I purchased the product by calling (03-03-08 NATURAL CURES BOOK-EUR 800-265-9823 IL) and never received anything. Do not call these 1 800 numbers after watching these infomercial on TV. Most are scams.

I subscribed to the FREE 30 Day Trial of the NaturalCures website. I tried to cancel my subscription but got kicked out of their system which stated that my email address was not recognized. With no way to login, I tried to cancel prior to the end of the 30 day trial period. I emailed the "Contact Us" part of the website twice only to get a computer generated message of "Thank you for inquiring with our customer support team. An agent will reply to you once your ticket has been assigned. Your ticket ID is: _____ ." No one has ever responded and no phone number is offered. But guess what? My credit card was billed not once but twice for $9.95 within one day of each other! This is a scam of an operation. Any prior WARNING of this would have led me not to have offered up my credit card information. DO NOT make this same mistake!!!

I finally got [] home office and the lies continues I was told it would that one billing cycle and I would be refunded my money. I called to see where my money is because the billing cycle had occurred and I was told it may take up to 90 day. Next time, why don't you guys use a "pre-paid" Visa Gift Card like I did, they gonna play hell trying their infamous hidden recurring charges with me cause the card only had $20 bucks on it! C'mon, like he says in his book what you see on TV is a bunch of lies!!! I have to admit the books are rather Amusing. Crafty Little Guy, he'd make a good Texas Hold'em Player...

My experience was the same as the others on this site. I tried a few times to cancel and was left on hold forever. However, when I called my credit card company, they are removing the last two months of charges and gave me the number to try to dispute this with the Natural Cures company. I just got off of the phone: telephone number 800-240-5975, and was told that I would receive a refund of my last months charges and the newsletter will be cancelled. My credit card representative told me that she had dealt with this company and charges were stopped as well. We'll see. If not, I'll write again next month and let you know. Use the above telephone number and if you don't know your account number, just stay on the line for a customer representative. Hope this helps.

I ordered the Natural Cures books.
After reading I couldn't believe what you had to actually purchase for most of these things to work.
I was very disappointed, to say the least. Also I did not subscribe to the newsletter, but $9.95 has been taken out of my bank account for the past 2 months. Can't seem to get ahold of anyone to help me on this. Phone #'s don't seem to be answered, or on hold for a very long time. I want to be reinbursed, & this seems to happen a lot. I wish I had read about this before now.

I used the Naturalcures website to look for information. They stated you have 30 days to cancel the "Newsletter". I was never able to access any "newsletter" and so I cancelled it right away (within 40 minutes of first acessing the site).
That was over 7 months ago and I am still being charged $9.95 per month/sometimes twice a month!

I have reported this fraud to AmericanExpress! They are investigating the company and have refunded the last 60 days charges from this horrible company. I hope that everyone that has experienced this fraud reports it to ther bank or credit card company so that we can stop them!

Like many others, I bought the Natural Cures book and the monthly membership. When I realized there was no value, I cancelled the membership (by email) and it took about a year to finally quit charging my credit card. However, even after that year I was getting odd little charges to my credit card, not traceable to KD. Suspicious, I searched on the internet and found others that had gotten odd charges...small enough to not raise an alarm. I contested these charges with my credit card company and had my cc# changed - the credit card company gave me back all the money that had been misappropriated from my account. I've read where many of you are getting these charges...they will not stop...I recommend you immediately call your credit card company, report this THEFT, and change your cc#. You'll feel much better and have more money to boot! Ridiculous that this guy doesn't get prosecuted (AGAIN) for theft.

Natural Cures Kevin Trudeau should be charged with fraud. His book is complete non-sense with no real information given. His infomercial is not informative but the book is even less informative. He spent time in prison and I think he will do more prison time. If you are looking for real information try Dr. Oz books. In essence Natural Cures - Kevin Trudeau is an expensive brochure that naturally finds it place in the trash. He is likely a scientologist lawyer preying on people with health problems. He also seems to have a Jesus complex where he loves to say the FDA "persecutes" him. I wish they would prosecute him. I would love to show you an excerpt from his book but I don't wish to waste my time typing absolute random non-sense without any actual hint at a cure. An example is that he says eastern medicine should be researched. I thought thats what his book was going to do. Don't just tell the reader to research eastern medicine. Dr. Oz gives actual examples. I look forward to the day when Kevin is reported to be back in prison where he belongs. Preying on people looking for health cures is as low as it gets. Kevin is an embarrassment to mankind. Kevin I hope you read this and feel guilty. You should. Shame on you Kevin. (I don't recommend buying anything that Kevin promotes. It is likely a scam!)

