I saw Kevin's infomercial a good 8-9 weeks ago, on this particular day he was offering to send viewer's his first two books free of charge, all we had to pay was the shipping and handling. I thought what a great deal, I ordered his 1st and 2nd book, I think the s/h came to $19.95. They said it would take 4-6 wks, well here we are 8 1/2 weeks later and I still haven't seen the books. My account as well has been charged the $19.95. I'm glad i found this website, I had a feeling something was up and I probably would never see those books. This is a true shame, he really seemed honest and genuine. Shame on you Kevin Trudeau.

I order 2 books from Kevin Trudeau. I paid for these with my checking card. I found I have been charged $5.95 per month for the past year. I reconcile my check account every couple of weeks but it is usually within 50.00. This companies and others like it need to be stopped. I would like to get me money back ASAP.

I ordered the books and paid what I thought was shipping and handling. Now I'm being charged $9.95 on my checking account which I gave no authorization. Somebody needs to put a stop to this fraud.

My Father in law bought this stupid book. Now he doesn't want to take his diabetis medicine, just drinkd red wine vinegar after ever single meal. Red wine vinegar won't kill him, but he doesn't want to use cholestorol meds or sugar meds, I am really worried about him. <br /> They got hooked up to the internet so they could access all of the info that was supposed to come in the book. I am really worried about their finances as well, they may just keep trying to get to the information and end up broke. It is a shame how trudeau preys on people: this book was bought because my mom in law has been a diabetic most of her adult life and her husband wanted to make her life better. She is very well maneged takes her meds walks, maybe 6 pound gain over the last 2 years, at age 65. Not bad at all. But now her husband is getting sicker and sicker, and just wants his vinegar!<br /> By the way, even though my hubby saw all of this with his parents, he was almost suckered into buying the "weight Loss Cure" watching it in early morning. Trudeau telling him it isn't his fault he "craves" peanut butter...it's all a conspiracy to keep him fat. Uggh, go read [], please please please.

We'll woke up this morning to find out that this SCAM artist had taking $9.95 from my checking account. Have not even received the books yet. So I called phone number that I had saved from orginal order and got a phony website to complain to or I could call this phone # , which was given wrong to me the first time. Finally got a hold of the company and guess what? They did not like the way I spoke to them and hung up on me, not once but three times. Even one of the ladies laughed at me...and I said what the F__k you laughing at. Got hung up on again. One lady told me that my shipment was on the docks ready for shipment..I told her to walk her ass out there and stop my shipment...NOW and I was told I can't do that...I said what, our your legs broke. Got hung up on again. Basically what it boils down to is that once again I belived in some "IDIOT" on t.v again and it will not happen again. But mean while these SCAM ARTISTS are sitting on the beach some where laughing at us. We'll Mr. Kevin and your ITV scam its worth the $60.00 to one day see you being Bubba's boyfriend in prision one day...Don't pick up the soap ASShole. Dan

I contacted the 800# for Kevins books and did receive them in a timely manner. I soon discovered that I was being charged $9.95 monthly for the "newsletter." I spent 35 minutes on hold calling ITV Customer Service. I was then told I authorized it and they recorded it. I assured the person that during the 25 minutes I spent trying to get the books ordered and turn down the other crap, it probably came up. Shipping and the newsletter just happen to be the same price! $9.95. When I demanded a refund for that, I was told they will give 2 months back. When I demanded to speak to someone higher, I was transferred to a voicemail that you don't get the name of the person or the tel# and I will bet that I continue to be charged and not credited. This has cured me of calling anything on the TV networks.

I want my money back!!!! I ordered these books 2 months ago and of course never received anything. I since have researched this and it seems that alot of people have experienced the same problem and even more. I wish that this guy would be prosecuted and held responsible for his actions! This is terrible. I mean some people are really banking on help from these books and advice. If he got a free forty bucks from me then we can all imagine how much money he has from swindling people. He needs to be held accountable for all of this money as there are people out here like myself that really need the money and only take the chance to spare the money once in a great while. Look at all the people you are hurting dude... get a life and find some peace. Make your money the way every other American does and stop the bs!

I bought all the books, and they are worthless, it's ridiculous that he is able to sell "the weightloss Cure" it in USA, the doctors can not prescribe the shots legally because the FDA says that they should not be use for weightloss so how is he getting away with this it's beyond me. The natural cures is another scam because I didn't get anything just a telephone directory and for that I get the Yellowpages for free.

