I also was charged more than the infomercial stated. I tried the 800 number and was told the mailbox was full. I will have to take measures to see that my credit card is not charged the additional $57.plus. The product itself did not measure up. I do not want additional deliveries but from reading the complaints of others I may not have to worry about that. This kind of company makes it bad for the reputable ones. I have ordered many times, different products, this is the first time I feel I have been ripped off.

My story is the same as all the other ones. The customer service is not a real customer service. I cant seem to find anyone that I can get real answers from. I have also called and called trying to get answers about this product I purchased Called Perfect Pigment. I sent a package back to them and they are saying they didnt receive it and I put the address on the return package that was on the order form. They are to me just because I sent them a package doesnt mean they received it. Well what does a person do when they make you feel so helpless. They have also sent another sent another auto ship and charged another 27.90 to my card and will charge another 19.99 next month, and I have called and told them this product is not for me. This product does not do what they say it will. They will chare another 10.00 for canceling auto ship and you want get shipping cost back. I have already lost 100.00 on this product and I cant even use it.

I was charged a full month before my product arrived. When it did, I was hugely disappointed, as this chick says she uses the makeup with her rosacea. Well, I have rosacea and it was like trying to cover up sunburn with baby powder. Okay, I'm the sucker here. Well, there is a money back guarantee, so I called and got the return number, and sent it certified back to the company over one month ago. You cannot get the customer service dept. on the phone; there is no email address, and I, like obviously many others, and feeling completely duped and defrauded by this company. Oh, and they advertise that the product is 24.95-I was charged 62.85. The shipping was 12.95, and it came in a small bubble wrap envelope?? Something stinks in this company, and I want my money back.

After watching the infomercial on TV several times, I went to the website to order. On both the TV commercial and the website, the only price ever quoted is $24.95. When the price is shown, there are asteriks or any markings to show that this is not the actual price. There is nothing that says "two easy payments of $24.95". I seems clear that the price of the product, with the "freebees" is $24.95. However, this is NOT THE PRICE! When you go to check out, the price is actually $49.90 + S&H. There is no getting around that price. THAT is the price of the product. $49.90 NOT $24.95. I have sent the company an e.mail regarding this. While $50 is not an outrageous price for this set, I will not support a company that tries to deceive me and is not up front about pricing. Beware. If they will be deceptive about what it costs, they will be deceptive elsewhere, as it is clear from the complaints below.

The product is horrible. It doesen't cover well, or stay on long. The only good item is the under eye cover. The Customer Service department appears to be NON Existent. I called two days in a row and I got a voice mail message saying they're open from 9AM to 5pm but today (which is every day) they're open from 9AM to 3PM and closed from 12-1pm! They don't answer the Phone!! They say leave a message or try again another time! You can see they are avoiding the public and ripping people off! I'm calling my credit card company and reporting my card lost so they issue a new number! This way they can't charge me anymore. BEWARE! Don't buy the product! Bare Escentuals is way better!

I ordered this product over the internet and went for the extra option of dual action and was charged 94.75. When I received it, it was garbage. The color was terrible and the concealer was gummy and sticky. I sent it back in a day or two to find out that "dual action" was non refundable. No where did it say part of this was non refundable. Then they charged miscellaneous charges two other times and then they are refusing to reefund saying I was trying to defraud them. They are refusing the supply me with proof of delivery. I have disputed with the credit card company and what a nightmare. I cannot believe this company is still in busines.

I had a friend tell me about this make-up, went to the website after seeing the commercial. I orderd the deal they offer for 24.95 plus shipping, that was supposed to be a total of 37.90.When I completed the online order it said I was going to be charged 67.25 I called the only 800 number immediatly and it was a voice mail no real person, and I never got a call back after 3 days of calling, I then got charged the 44.80 and called my bank they called and we were told on a three way call that I would have to return the product it had already gone out and I didnt need to worry about further charges. I returned the product and Im still waiting almost a a month later for my refund, then last week they charged me another 24.95, after a stop pay was put thru with my bank, they changed the amount by 1$ in order for the charge to go thru. I am now in the process of disputing this claim. To top it off I recieved the wrong color and not even the one I orderd. This companies website is very disceiving to the customer and there is no way of getting in touch with anyone there by the 800 number, even though the outgoing message states that you will receive a call back within 24 hours! Ha! never did. When my bank finaly got a hold of someone there they said that they couldnt give me my refund because I was outside of the 30 day trial! However the original purchase was done on May 30, and it is only June 21. I wouldnt recomend this company or their product to anyone simply because of the hassel and dishonest way they do business.

