I work for a company that does csr for natural cures books, If i had a nickle for every personw ho had been billed and hadnt even recieved a book after MONTHS I would have some decent money! The exfcess products we were to pitch in a confusing way.....finally I had it, when people called to complain I was honest, I told them to file a chargeback asap....I was fired

I tried a "free 7 day trial" Of the natural cures website. I cancelled my "free" trial after 2 days because the information on the web site is the redundant and of no use to me. That was 2 months ago. Well, out of the blue 2 months later my card was charged for 9.95. I tired e-mailing the company but no one will answer my complaints. Can't someome stop all of this stealing? I tried to contact the BBB but they need a "physical" address. This is so wrong, how can he scam so many people???/

The information that Kevin Trudeau speaks about in his "natural cures" is correct. My complaint is about the unauthorized charges that continue to be charge to my credit card. I cancelled my subscription to his stupid newsletter and Website in August 2006. Everthing seemed to be fine. Then I noticed that 3 months after all charges had stopped, they started up again. I have been charged for the last 5 months, without my authorization. I called my credit card company and they connected me to the customer service for kevin trudeau(800-215-0063) They cancelled my account again and said I was only entitled 1 refund. Well I guess i'm just screwed out of my other 50.00$. Kevin says he is fighting for the people. If that is true then I should expect all of my money to be refunded. This really bothers me. I have never had any problems with any other company charging my account without authorization. It can't be that hard to be honest. If there is anyone who knows about class action lawsuits, I would gladly jump on board. My advice to anyone dealing with Kevin Trudeau, BUY THE BOOK IN THE STORE, DON'T GIVE HIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR ANY OTHER NUMBER WHERE THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DRAFT MORE MONEY FROM IT. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED. I HAVE ANOTHER FRIEND WHO HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO HER.

i ordered the books over 7 weeks ago. i tried several times to contact the company. finally i tried the number 800 240 3417. An automated voice comes on the phone and asks to press #1 to order a bood and press #2 to check on your order but nobody answers the phone. Finally, I decided to press number #1 and the phone was answered and I politely address the operator with my concerns about not receiving the two books that I had previously ordered and that there are charges month of $6.76 which I did not authorize. I then told them that this phone call was being recorded and a copy would be sent to my lawyers unless they complied. The representative asked me not to threaten them with my lawyers and they would stop the charges and month fees and refunded the charges that had already gone through but not for the books as they had been delivered.

I bought this Natural Cures advertisement because I thought it was a professsional product. I returned it after reading their pathetic excuse for newsletter, book, etc. I sent it all back in 30 days and faxed them on 10/3/06 to cancel the damn newsletter. It keeps on coming and I keep on getting billed!!! Today, 5/22/07 I have sent another fax to demand my money back! Will I get it??? I'll let you know.

I have sent 4 emails to get them to stop charging my card. Originally canceled my free membership within 3 days of recieving it. I also called the 1800 number and talked with Chris who is at extension #3581 wouldn't give me his last initial, and he assured me the charge would be given back. Next day I was charged for another month. These people should be put in jail.

I ordered his book that was supposed to come with a FREE CD about weight loss. I received the Book without the CD. I called them to complain. They said they had a shortage of CDs and it was being shipped separte from the book. 2-Months later I called again. They appologised and said it would be immediately shipped. 4-months later....No CD. I called again. They said they would put the order through again. It has been 9-Months, 4-phone calls, 4-promises never met. No refund. WHAT A SCAM! Not only is the book a total crock.....they have false advertising and will not refund when they don't send you the product. Do NOT get succkered into his SCAM. How is it they let him stay on TV? He lies about his book, he takes your money and does not send you the product. Doesn't refund. Isn't this THEFT?

I ordered two copies of Kevin Trudeau's book. I tried to send one back because I had already given one as a gift. Stupid me. Anyway I read the book and could not find anything I hadn't known for years. I then tried to stop the news letter's from coming but the lady on the phone was so flusstered that I said oh well don't worry about that for now but never send it to me again. On march 8, 2007, they took out $71.40 from my bank and I called them right away. I told them to send me my money back, they said it would take 30 days, well I waited for 30 days. No money, so I called them again they then said oh no it can take up to 60 days the girl said she know what it was like to live on a fixed income like us and it would be hard to have almost seventy five dollars taken out of her bank. So I am thinking that I will get my money back at the sixty day mark. Oh No I won't. It has been over sixty days know and no money. And now their phone is always busy. I won't my money back. If I have to a lawer Kevin Tudeau will have to pay for it all.

