I purchased The Natural Cures Book, The Natural Cures Revealed Book and the Natural Cures Newsletter 30 Day Trial in August of 2006. I received both books and the September newsletter and after reading through one book briefly I realized this was just a scam. I e-mailed Natural Cures only to be told that I needed to contact ITV Direct. I could not reach ITV by phone so I e-mailed the customer support dept to tell them to cancel the newsletter. After repeated calls and no answer to my e-mail, but continued charges to my credit card, I finally contacted my credit card company in January and disputed the charges. Everything went fine until Feruary 23 when another order of books and newsletter arrived on my doorstep. While
no charge has appeared on my credit card yet, I expect to see this start-up again. I will be contacting my credit card compay to dispute any further charges. I will also laodge a complaint with the Illinois Att. Genereral's Office and see if anything can be done to shut this scam down.

In October of 2006 I ordered the free book and it's CD version, plus the "more cures" on a double CD pkg. I got the free book but the double CD pkg. did not arrive. Instead, they sent a paper saying they were so out of the product that I should call and get a refund. Well...now the merry-go-round begins! Each time I called I waited about 30-45 minutes on hold and no one came on to help me. Finally, I decided to hold on as long as it took. It took over 2 hours. The person I spoke with seemed pleasant and said that the money for the newsletter would be returned to my account which by the way had been charged to my account even after I had told them I did not want it. I thanked them and asked about the refund for the CD's. They said I would receive it in my next bank statement. I did not. I called every week and was told that it was being looked into. Finally when I got a bit more forceful and said I was calling to get the refund they told me that they had already sent it on Dec. 28, 2006. I checked my statement and called my bank. There was no refund from them. They kept this up until finally one girl who I think felt bad for me, actually did the refund. So from October until last week (Feb. 23, 2007) They had my money and I am going to assume that if I had not finally come in contact with this nice girl I would not have received my money back at all. Now, I am going to call my bank and tell them never to allow a charge from this company again, just in case they try to put something on my card again.

I ordered the Natural Cures book a few months ago, from a :special: where you get the books for free & only pay shipping. Wrong. For the past 5 months, my credit card has been charged $5.95 for a newsletter that I've never received. I've sent multiple emails asking them to stop charging me & to refund the money they've gotten, to no avail. I called the number on my credit card bill (847)545-8173 (Trudeau Management) which refers you to another number which is out of service. Finally, I called the My next step is to call the bank & have the credit card cancelled. Doubt I'll ever see the money they've already ripped off from me, but from what I'm reading, I've lost less than some.

I saw this book laying on the table of a so called healer. She was a fake and so is Kevin's book. Natural Cures contains NO cures. Kevin Trudeau is a CONVICTED felon. He markets informercial products for a living. If the FTC wanted to put Kevin out of business, they would have long ago. Kevin doesn't know anything that the rest of us can't find over the internet. I recommend that EVERYONE who has been scammed to contact your credit card company and contest the charges. Never order a product with free shipping and handling that is over $5.00. Shipping and handling is always non-refundable and that is how they get your money. As for the customer service representatives, they are NOT connected to the company. I know someone that was an informercial customer service representative. She worked from her home and was paid via the mail. She never went into work anywhere and she received a commission. This explains why unrequested products are sent to customers. EVERYONE contact your credit card company and contest the charges so that the FBI can begin investigating Kevin Trudeau and his fraudulent practices.

I was watching TV and ordered Kevin's book over the phone. When I called I kept getting asked to purchase more and more books. I had called because they said we could have the book for free and only pay for shipping. It has now been a month and they charged my credit card for express shipping and I never recieved the book. These people should be in jail for stealing and fraud!

I've called I-TV Direct concerning the two books I ordered from them on Natural Cures. I ordered the books on the 20th of January 2007. It took me two hours to get through to them. When I finally got through the woman I spoke to was rude to me when I questioned her why their company didn’t give me an order number when I first called in and ordered the two books. I said that most people would give up and let them have the 20 dollars instead of going through the hassle of talking to a rude operator and finally after several hours of arguing getting the order right. I want to tactfully get her name and company phone number t call and address. I just want to have it in case they cheat me. I mainly ordered the Natural Cures book for $19.95 not for me but for my sister who has MS and her husband who has cancer. I feel very bad that this organization is allowed to continue to operate and take advantagwe of trusting individuals who are in need of the product they represent.

I can't believe I fell for this one! I bought the book after first suffering a long and drawn-out sales pitch process on the phone, attempting to sell me more books, newsletters, website subscriptions, etc. After "no" to all and finally getting to place my order, I had to wait weeks to get my book. In the mean-time, all these charges started showing up on my credit card for the items I DID NOT buy! Then the process began to get it all "cancelled" and refunded, what a nightmare! In the meantime, my book finally shows up, which I refused, demanded a refund for, and did get eventually. In the end it cost me nothing but a lot of time and aggravation, but I learned a valuable lesson about television liars! Oh, by the way, my local libary has a copy of this book! I checked it out and boy am I glad I didn't waste my money on this book...there is nothing in this text that "the government wouldn't want me" (as Kevin says) to expose..its all a bunch of generic nothing...with a curve to try to get you to subscribe to his newsletter and website to get more detailed info. Hmmmm.