Well, I'm back, my last response was on 05/04/2007... When I first contacted this company because they charged my debit card $32.90 for an order I never completed. They told me to refuse the shipment and I'd be refunded. I refused it, still no refund and they took another $24.95 out of my bank account!!! For WHAT?? I don't know, Please Don't Trust Them!! They are thieves!

I canceled the automatic shipment status of this product at the beginning of December 2006, by mail to 3 different addresses. I received confirmation via email that my letter requesting cancellation was received. Four months later in March 2007, my credit card gets charged and they send me the product. I sent email after email and finally got a response. I was told that returns had to be sent back to a different address rather than the return address listed on the package. Why should I incur mailing charges for something that wasn't supposed to get sent to me in the first place??? I simply wrote "Return to Sender" on the package. Again, I was told that if it was sent "Return to Sender" that it would take longer to get a refund. I returned that package over 6 weeks ago and I still haven't received reimbursement. It's extremely infuriating. I have this aching feeling that sometime in the near future I'm going to have to go through this all over again because they can't figure it out.

I ordered this product on April 14th via their 800 number and my credit card was charged $32.90 on 04/17/07. Today is May 10th, and I have not received anything from this company. I conducted an internet search via Google and there are many unhappy Christina Cosmetics customerss. the customer service is awlful. When I tried to contact them, all I got was a recorded message that asked me to leave my number. I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge since I have never received the product; and, I asked for a new card number.

Don't give them your credit card number! I watched this infomercial, and as a user of mineral makeup in many jars, this sounded like a dream! I went to the website to order the product and every time I clicked for the next page they tried to get me to upgrade my order with new products I had never heard of. This was annoying so I clicked on the X on my browser window and never completed the order, never got a confirmation number or confirmation email. I figured I'd do some more research and possibly order in a couple of months. Then the following day there is a charge for $32.90 in my bank account for Christina Cosmetics. I went directly to the website and all that was there was a Customer Service phone number. I tried to call them, but got a recording and left a message. They called me the next day and said they sent the order because I entered my debit card number! I told her that I never finalized the order and her only response was that I had entered my debit card number! That is unscrupulous behavior, and though the product might be wonderful, I will never buy it! Now it is my responsibility to return the product and hope that I get a refund!! Do NOT order this product, they abuse your privacy!

I just went to order it for the $24 price they offered...the final price came up to $57!!! There is no way on the site to cancel this, no where it tells you it is going to be anything but the $24 it advertised...how do you cancel this...what a fraud they are..They lied clear through the TV promo and then when you order, up comes twice as much charged as you were told.Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called to order this product and it was not what they are advertising on television. The product is only $24.95 and you have a 30-Day trial offer. Of course when you call, after you go through a whole series of questions and answers, not even speaking to a human voice, they charge you for two months plus shipping, all of a sudden at the end, they tell you owe $62.85. Then when you try to call and cancel, you cannot even get a person, finally when you do, they tell they cannot promise to get your order stopped. I told them I would dispute it on my credit card and would not pay the amount since they lied about what they were selling. It is ashame, I am sure the product is good BUT...
11/26/2006 - Diane writes:
First of all, I agree with the price thing..they charge you the whole amount all at once. What is up with that? Secondly, I DID like the product and tried to reorder it when I ran out of two of the shades...WELL...that was back in AUGUST...I am still waiting! They charged my credit card on November 9th and today is November 26th and I still haven't received it!! Thirdly..have you ever tried calling these people? If this business does not succeed, its because of the Customer Service, NOT the product!

I returned their products since the company charged me full price and additional charge for rush shipping and then sent it to me slowest possible way. This was back in July of this year. They just charged my card again and sent me new product. I have been trying to call their customer service line and it is just a recording and no one will call you back. I have filed a claim with the BBB of Santa Barbara against this company.

Same as other buyers, i got charged double when i received the product while the advertisement said "Only $24.95 plus S&H". Advertisement Fraud Alert !!!!!!!!!!

I ordered Perfect Pigment last week online under the assumption that, like the advertising says, I would be charged for the first payment now and the second payment in 30 days, if I don't want my money back within 30 days. My online receipt reflected just one large payment, so I paid for a long distance call to customer service because no one answered the 800 number. Customer service assurred me that I would be billed 2 separate payments. Today, my Visa debit card was charged for both payments. So much for truth in advertising.

The advertised price online and television is 24.95 plus 7.95 shipping and handling. However, when you go to order the product an additional 24.95 will be billed on your account in 30 days. There is no process of talking to a live person on the phone. There is no way I would buy from this company since I cannot talk to a human. This is false advertising-is she that desperate for money?

The infomercial leads you to believe that this product is $24.95 but when you call they tell you that after the 30 day trial you will have to pay an additional $24.95. They do not mention that in the commercial and that is fraud!!!!!!!!!
