Same story as everyone else regarding this Kevin Trudeau crook. We ordered "Natural Cures..." in October of 2006...Was quoted a price of $39.90, but was charged $49.85 and NEVER RECEIVED the book...After many calls, I finally spoke to someone and they said that they were showing in their "system" that I'd ordered a weight loss program (WRONG)...Funny that never showed up either. Anyway, they couldn't do anything and told me to fax their "Billing Dept." (978-922-2950 if you want to try) which I have done many times to no avail. Looks like this jerk took a lot of folks money and ran.

I keep getting charged $39.95 from a site called yulecs.com.They have charged me twice and I don't have the money for them to keep doing this.I don't even know what it is for.I went to yulecs trading and they said I needed to cancel my membership, but they ask for my username and password.Which I don't know what it is,because I don't know what they are charging me for.I have tried contacting them by phone and you can't even get through to a line.I have emailed them several times and no response from them.I don't have the money in my account for them to charge me for this month, because I have been sick. What can I do to keep this from happening? Please let me know asap before they charge me again and is there anyway I can get my money back.Any information you can give me about this good be appreciated.Thank You.

Order book over the telephone. Specifially told the operator that I did not want a membership or newsletters, but I recieve newsletters and my card is billed every month for them. I tried to cancel per the instructions on his websitre, but when you click the link that is supposed to take you to an email for cancellation...the link is not working. I can not find a phone number to call them. I suffered financial devistation resulting from a fire I had in my home, I have not been working, and I have had no money and lost my home, I can barely eat, let alone pay for a newsletter I do not want. The charge to my account has cost me upwards of $400.00 because thier fee caused an overdraft in my account. Not once, but twice!

I fell for it! It sounded so good on t.v. They had the answer to all my problems right there in that 'miracle' book! Year, right!!! As the previous reports have said, there is nothing and I mean NOTHING in the book that will help with anything. All it does is tell how he has all the secrets and answers but he's not going to give them to you! He keeps saying how the government is out to get you and how doctors don't want you to get well. Duh!!! Like that's a big secret! Everyone know that drs don't want to cure you because then they would be out of business. You have to watch your credit card bill because next thing you know, you are being charged for some whey protein that you can buy at a healthfood store for a fraction of the price and some kind of newspaper that looks as if it was printed off a home computer. I was able to get both cancelled and credited back to my card. Good Luck on getting your money back!!! God Bless!

1st of all the Phone # given by Cody to contact and cancel is really an 888 number for a retirement village company??? The Women told me that they have many so called 800 numbers but on my phone it came back as 888. Well Cody what's the gig man? Are you ripping us off too! Well I have not received the book yet, but paid extra to get it in 3-5 days. It's a no show! When ordered the woman on the phone just signed me up for the website whith waiting for my reply before she transfered me to some other bullshit. They tried to sell me 5 or 6 different things. I know better but the hype got the best of me. I thought more info would be better. Fron the sounds of it he lies repeatedly on his commerical about almost everything. Just a modern day Snake Oil Salesmen selling on peoples weakness and dreams. If there is a class action suit against this guy I'm in, sign me up!

Greetings fellow victims, I also oredered thebooks as wellas got a free one week subscription to the website and newsletters-which I have not received. I have been billed for a few months now even after trying to contact via email to cancel-andlike you all, no response. I finally just today got a phone number I found next to the charge when i checked my account onlne. I did have to hold for a bit but finall got an operator who I let have it about the charges. The said they would cancel it and refund the $5.95 that was just billed. Here is the # in case someone else wants to try:1-800-282-4074. I didn't punch in any numbers, just waited for an operator. Hope this is of benefit!

