I was ripped off by the P90X company as everyone else seems to have been on this list. I ordered the P90X product but did NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING else! They have been withdrawing from my visa account monthly and even worse I haven't been receiving anything.
This is what happened in the last two months to my visa account:

28 Apr 2008 PPL*BEACHBODY FITNESS 866-370-8219 CA 90.37
86.87 USD @ 1.0402
28 Mar 2008 PPL*BEACHBODY FITNESS 866-370-8219 CA 90.75
86.84 USD @ 1.0450

I immediately knew something funny (and infuriating!) was going on so I did a google of P90X to find their website and that is how I found this site - I am shocked this is happening to so many others!

I now have to somehow get the visa withdrawals to stop! The management of this company really shoiuld be locked up - I'm going to spreaad the news and point the media to this web page and it would be great if you all could do this too. Your local newspapers, email cc's to government, CNN, Globe & Mail, places likle this. I'm glad I found this site.
Cheers,
First off, thanks for this space. Yes I called for this product and went through the 10 or so minute extras speech. Al I wanted was the exercise dvd's. I feel a fool for falling for the line, "The chin-up bar a especially made for ultimate fitness." I called after the 30 days for the Return Authorization number for the pills. I also called customer service to get the $38.87 charge reversed on my credit card for the so called support. I never logged in to their website and quite frankly totally do not remember it being mentioned at all. I explained to the customer service girl that I thought they could not be serious to think that all that was said in those conversations would be remembered. We are have busy lives right? I asked her, "Miss? Without looking on your screen, can you remember my street address I just spoke to you? She confessed she could not. I told her that I will never recommend this product to others. You have to admit they are pretty desparate for money if they use these tactics for a couple extra fin. By the way, I recorded the entire conversation (told her I would for my protection), and she said, "That's okay sir, we do too." I talked to their call polling people. All I got was an general interpretation saying "Sir you agreed to blah, blah." No content from myself or the order taker was ever quoted. That too me says alot. Bottom line, they are not a good organization to deal with. Warn others to borrow the dvd's from their poor friends (like me) that got taken.

What a joke! I tried to order this for the low price of $14.95 which was a limited time offer and called the number. The women on the phone didn't even know what power 90 was and kept saying "rocking bodies" for 59.95
After some discussion she gave me the number for "customer service" and they didn't know of the offer and said that I must be "confused" I told them that I was actually watching the commerical as the gentleman on the phone was talking and it said the offer again. I decided at that moment that any company that doesnt' have it together to this degree must be a scam! Sounds like I was right. I'm just glad that I had trouble and dind't order it!

After seeing P90X on the tv my wife and I decided to order. There was a promise to UPRADE to FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY. Our order was placed on March 9, we still have not received our items. The date is now March 19. It has been 10 days. We have contacted customer service several times and found them to be rude, and nothing but scam artist. The are NOT willing to help you at all, after waiting on hold at least 10 or 15 minutes each phone call. They said our order had been shipped but could not provide a tracking number for at least a week. We tried online customer support and waited 45 minutes for a live chat with them. They were extremly RUDE and refused to help us at all. We spent 170.00 and have received NOTHING. Finally, our order was shipped after 6 days, and we contacted UPS. They stated that the package was being shipped BASIC priority. Which means our order will not arrive for a few more days, still! So from the date of our order, it will take all together 13 days, if it even arrives then. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company in my life. PLEASE do not order from them!! The representative online refused to send us an email conformation or tracking number, she said UPS would update through email. ANOTHER LIE. UPS does no such thing. Why could they not provide a tracking number? Because it HAD NOT been shipped. We thought we would NEVER receive anything in the mail. It's okay that it didn't arrive in 2 days or 5 days because this was a SPECIAL offer anyway, and we feared that our account had been debited and we were never to receive the order. We just wanted it to arrive EVENTUALLY anyway. It isn't right to LIE to customers. This has been reported and we hope all other complaints will be as well!

P90X - Caveat Emptor! Such a great product I am amazed that beachbody stoops to the levels it does. I ordered the P90X on the web site, and there were a lot of attempts to up-sell during the purchase process. No biggie. They are in business to make money. I was promised a free trial of the vitamins which I accepted.(first mistake) When I received the product there was a notice inside that said that I had a free membership on []. Everything seemed fair to me at this point, and I logged in using the password. (second mistake) After about 30 days, I noticed that my credit card had been billed by beachbody. The free trial of the vitamins was aparently a subscription which they intended on regularly billing my credit card.
The same was true of the membership on []. It took several hours to resolve this mess and explain that I did no t want the vitamins on a regular basis, I had to pay shipping to send them bak. Additionally I did not want to pay a monthly fee for my FREE membership on []. Given the price of the product, a free trial of the vitamins, and a membership on the web site seemed like a reasonable bonus for buying on the web site. I guess the moral of the story is READ THE FINE PRINT. The product itself is great, the videos keep you motivated, the books are easy to read. Just be careful with any "freebies" the company may offer. They're not fee!

I decided to order the p90x system online. After a very extensive ordering process where they repeatedly try to upsell you, I came to the end where you commit to the purchase and the invoice came up completly wrong. I had a bad feeling throughout the entire process and the incorrect invoice confirmed it. I called customer service and was amazed when I actually got through and they cancelled the order! I agree with everyone who says the ordering process/customer service really stinks however, I feel the product is good. I ordered the p90x system [] and received it with no issues or strings attached.