Live In Canada and waited since Jan to get this book. Finally arrive. What a scam. What cures, oh yes & then you pay 9.95/month>not. This is a scam not doubt about it. I already know most of this stuff and to buy a book with absolutley 3 nothing but ranting and raving about corporations and gov. This man should be charged as this is false advertising. Most of the info in his book is common knowledge. Does he belong to the actors guild lol I really feel ripped off while he is basking in the glory.

Fortunately a friend bought the book for me, so I did not have to go through some of this. However, I made the mistake of going to naturalcures.com and signed up on their website. Their website was confusing and not user friendly and of course after a week or so I had forgotten my password because I wanted to log on and cancel the $9.95 monthly membership fee. I emailed "support" since they have to have someone email you are username/password. No response. I emailed them again and again and again. Despite around 20 emails over the period of 4 months I had to finally cancel my credit card to stop the monthly payments from getting directly taken out of my checking account. Shame on them for in a sense stealing money from people who never were able to use a crappy product.

I knew from the outset that Natural Cures was a bunch of crap. I am an RD and I bought the book to read it, so that I could be one step ahead of those who think the book is the answer to all health problems. In chapter one of the book he states that he was forced to write a disclaimer stating that all the information in the book was just his opinion. He was not forced; he is smart enough to know that he would have many lawsuits against him if he did not make a disclaiming statement. He does not have any medical degree of any kind!! You are right! He is in it just for the money!!

I purchased the books and that was it, since then, I am being charged for things I have not ordered. I cannot find a Tel # on how to contact them to cancel whatever subscription, they may have hooked me up with, it's terrible because you cannot get hold of this company and the charges just continue, what can we do. I ordered this product believing in Kevins infomercial. I am a diabetic so I wanted to see what he had to say. I found out about his newsletter that I was automatically signed up for. I went to his web site after not getting through on the cancel line. It said I was canceled. That was 4 months ago. I have recieved a bill on my credit card every month since...I called in again and talked to someone that said the system was down, I left my name and # and was told I would get a call within 24 hours. That was a week ago!!!! I emailed their web site 6 times, with only one non helping reply. How can you feel good making sick people have more stress?

I recieved the book several months ago. Who is heck is going to inject themselves with Human Growth Hormone on a regular basis. I've tried to contact ITV to stop taking out the $9.95 monthly for a newsletter I have never received. Is this a Canadian company. Trudeau is a scam artist. How can someone be an expert on several different subjects at one time.
Beware!!!! I figured two books for the price of shipping (even at the ridiculous price of $19.90) was worth the gamble. The reflex "cures" didn't help me one bit, but what has me steamed is the monthly charges against my credit card for a newsletter I repeatedly said I did not want. They tried to plus-sell to the point I told them if they tried to sell me one more thing I didn't want the books. They said okay and told me all I'd be charged for was the books. WRONG! I've been getting monthly charges ever since. They said they'd issue a refund, but I haven't seen it yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I always get voice mail and they've never returned my call. Beware!

I ordered his weight loss book after I saw an infomercial. The number I called was automated and there were many, many offers for other services, books, newsletters, etc. I denied each of them since I only wanted the weight loss book. The book took over a month to arrive. Then I started getting charged once a month on my card for a newsletter I did NOT authorize. I called several times to cancel and was on hold over a half hour each time. When I finally got through, they were rude and said they would not reimburse all the charges. I escalated and eventually got all the charges reimbursed. The book states is weight loss cure is easy but then recommends you give yourself a shot each day of supplements difficult to find. TOTAL SCAM!!!

OK, folks. We have got to wake up to scumbags like this and realize that there are no magic cures. I fell into the trap of Kevin saying, "don't trust the big bad government....trust me.....a convicted jailbird who knows nothing about medical science, but a whole lot about "easy to dupe" people hoping for cures." After I ordered, I went to this site and read your horror stories and immediately tried to cancel, only to go through the nightmares you all described. You cannot get through to a human. I filed a complaint with the FTC and canceled my credit card. It was a hassle to get a new one, but worth it since this sleazy company has tried charge my account many times, even after I got someone and they assured me it would not be charged. This whole group should be in jail. Believe me, I won't be fooled again. Ever.

I ordered the Natural Cures book for myself and my daughter. That was all I ordered and now I receive this NaturalCures Newsletter that cost me $9.95 each month. When you call the toll free number associated with your auto-debit you get no human being, only loops within the phone system. It's a nightmare. The information in the newsletter is NOT what I ordered and I cannot get these auto debits stopped on my bank account. This CANNOT be legal.NOT OK in OKLA