Well I received the 1st news letter I left message to cancel the "pseudo subscription" and ever since I've charge 5.95 monthly & the best part is that I received old editions of the newsletter. I moved and still being charged and I don't received the newsletter. This is a BIG SCAM.

I never authorized this $5.95 charge to my credit card that apparently was just recently added. I requested they cancel this and reimburse me for the amount. I had to notify my bank to dispute this charge now. The whole thing is such a scam!

I ordered the books on a TV infomercial for a Christmas gift. To date I still did not receive the books. On February the 28th I spoke to Jason at 800-24-3416 x5556, he told me to go out and buy the books and he would refund my money. I to date 6 months after ordering still do not have my refund. Do not order this product you will be scammed like myself. How sad. Kevin you should be ashamed of yourself.

I've called several times to advise them that to date I have not received the order which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Here's your number Rick...800-215-0063. If it's a charge dispute, press 3 and you'll get to talk to someone....WHAT GOOD THAT WILL DO. We too have been scammed. We purchased the book a year ago, January 24 and on that day, they told us that we would get a free year of their website....which we didn't want nor did we order. My husband asked if we would have to cancel it like all the other things they promised FREE trials of and he was told to just let it run out and that would be that. Well, as soon as we received the book, my husband cancelled all the FREE stuff. Then on January 24 of this year, they drafted $71.40 out of our account, which coincidently cost us $38.00 in bounced check charges. When I called to inquire about the charges, they said that it was for the website that we ordered....NOT!!! I explained that we had NOT ordered the website and that we had NEVER even logged in, mustless utilized it and they said they would cancel it. I have spoken with 5 people in the last 4 months, all of who promised it would be refunded in 2 weeks (the first one said 2-4 weeks). I called on January 24 (contacted bank and they refunded it initially, but after they didn't receive the dispute form, which we mailed, they then sent them the money on February 25), February 26 (would have to wait a couple of days for it to post to the account then 2-4 weeks), March 30 (2 weeks, which cost me another $140.00 in check charges), and April 19 (by today).....and it never was deposited. I went to the BBB today and found that they have hundreds of claims against them and they also do business under several names. You have to enter in the original date of purchase, so I went back to my checking statement and found that on the original date, they not only charged me for the book, they also drafted another $71.40 last year for this piece of sheit book. Don't know how I missed that one. When I said something to the man today, he informed me that they had just purchased the company and was not responsible for what Natural Cures did last year. Yeah right, I thought that when you purchased a company, you got everything, including their problems. So now, this book has cost me $345.70. Have I been scammed???? HELLO yeah! Anyway, I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau today and have a claim with the NC Attorney General ready to go out tomorrow. All of you should do the same. Again, if anyone wants their real phone number it is 800-215-0063.....I think we should all bombard them with phone calls, make them earn this money they are stealing. Don't forget to check with your state Attorney General.....and hey, maybe we should all file a class action lawsuit againt Mr. Trudeau and Natural Cures/ITV Direct. That may show them that they can't steal honest, hard working people's money and get away with it. We're not rich by no means, as a matter of a fact, we live pay check to pay check, as our youngest daughter has fought 3 battles of cancer in the past 8 years, to include but not limited to 19 surgeries, seven 5-day bouts of 3 chemos, six 3-day bouts of 3 chemos, four 24-hour bouts of adult chemo, seven days of 2 intense chemos, a stem cell transplant and radiation. I will NEVER again purchase anything off of TV and especially an infomercial. Don't know how people like this lay their heads down at night and sleep. If I had done someone the way this company has, first I'd be in prison and second I couldn't live with myself. They need to be stopped. Hope this will keep other's from making the same mistake we made. PS: For the one who said it's in the Dollar Store....I guess he can sell it for a $1 now, look at all the money he's already stolen from all of us....and for everyone that has found this site......I'm almost certaint that there's probably 1,000's of others that haven't been here yet.