I ordered the books as advertised and accepted Only the Newsletter subscription with freedom to Cancel it within 30 days. I did cancel it, but they charged my account $5.95 a month for six months. The entire six months I was emailing and calling the ITV Direct Co and Trudeau's contacts, all to No avail, No returned responses. So I called the number as before by ITV Direct, with the automated line, and went throught the Order path to get a living person to talk to. She eventually went through the account and said I would have my full Six months refund, but within 30 days. I gave about two months to see the refund, and it never came in. So I emailed them again, but they diddn't respond for weeks and when they did it was not directly to me like they even read my email at all, it was they said to clean out their old emails and did I still need their assistance. We went back and forth for weeks, they said they did see that three were refunded back on dates that we were going back and forth about my account info. I responed, No, it's not three but six and they have already processed on the phone this Six and the 30 days is twice expired for it to arrive. After more email tag, they Finally came to say they were processing 5 months of refunds and those would of course be up to 30 days to be received. I said No again, it is 6 refunds, but thought to wait and see if I even got the 5. Now it is Over 5 weeks and still nothing received. Does anyone know a Lawyer who would love to make these Companies suffer the consequences of incompetent/illegal business practices.

I bought this stupid book thinking I'd find a fact or two- I bought both the original natural cures, and the 'more' natural cures revealed books. They are full of instructions on what to do, but never why. He spends pages droning on about how 'food has energy' [page 267] (no shit, stupid), and how politicians care nothing for you (he spends the entire chapter titled 'not convinced?' naming names). What is not in the book is any reason to try any of his 'cures'. The book is also typically full of brand name product drops and lists of people that Trudeau thinks he is better than (Pg 453 discusses how his dumb ass sued the FTC and he is now king of the known universe). DON'T BUY THIS FOR ANY REASON! ~ANY free brochure in a food co-op or health food store will teach you more about what your body needs... honestly! Save your money!

I fell for the infomercial on the radio and ordered his second book. Said you only had to pay shipping...Shipping of $10 was charged to me but never received the book. Live and learn.

6/29/2007 - Heidi writes:
aside from the conspiracy theories and incessant bitching, the info i recieved from the book/newsletters/etc is nothing new really-- you can find those "cures" on several free sites on the internet as well as local health food stores. what freaks me out is not just the fact that this company comes up with a multitude of extra charges but the way in which it does so. if you have purchased any product from this company, within a couple of months you will recieve a mysterious invitation to join a secret society called NOUVEAU TECH. it claims to be a group for special, very important and famous people and declares to provide life-altering benefits for its members. its just really really creepy. i only realized the link after doing some research online. sorry to ruin it, but dont let that letter make you feel special-- its just a sick and twisted continuation of the same scam.

I thought about ordering this book, but I decided to read some reviews first, all of which said the book had interesting info about the drug companies, but offered very few cures. This book is marketed as some sort of encyclopedia of natural cures, but it's just a rant about the government. I agree that the FDA and the drug companies are full of crap, but so is Kevin Trudeau. He has no medical background, and has participated in many scams over the years. There was a TV special on him a while back, on 20/20 or a similar show. He is a convicted felon. I'm sure there are natural cures for many diseases, but he doesn't give you a list of them! Think about it. If he was reall the concerned researcher with a heart of gold furious at the "greedy" drug companies, wouldn't he offer these cures for little or no money? People are DYING of disease...yet he still wants to make a huge profit...sounds like he should be working for the companies he bashes... Anyway, if you want to read about the FDA and drug company greed, buy the book (from a bookstore, NOT the infomercial), but if you're looking for real info on the natural cures, this book is a waste of time.

I ordered two books in which I was only to pay the shipping and handling and i did pay 19.99 for the shipping and handling. I recommend no one to purchase this item do to it being a scam. I never recieved my books.

I purchased Kevin's book over the phone on October of 2005. The telemarketer was deceptive and she kept trying to persuade me to purchase the "informative newsletters". I had to become very stern and tell her to just send me the book and only the book! I was physically sick at the time being a survivor of Hurricane Katrina two months prior. I thought this book would have natural remedies to help me deal with my sickness instead of becoming dependent on prescription drugs. When the book arrived and I began to read it I was extremely pissed off. This fake mentioned every healthcare problem on earth, yet he mentions not one understandable cure for any of them. Kevin spoke about conspiracies throughout the book. Well here is what I think of you. You state that your website will lead us to "the best" Doctors, "the best" Health Food Stores, Your newsletters is "the best" source of information. Kevin, you are just like the pharmacutical companies. Your paid under the table too. I pray that you or nobody you loves get sick, for if they read any of your books they will surely die.

