Are all INFOMERCIALS a FRAUD?? I purchased Patch Perfect on 5/29 and planted it a week later. after over 3 weeks of watering every day there is nothing. A few of the seeds that did not get covered are still blue dots on the ground. Both phone numbers for customer service go to FAX tone. I have now tried an e-Mail, we'll see if I get a response. Ordered and after six weeks never arrived. Can't locate to call them. They never responded to emails. So I disputed the charges on my credit card and got my money back. For folks n here getting ripped- dont wait for them to refund your money and deduct $10 for shipping when it cost $2 to mail. Call your credit card company and get ALL of your money back.

I was sucked in to the Tv commercial. I went on line to order buy one get one free, submitted the order and then later in the day I got an email where they triple charged me. Order should of been 27.90 but I was charged on my debit card , 83.90. I immediately called and like other people , it was a night mare. Excuses of all kind why they coukldnt cancel , 3 days later after 10 phone calls , they tell me it has already shipped. I wasnt home when it was delivered so I couldnt refude it. I put a stop payment on the order and that lasted 4 days then they are so devious , they submitted the amount of 83.70 to get the money. the stress wasnt worth going any further. I tried the product with ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS,what a rip off. If anyone knows of any way to recoop money. Please let me know. []. It is so sad to deal with a corrupt company. I do hope there is a way all the ripped opff customers can recoop their money. Camille Baker

I have ordered 3 bags (or jugs) of perfect patch. I have used so many other seeds,with little result. I finally gave in, and fell for the commercial. I hope this stuff works, because if it don't, and I get no refund, I will report it to the BBB. I suggest everyone else do the same.

I called for the patch perfect .and I got it in about a week, dug up the ground,put the patch perfect on and watered it for about three weeks every day, the only thing that grew was my water bill. I still keep looking in the hope that i will see a blade of grass. so do your self a favor and just throw your money out the window you will get more out of it.

My husband and I purchased this patch perfect and the customer service was a nightmare. I would file a complaint online, only to receive an email referring me to a phone number. I would call the number and they could not find my information anywhere in their system for me to cancel. I finally demanded a supervisor, that was very rude and told me the product had been shipped already. We went ahead and used the product this past weekend and we are watching it carefully. Yesterday I noticed a robin eating from the seed and chased her off, only to find her dead on the grass approximately an hour later. I am watching small animals around it in case it is toxic to animals. If I notice another dead animal around that area, I will be contacting the authorities for a formal investigation. As for all that cannot locate customer service phone number, here it is but good luck, they are useless.

I purchased this product, after seeing the T.V. ad.. I followed all directions perfectly, it was a last resort for our scrubby front yard. It is now a month later, and about 10% of the area has a few shoots, the rest is still bald. So mu8ch for growing even on a cement block!!!!!!!! BIG RIP OFF.
I am very disappointed, as it took a lot of effort to prepare the ground, apply the product, water twice a day and I expected great results.

!!!!!!Do not order this scam patch perfect product! My wife talked me into buying this for our lawn i received the product which was a torn bag followed directions and watererd as directed. nothing my neighbor planted cheap walmart seed the same day his is now 2 inchs high i still have bald dirt.
as to receiving my money back i was promised its on the way its been a week now maybey tommow.

Do not buy this product under any circumstances...this is a fraud. I purchased Perfect Patch last year (2007) and tested it beside normal grass seed purchased from the nursery. Guess what? Perfect patch didn't even grow...not one blade of grass. You are better off seeding or re-sodding.

I ordered Patch Perfect Seeds Aug.2007 they sent me 3 post cards informing me that they were back ordered and if I didn't want to wait then return the post cards. I did and then in Nov.2007 I got the seeds right before Thanksgiving. I called the company told them I canceled the order. I returned unopened and they charged my VISA $53.51 never got a refund or a reversal of charges so I reported it to the VISA and I just now got a notice that the charges where going to stand. I am so mad that now they have lied. I returned there seeds and gave them more then enough time to get caught up with shipping.

I too fell for this rip off. I ordered the 2 for 1 deal. Only got 1 bottle. I used 1/2 the bottle exactly as directed. No grass. I decided to throw down some topsoil and use the other half of the bottle. STILL no grass.. not even in dirt! What a rip off.. refund was impossible. I learned my lesson!

I ordered Patch Perfect from the TV ad & it said $19.95 & if you call within the next 10 minutes they would double your order for free. We received the product which had no invoice in the box. Then I received my credit card bill & they bill my account $111.60. I called Patch Perfect & they said I ordered "Professional" & I told them I did not & I don't know what "Professional" means. The ripped me off for $83.70 & they will not refund me. Plus, we received 5 tiny bags!!!!

I purchased patch perfect in August I recieved it on the 10th. When I recieved it there was no paperwork with the order so I had no phone numbers or anything to get intouch with anyone. Then I finally went to google and found a customer service email address. Anyways I put it on my lawn and I water and water and water still nothing just little green clumps of a foam like material all over my yard but no grass. I emailed them tonight to try and get my money back. If I get my money back that will be wonderful if I dont well thats just a lesson for me (Dont believe everything you see on tv). I just want people to know that stuff really does not work Do Not Buy It. Tammy

I ordered the patch perfect kit and also go suckered into the bottled lawn feed that looked like it was only 19.95, however, it is actually 59.95 plus shipping because they send you 3 bottles instead of the one that you think you are buying. Once you place your order, there is no adjusting it. Also, I paid for rush shipping and it took about 6 weeks to get the product, which doesn't work at all. It is no better than regular grass seed. They did however refund my money, minus shipping and handling and I did not have to ship back the product. I live in Las Vegas and it just didn't work at all. If you have problems, just call them and they will refund your credit card if you call within the 90 days.

I ordered this product 3 months ago and still have not received it. Repeated attempts for resolution result in the company(?) telling me that it is not their responsibility to track the order. After threatening to file a complaint with the US Postmaster General for mail fraud they said that they would resend the order. Still waiting!!! They were quick to charge my credit card but not very quick to send the product.
