I bought the Nicer Dicer from [] in 2006. It broke while I was dicing a green pepper. It was after the 30 day return time for [] however it was during the Holiday season when they extend that time so I returned it to them and they replaced it. I got that one and it broke again on green peppers. It came with a 5 year warranty so I returned it to the address they gave me for returns. It has been 2 months and I have not heard a word from them. Nothing. I sent an email to the company 2 weeks ago, and have not had a response. I am extremely disappointed and will also tell [] about the lack of response from this company on this item.

The first time I used this product to dice a tomato it fell apart (ie) the small cutting Blades shot out all over the place cutting my finger badly. This product should be avoided as it is dangerous I also believe it should be recalled. the contact address for these people is []. Mine was bought from [] [] an other bunch of Muppets who would not give me a refund, but sayed they would replace it. Yes like I would want another one.

This was the worst investment I ever made on a dicer. The blades are weak and came apart after one week. Instead of DICING my tomato, it made tomato sauce out of it. What a mess. I am SOo sorry that I bought this. The [] Chopper is MUCH better and Cheaper. Buy that and save yourself from LOTS of agony.

I watched the infomercial and the product looked great, I bought the product, and eagerly awaited it's arrival. The gadget came and I washed as per instructed, and proceeded to try it on a variety of vegetables. It is no where nearly as effective as the infomercial has you believe. I cut the vegitables smaller than the guy on the advert does and it was a real struggle to cut anything with a bit of firmness. Onions on the large blade were hopeless, and the blades began to buckle under the pressure of cutting anything other than cucumber and eggs. within about 30 minutes it became apparent that either the video has been doctored or the blades in the infomercial nicer dicer are much sturdier than those in my machine. I cut my fingers trying to get vegetables out of the blades and after I washed it and inspected again the whole machine appeared to be twisted, with the lockable circular plate having slices of plastic falling off and the locks falling to bits as soon as you apply any pressure to the. I was quite disappointed with the general quality as compared to the infomercial. The smaller blade works slightly better as the blades support each other and so are stronger but he large blade is useless. Don't waste your money, invest in a good mandoline instead.

I use onions in several meals a week, and after only a few uses, one of the blades started coming loose, bending, and cutting into the plastic. I was no longer able to effectively use my Nicer Dicer. However, the booklet says it has a 5 year warrantee. So I sent it back to the company. WARNING - if you do not buy the Nicer Dicer directly from the Nicer Dicer company, they will NOT honor the warrantee. The quality of the product does not match the price! Buyer Beware!

In theory it's a great product! Unfortunately it does not live up to promises presented on TV. Sure, it will work for some smaller section vegetables, ie. small carrots up to 50mm long and not too fresh! but anything much longer and harder and the cutters distort and you have to manually extract the partly processed vegetable from the unit, which can be quite hazardous! This is a great pity, I would like to keep the appliance but cannot find anywhere to buy new cutters. Can anyone please help? Incidentally, I see you can purchase a new Nicer Dicer from China for less than $4. (200 units)

Item literally broke the first time I used it. One of the blades snapped in half slicing the onion. Luckily, it comes with two sets of blades. I admit I use my Nicer Dicer every single day, but I have some MAJOR problems with it: - Informercial does not explain that you have to precut foods or they will NOT chop - Informercial says clean up is easy - not true - it is almost impossible to clean within the little crevices - ESPECIALLY with the dishwasher - Informercial shows a "no mess" approach to chopping. POSITIVELY not true - especially with items like tomatoes - the juices go EVERYWHERE Lastly, it took me a while to figure out the exact "trick" to using the Nicer Dicer, but since I figured it out I do use it often.

This product is a flimsy piece of junk that does not even remotely work in the way it appears on TV. Onions DO NOT come out in perfect dices as advertised, and mine didn't even come with instructions. Try a tomato in it and it becomes crushed and juice spills everywhere. When you press down on the unit, it feels as if will snap at any moment. The advertisements for this are fraudulent and this product should be investigated. The good reviews I've seen for this on [], here and elsewhere are written as if the producers of this product are out there acting like "real" consumers. Don't believe them!!! This product is junk! And there's no way to return it -- I've tried.

Nicer Dicer is a piece of junk - cannot dice even the small cut in half onion ! better yet there is no one you can contact ever when you call the 877-441-5511 number - just a machine stating to leave a message and someone will call you back within 24 hours...well lets see its been 3 days & counting no emails returned nor a phone call ! Ladies and Gentlemen this is a SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE ! I bought this as a Christmas present and trully regret it ! it seems so easy and smooth to cut on this gadgett which of it is impossible to cut ! does not cut at all ! the customer service to onon-existant - only time i actually spoke with someone is when i called when thy have the informercial. After that was gone - you could not reach anyone ! As I am still trying to get info on how to return and get my refund - becuase they DO NOT ENCLOSE ANYHTING IN THE BOX such as a sticker to mail back and return info...NOTHING !