Never ordered this product or know anything of this charge to my credit card. Cancelled with credit card co due to non ordering of this. Didint know what this item was until I read this site & still didnt order this item. Talk about unauthorized charges.

2/24/2008 - Charles writes:
I have not personally bought this product, and would never touch with the proverbial "10-foot pole" anything with which this shady character was involved. However, a friend of mine and another acquaintance, both fell prey to this latest of this guy's scams: additional billings, continued billing for the "newsletter," charges greater and different from those purported, etc. I am well-acquainted with a major call center here in Tulsa. It is part of a network of facilities conducted by a major firm providing services for a variety of clients. A reputable operation will usually have separate divisions. One may, say, be devoted to sales or questions regarding products, prices, terms, etc. Another wil be organizaed to handle billing questions and complaints; and probably another to handle customers' technical questions and issues. They might each have their own incoming telephone numbers, but will also possess the ability to transfer a customer to another department when needed. Further, a reputable operation has supervisory and quality assurance people monitoring things. These folks ensure their CSR's are conducting business courteously, competently and efficiently. Where there are any customer complaints, or if further help/info is needed, then the CSR can eirher transfer the call, or call upon a supervisor to get on-line. Supervisors also monitor call volume to ensure minimal delays, and there are provisions to add services rapidly to minimize jams. Sometimes inordinate delays might occur unavoidably, but even then, a reputable firm will relay this while customer is on-hold, and acknowledge and apologize when connection is made. This guy Trudeau and his ilk create a deliberately vague circumstance, whereby later and additional and continuing charges are not conveyed clearly (or not at all). While it's easy to get in-touch to order, obtaining any later info, registering a complaint, protesting charge(s), are either difficult and delayed beyond all reason, or impossible. There is no info as to where this guy and his folks are physically located, or any solid contact information which a legitimate operation would have available. Further, it seems form ready information that Trudeau has replicated this type of scam many times before, with several types of miracle products/systems/etc. - and has had legal sanctions imposed. Yet this type of person seems later to reappear again, with lackey infomercial "interviewer" in-tow, with yet another new "miracle" offer. Finally, remember this man also had the unmitigated gall to have also prepared a book and infomercial purported to assisted the customer to avoid being ripped-off by banks and credit cards. Anything from this guy designed to assist anybody is a case of the "fox guarding the henhouse."

I called to order the books I saw advistized on TV. My credit card was charged/billed $34.85 on Oct. 2007's billing. The informerical stated 2 free books and I could order a 3rd book for $14.95. I have made numerous calls for status of this order. (At least 3 times a month since Dec.) To date I still have not received the books. I continue to get the run around. Each time I called I spoke to a different person. I saw the same ad this morning and called immediately. James answered and told me he could not help me but advised me to call customer support or e-mail them Tuesday as Monday is a Holiday. At this point I am not sure another phone call will produce any different results...

I have watched his info-mericals for years. the first time i heard him say he had a cure for herpes i knew what he was saying was bull. no one can cure herpes! Herpes is a virus that once contracted the body fights for the rest of your life! I did read his book. its like jumping on a marry go round while it's turning. i did not purchase the book. i had a friend whom did...... do not purchase this book if you want it wait for the garage sales..... im sure thats what most people do to try to re-coop some of their money.... the biggest problem with guys like him is not necessarily just his product he is taking you for is also the auto-ships he sticks you with under the guise of savings and its the add-ons!....................... auto-ship is when they give it to you free then start charging you. of course the phone number is only good if you call mon-fri 8am or noon to five est and you have to wait on hold for 45 minutes. if you get a cusomer service agent they may hate there job find you a bother and screw you more or they want to help you but they have no had proper training to do so......................... when you call the 800 #s to make the purchase you have to hope you get an honest sales person. if you dont you get charged a one dollar fee to get a walmart card or a gas card valued at 25.00 for just checking out the product. you say no they say punch in the last four digits of the card you used today to confirm the charge. you say i don't want it. if you dont punch the numbers in he sale will not be final. you want the product you ordered so you comply... thats all they need to say you accepted the sale. (most of the add-ons come with an auto-ship!!) then nightmare begins...... the first charge you call he 800 # they put you on hold so long you give up. he next charge has different number this time when you call you somehow have place another order.... it can on average take three months to fianlly get the custmer service person to cancel the auto-ship........... no refund unless you ask then there a limits shipping is never refundable and if you have received the auto-ship for several months then you knew or should have know you were being charged............ or the second shipment is non refundable so now you have all his product you dont want........ you lost money. and there is nothing you can do. wait ill call my credit card company they'll help... when they get involved you have a better chance of getting your money back however if the seller has a recording that shows that you agreed the credit card company charges you again........................ i did not fall for kevin trudeau's scam but i did fall for pilates's scam........ i was charged 40.00 dollars a month for eight months. when i finally thought i had won. my credit card company put the charges back on my card. i don't even know what i had purchased for the 40.00 a month. Buyer beware!! If it sounds to good to be true. It usually is. the sales companies that sell these products for the inventers and writers are just as responsible as trudeau. they develope the scripts for the sales floor....... the sales floor gets constant presser to make the sale a any cost. the sales people then read the script so fast that even a smart consumer can fall for the trickery. other sales people push the sale when consumer have not agreed to the purchase yet this means they run the card the minute they have the number. if you say i dont want it take my credit card off your computer its already to late. the shipment can never be cancalled!!.............................. the FTC needs to step up and monitor the different sales companies like ITV Direct a.k.a ITV Ventures (the sales company that sells kevin trudeaus book) and gunther .........it's very simple for them to monitor they have a budget use the budget to call in on these info-mericals or sit down chats and purchase the product then try to cancel or try not get the auto-ship and ad-ons......... Moniter the sales calls!!!