Got the book, wanted to return them, could not get a live person on the phone - constantly on hold. We have been charged twice now for $5.95 for a monthly newsletter - which we haven't received - and we indicated that we did not want. I was able to finally connect with someone using the 1-800-215-0063 number given by Tracy on the 2/7 blog. However, I didn't get an extension option. Call that number - then hit the option to order something (even though you aren't). If you do the option for billing questions - you are on hold - they don't even have music. I immediately got someone that helped me cancel the newsletter (I hope) through the ordering option. I got her name and extension and she gave me a better number (1-800-287-0974) to get back to her with her extension number if we continue to see charges. Whew! Good luck!

I have been trying to cancel my order for 3 days now and they have told me that they cannot find my order in the system. Today they took the money out of my account. I called up upset, naturally, and asked how come they couldn't find my order the last few days but today they found it and took money? I then asked to have this order cancelled at which time the very unprofessional kid said "Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm." I said,"No "ummmmmmm" please answer with a response." He then began to tell me some long blah blah story about how that was not possible. I then asked, "OK, well how do I go about getting my money back?" He replied, "Money back?! (long pause). I said, "Hello?!? How can I get my money back as I do not want this product." He replies, "Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm, you can't get your money back." At this point I'm trying to keep my cool. I said, "Look son, do not try and scam me. This is America and I can get my money back. So now please tell me how I can get my money back for this order." He then says, "Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm." "Ok, what is your name!" I yell. He then hangs up on me. Nice. Kevin Trudeau you can burn in HELL!

I called the number on the TV screen to order my "free" book. When I called the person I talked to on the line was so pushy and kept trying to add more items, before I could even say no. At the end of the conversation I told him him to cancel everything. When he asked me why I wanted to cancel (fully understanding that I did say 'cancel my order." Two weeks later the book shows up on the doorstep, and my card was charged for Newsletter which I never ordered. I have tried several times to cancel and I can never get through. I am so disappointed because I had such great faith in Kevin's books and his efforts to expose the medical institutions. Now I am sorry for ever having called. Ironically I found a copy of the Natural Cures book for 5.00 at [] the day after I called and had the problem with ordering.

So, I ordered the books (I wish I would have found this site first). Found no worth while information in these books. I was being charge $5.95 each month for a "Newsletter" that I have never received. I just called, held for about 20 min and spoke w/Chris X2511, he said he would cancel the subscription (we will see) but would not credit me back for the newsletters I never received. I was not allowed to speak to a manager, they don't take calls. I am still disputing the charges on my card.

I have called the following numbers in an attempt to obtain an RA number to return this worthless printed material. 978-299-2298, 800-899-8349, and 800-358-3714. I did reach "Matt" at the last number and he told me to use the website customersupport@itvdirect.com; do not buy these products because it is not an honorable business.

I called his infomercial to order his second book free with only cost of shipping and handling. As for the book i NEVER recieved it and who knows how much money they took out of my bank account. They had my credit card number and all information to do so. Im really disapointed and i hate what this world is ending up to be.

I called the 1-800# from the infomercial regarding Kevin Trudeau's books. The deal was get 2 books for just the cost of shipping. My card was charged nearly $20 and it's been 2 months and still NO books. Worse yet, my card was charged $6.32 for no reason. When I call the number to get it removed, I get the run around. How can this scammer be stopped???

I watched Kevin Trudeau on TV and ordered on the Internet one copy of the book "Natural Cures". My credit card was charged over $600 by Natural Cures at 800-215-0063. I have not received the book. I have left messages at this number but they do not return a call.

I saw him on tv many times and read good reviews of this book. After reading this steaming pile of crap I realized he wasn't actually telling you how to do anything but join his newsletter!(at a high cost)This book is a total scam.He must say 1,000 times"I cant tell you the name of the product here, but go to my website and its all there"I think the worst was how he wasted so many pages with the " diet bread guy"To be honest this guy gets me angry enough that I cant type well. PS> does anyone know why he went to jail?He mentions it in book.

Wow, I try to be so careful. I figured I had been duped when I couldn't get ahold of anyone to descuss why I never received the books I ordered and paid for. I was charged on my credit card 3 months ago and still have not got the books. I have never got anyone on the phone as well. I wondered when I placed the order and there was no background noise like a call center. I just had a feeling then that I was going to be taken. Go with your gut on this one, or at least read the long list of those who were taken as well. Don't do it!!!

I'm embarrassed to say that I've been scammed by Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures" infomercial. His books and newsletters are absolutely worthless, and there's no way I can reach a live person to cancel my subscription. There ought to be a way to send this creep and his cronies to jail! I'd like to see Bill O'Reilly jump in his stuff and expose these scam artists for what they are!
They prey on vulnerable people who are desperately seeking a cure for whatever ails them, hoping they'll find some clues in Kevin Trudeau's promises! "Natural Cures" takes your money but gives you nothing in return except more heartache and an empty wallet!
