for many ailments. However, after using this along with another product recommended, the symptoms got worse and it cost me twice as much for the pills that I had to take to fix the problem because my doctor had to prescribe a higher dosage. I hope this man sleeps sound in his million dollar home, knowing he's actually killing people with his lies. I wish him no harm, but do hope the Government closes this loop hole he uses to spill out his scams and rake in his cash. Sleep tight Kevin, for the day will come when you will not be able to scam your way when you meet your maker.

I recently ordered this product at the beggining of July 2007 it was through that stupid infomercial ITV. I place the order online. It asked me do I want to get it back in 3-5 days I said no I did the regular way where I get it back in two weeks. Two weeks has come and gone. Still no books what a rip off that Kevin Trudeau guy should be back in jail for scamming. I do not work to give away money. Anyway the book was suppose to just be the shipping charge of 19.99 and I would get both of his books and diet book along with newsletter. As soon as I click the submit button It said my card would be charged 39.95. I knew then that this is a scam. Reading these stories ensure me that I am not crazy with my assumptions including not receiving my products. I am with who ever want to file a class action suit. This is robbery I fill like I just got raped or robbed. This is how violated I feel.

Hello. I ordered this for a family member and was advised 14.95 plus shipping and low and behold had $44.80 charge on my account and tried to call and cancel and was finally directed to a GOOD number 800-240-3417 talked to Matt informed of the incorrect charge and he told me my info was not in to process the order and I ask well why was my account hit up for the money so he advised me to call back and he would issued my credit so I am calling back today to MATT his direct line #800-287-0974 ext-3555. I will see if he answers and then let you guys know if I receive credit. I also have to call the other numbers for the news letter cancellation and the magazine cancellation. I hope I get lucky and then I am cancelling my card for my bank account and ordering a new one then NEVER NEVER order anything from TV or with my bank card EVER again. This is the worst mistake I have ever made and just hope I do not have to close my bank account and re-open another one. GOOD LUCK to everyone that was scammed by this sorry sorry SOB of a man as he calls himself.
