Total Garbage. We had a new driveway and sidewalk put in. We used patch perfect on the edge of the driveway and used landscape grade grass seed on the other side which had yard and sidewalk. We used $135 worth of patch perfect to do a 1 foot wide by 30 feet long section. After 3 weeks all we have is blue junk all over our yard. NO GRASS. The 50 pound bag of grass seed we purchased from a local landscaper cost $85 and did our entire backyard which is over 2500 square feet. After 14 days grass was sprouting up everywhere. PATCH PERFECT WAS A TOTAL RIPOFF AND THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE WAS ALSO A RIPOFF.
Buy Top quality GRASS seed and do it the right way. Do not fall for the EASY WAY OUT on this one. IT DOES NOT WORK

We bought the $19.99 buy one get one free of the patch perfect grass seed and planted in bald spots in the back yard at our new home. We first tilled the land, made sure it was wet, and ready to receive grass seed. Not a single blade of grass has grown and it's been a month.
I called the company at 1-866-272-9951 and gave them my order number. I told them I wanted a refund and they didn't ask any questions at all. It seems like they are accustomed to processing refunds.
I have yet to see if the amount came off of my credit card.

I tried the products. Seeded twice but NO sprouts were seen, August 15h to Sep 21 2008. Better Business Bureau complaint submitted. Tried local grass seed, worked fine.

Don't waste your money. Patch Perfect is absolute garbage! I worked in a wholesale greenhouse for two years and consider myself to have a bit of a green thumb. I babied this product for 4 weeks, used good topsoil and watered religiously. That was in mid-June and 3 months later, there is not one blade of grass coming up. The only good part is that I actually purchased Patch Perfect at my local [] store and after digging in their heels, they finally refunded my money.

I ordered the product and got a small bag. They say, plant it and forget it! I was charged $34.00 and the bag was so small it barely covered the 3 small areas of bare spots in my yard! They say they double the order, but the bag is the size shown on the commercial. It is now one month later and no grass! only weeds where I planted the seed. No receipt was included. There is no way to contact the company. They say plant it and forget it in their ad, but then you get a slip of paper inside the bag that says you have to water the seed. This is the biggest ripoff company I have ever seen!!! Also, we went to an As seen on TV Store in TN and the same bag is only $19.95 in the store! This company needs to be seized and refund everyone who bought it off T.V. and the people jailed!

I purchased this product to fill in patches on my front lawn after removing two large trees -- well surprise surprise I still have two large patches on my front lawn and it looks like we are growing hay - I paid $30.00 for a tiny bag and am po'd and feel ripped off -- I tried to call their service number but I was told the number I reached was not patch perfect but only their shipping company -- Be warned if you are thinking about buying this product DON'T because it is a scam, and doesn't work - go buy grass seed for a fraction of the price and know it will work!

From watching the commercial, my first thought was that it's that ChiaPet stuff. 19.95 for 50-100 square feet! 50 sq ft is 5'X10' space. Even if it worked, and we know it doesn't, it would cost a thousand to do a small yard. This is one of those classics, if they can steal $$$ from you, why woulnd't they. Just cause it's on TV doesn't make it true.

last spring i purchased this product, i got the right amount of seed but i was billed triple the amount. i tried to get a hold of someone but phone number i had wasa fax number. i used the product exactly as directions said and NO GRASS. i am so upset with this company, they have cost me alot of money 113.00 in seed and who knows how much with my water bill. BEWARE

I purchased 2 bags of Patch Perfect to fill in a number of brown patches in my yard. That was 8 weeks ago. Now, 8 weeks later, none of the Patch Perfect grass seeds on steriods have sprouted any grass, Not A Single One!
I followed the bag directions exactly and made sure the areas were watered daily.
This Product is a FRAUD. How many millions of dollars has this company cheated people out of with this garbage?
Don't Buy This Product. It Is A Scam and a Fraud!
I'll be happy to let anyone see photos of the thousands of Aqua Green seeds in my brown patches, and time lapse photography proving they have done nothing inj 8 weeks.

Now, my patch perfect didn't grow after a few weeks, and even then, it was just a few blades here and there. I thought I might have been doing it wrong, so I watched the ad carefully. When they plant it on cement, they use a HUGE amount of seeds. Get ordinary grass seeds, save money, get more grass with less seeds.

I bought this crap last year. First problem was that they promised 2 jars of patch perfect for $20 and only received 1 jar. I used that jar and got little growth. Then that growth died off quickly.

After getting tired of looking at the bald patch in our lawn we decided to order Perfect Patch. After following the instructions for application we sat back and waited for our grass to grow. Well, it's been 3 weeks and not one blade of grass has grown. What a scam! I wish I would have seen this site prior to ordering this bag of nothing. I haven't even received my purchase yet and I'm beyond angry! I ordered online and accepted one of their pop-up offers to get twice the amount of seeds for the same price. I also accepted the offer to pay $5.95 to expedite the shipping time. Yet I'm not receiving it for 4 weeks - that's what they say is the normal shipping time. And I've been grossly over-billed for my order. It should have been $33.85 but I was billed $89.65. I am going to refuse the shipment, but won't get a refund until they get it back. They are totally clueless in customer service. All they know how to say is, "But it says....." And notice the receipt you print out - it doesn't say anywhere what you purchased or how much you paid!

This product is not grass seed.

I purchased this product b/c I've been attempting to get grass to grow in my yard (consisting of mostly clay and sand) to no avail! This stuff hasn't grown 1 single blade in a month. I also tried in a pot/potting soil. Nothing there either! Pathetic product! Very disappointed and I'm going to begin the process to attempt to get my money back as well, which sounds like a nightmare as well!