Yes, I own the book about the Weight Loss. I took one day to skim through the book and realized it's worthlessness. I tried to return it, but the company would not let me. They don't handle cancellations. They would not help me process any type of canceling of the book. I paid nearly $50.00 for the product. The lady was very rude. I just gave up. And basically ate the cost of the book.

I purchased the Natural Cures books in October of '07. Each month since the purchase, which by the way was rediculus once realizing what the process was, I have been being charged $9.95 for apparently a newsletter I did not sign up for. I have tried contacting them several times with NO response. This is absolutely a 100% SCAM!!!

2/11/2008 - Eric writes:
This is a scam of the worst kind. This company preyed on my elderly mother and signed her up foir the newsletter without her authorization. It's almost impossible to cancel, but th etrick is to call 978-299-2298 and use the option "to order product" then you will get a live person who will cancel the subscription. They did refuse to refund so I've called the cc company and filed a dispute, hopefully this will work. I also suggest you contact the FTC and file a formal comnplaint. This is the only way to shut down scumbag scammers like this.

The same thing happened to me. I just caught on now in Feb. but I've been giving this damn company my money since last summer. I ordered books, got scammed. I wrote the company since I was so angry: Dear Natural Cures, I just wanted to say thank you, because your amazing product has done wonders for me. I have learned that to better my life's quality and reduce anxiety, all I need to do is avoid companies like yours and the so-called "slamming" which is basically you stealing my money and telling me you're allowed to do so. So thank you again, for this wonderful insight that you've provided for me. I hope anyone working with your company, benefiting from your complete dishonesty, enjoys laughing at this letter (that is of course, if you people even bother to read it) and maybe laugh so hard you choke to death eating a 300$ lobster tail which, most likely, people like me paid for. Thanks again, Your favorite customer,<br /> Scott P.S. - Burn in hell. Oh, and if you get cancer, don't worry, Kevin will cure it naturally.

I purchased the books from Natural cures anfd paid by credit card. Fivve months later I find they have been harging my credit card $9,95 per month that was not authorized. When i called in to complain all I got back was that i agreed. Whemn I disputed that all I was told was it was in the materials with the book. Ireviewed everything carefully and there was no reference to any additional charges. In researching Kevin Trudeau, I found a reference to his acknowledgement of being convicted of Larceny. I am an Attorney who has practiced criminal law. "Larceny" is another term for theft. My father always said, "Once a Theif aleways a theif" Like others I have read about I have researched and been unable to find any information that would lead to an address for Kevin Trudeau or his company.

2/8/2008 - Mark writes:
I don't really have a problem with the product. I actually do believe that what you are is what you eat ... or otherwise put into your body. My problem is I cancelled my subscription to the newsletter after the free trial part expired. On Dec. 31st they debited my checking account for a years subscription. They told me that when they changed systems recently some cancelled accounts were put thru as active (I never received new newsletters). I keep getting the run-around on getting a refund.

I have been charged $5.95 a month ever since I ordered this book. Contacted the company (press 0 to speak to a live person) they informed me that this would be credited back into my account. It wasn't. This is definitely fraudulent activity. I didn't order a newsletter and specifically explained it in to them. My email addresss has been spammed ever since I ordered this book. Frankly, the only thing in the book worth following up on is the [] method.