My husband purchased this book for me, knowing that I am very interested in avoiding unnecessary medical procedures & drugs. Fortunately, he got it from a local book store and not direct through the distributor! I was excited when he handed it to me. This lasted all of about five minutes -- which is how long it took me to realize that the book is nothing but a long complaint about how he personally has been persecuted. But there are NOT any actual cures, treatments, and such in the book! Only referrals to his website, where you pau extra for them. The book is basically an advertisement that the consumer pays to read! What a sham!

I bought the two books Kevin offered, "Natural Cures"and Another bookhe offered for postage only if I bought his book on "Weight Loss". I paid $59.00, the 2 postage and the full price and postage for the books. I received the 2 books I paid the postage on but never received the book I paid full price for. I have written every address I can find including customer service and Kevin himself and email and also telephoned them and that's been going on since february. I have heard nothing from anyone and still don't have my book or money. Sharon

Bought the book - a worthwhile read but it did not give what I expected, ie actual natural cures. Trudeau claims the FTC forbade him from offering cures. Ok, I might be able to believe this, but then it's suddenly ok to put these cures on a website at a monthly fee? So, obvious scam I'm afraid. I'm really surprized, usually people interested in healthy living are beyond ripping people off. Anyway, if you're having trouble getting your subscription canceled, just do what I did - I posted my login details online, account was canceled a few days later (no more charges), and I think I would have saved lots of people signing up only to be disappointed with the content and furious when trying to cancel.

I purchased Trudeau's weight loss natural cure. I read through the book, and found it to be pretty worthless, as it requires that you get daily injections which you can only obtain in Europe. The book has a 30 day money back guarantee. I got instructions for returning the book from ITV, the company that distributes Trudeau's books. The customer service representative told me it would take 2 to 4 billing cycles for my credit card account to be credited. The next month, I noticed that $5.95 was charged to my credit card for access to some web site. I called, ITV to have that stopped. By the second billing cycle, my account still hadn't been credited for the returned book, and I was still getting charged the $5.95. I called ITV customer service again -- the representative asked me to be patient for one more billing cycle, and it would be resolved. There was still no change after another month, however, this time when I called, ITV claimed that it never received the returned book. They agreed to open "an investigation" when I told them I has USPS tracking information which showed that the book was delivered within the 30 day guarantee period. I called my credit card company to open an investigation on the charge, but by that time, it was too late, as they can only investigate charges that aren't over 90 days old. At least my credit card company was able to give me credit for the monthly $5.95 charges. I hope others will be able to benefit from the hard lesson I learned

Hi, my husband bought the TOTALLY USELESS books in March 2007. He used our debit card to pay. He clearly said NO to all the extra stuff they wanted him to subscribe to. They charged us around $30 for Shipping! Scammers. That was not mentioned! Then today I noticed these monthly charges of $5.95 on our account. I could not believe it, I had even called them and was reassured that they would not charge our card again. Strangely, all the charges were under a different name. The first said "natural cures" the second said "loss cures" and the third "weight loss cures". The numbers listed were also different. Fishy. All the numbers were to the same call center. This guys is getting away with murder. I would love to help prosecute him!

I am calling the police in Massachusetts so that the FBI can begin a formal investigation. I would advise others to do the same. This company has been illegally debiting my bank account sometimes even twice in one month. They are refusing to refund my money. I have also lodge a complaint with www.ftc.gov

I saw the commercial today, and was sucked right in (stupid!). I went through with the operator, she offered me many other things but I said no to all of them. At the end of the conversation she said
"congradulations you have won weeks trip to florida, it is booked in your name" it was at this point where I had an Oh $hit moment. I immediately hung up, called up my credit card company and put a hold on my account and took further precautions. Why must there be so many dishonest people on the world...