I ordered P90X - it is a good product but I was supposed to get free shipping - it was 43.85. I couldn't use the chin-up bar - it wouldn't fit on my doors - to return I would have to pay the shipping...long story short I would only wind up 15 dollars ahead if I returned the bar and I would have to trust MDB to refund my 44.85 - I didn't think I would have much luck with the credit so I have a useless chin-up bar...I also found out that I was signed up for vitamins and the club - this was going to cost me almost 400 dollars a year so I canceled. I am going to contact my credit card. They are extremely devious in their marketing...they pull you in with the dvd's but get you with unmentioned shipping and hidden charges - bottom line - don't deal with this company - if you want the program but it elsewhere...the company cannot be trusted to present things in an honest way.

I love the Beach Body products. They have giving me a variety of fun and effective workouts. But as with the other complaints, they have the very worst service department on the earth! Not one of my orders have gone through without some difficulty. I have written, called and e-mailed the company over twenty times and you never get a stragiht answer or resolution. They actually have been quite rude to me at times. My solution is ordering Turbo Jam products and Power 90 through other venues. [] has been good if you buy from others and not BB. It's so sad to have good products and horrid service.

No complaints about the product...nothing but complaints about their marketing, sales and refund practices. I too fell victim to the Million Dollar Body Scam. If you notice PRODUCT PARTNERS LLC DOES NOT LIST the price of this product on the invoice they send you when you receive their product. However they do list the price of everything else. This is to divert you attention from the fact THEY ENROLLED you in the program. Unless you are diligent with reviewing your monthly credit card charges, they can easily defraud you out of hundreds of dollars. I have reported my experience with the Better Business Bureau and suggest eveyone else do the same. To avoid anyone else from buying this product I am sharing what I purchased with family and friends FOR FREE!!!!!! Then it goes []...so instead of me referring everyone to BUY the product I'm going to bite into profits....

I ordered P90X over the phone. The phone person was extremely pushy and I had to opt out of innumerable sales programs thatwould charge my credit card on an ongoing basis. It appeared that unless I specifically said I did not want these things that I would automatically be enrolled. I really wanted the product, but the simple process of calling to order seemed so risky and the sales tactics seemd so shady that I almost hung up numerous times. I eventually got the product, although I was charged more for shipping than the website said I would be. Attempts to get this fixed through customer service were fruitless. Also, a few weeks after the order was placed, I began getting telephone solicitations on my cell phone for credit card scams. I had only given my cell number to Beachbody, so I believe these two events are related. It's a shame. P90X is a great product, but Beachbody is a company I'll never buy from again.

Do Not Order from this Company. Talk about a scam company. First, I ordered via telephone and was told that I would receive "free upgraded shipping". Unfortunately, the distinction between what they consider this and what I do is much varying. When I called, they said that shipping was "upgraded for free"...meaning I was responsible for their typical shipping which is $28.90 and takes "4 to 6 weeks"...but I go the wonderful deal of having it shipped in ONLY 5 DAYS and having the honor of this upgrade for free. Give me a break. Beachbody refused to give me a refund. DO AS I DID. Go to your bank and tell them you were involved in a scam. Tell your bank not to honor any additional charges from BeachBody. Because they have recordings, they will probably get their money...but make them work for it!

I own the Power 90 program so when I saw the P90X I paid attention to the informercial and thought it sounded good so I bought it. My problem is not with the program, but the way they swindled me out of money. When I ordered it I told the person that I did not want the monthly payment option, but would rather pay in full. My card was charged the full amount. They kept sending bills saying I owed I paid again because it was easier then dealing with them. I move out of state, and about a month later I get a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe Beach Body for the P90X. I attempt to straighten it out to no avail so I pay a third time. Again because it was easier and got tired of receiving collection letters, it did not matter what info I gave them. I will not buy from Beach Body again and will advise everyone I know to stay away!!!

My husband ordered the P90X product for three monthly payments of $39.99. However, the very next day there was $142 debited from my account. He immediately called and they said that if he chose to upgrade his package and the money could be refunded by returning it when we received it (2 weeks later). To start, this mistake on their part bounced three checks for us at $36 each. I got onto their online chat and the girl I spoke with said they would look up the recording of our call and listen. If it was their fault, they would refund the difference, and the bounced check fees. I was told I would be receiving a copy of the recording as well. 7 days later I hadn't heard anything, so I logged back on to the online chat. The same girl told me that they had listened to the recording, and that my husband indeed ordered the additional products. I asked why I hadn't received a copy, and she said I would in another 7 days. I finally received it today. I could not understand a word that the "customer service representative" even said on the entire recording. My husband asked her to repeat each and every statement that she said. He told her exactly what she wanted, and here we are with an "upgraded" package. Does anyone have any advice as to how we can get ourselves out of this mess?? It doesn't seem that anyone else has gotten their money back.

I ordered the P90 fitness. I received the product. I attempted to change my method of payment, which I DO NOT recommend! After a month, I finally received a credit on the original card, minus shipping, but was charged twice on another card! After another month of long call waits, rude employees and explaining the entire story over and over again, I finally received a credit for the double charge. The problem was that they kept the shipping! So, I am basically paying shipping twice on a product I only received once! Beach body is fighting this tooth and nail and is refusing to give me a refund for the double shipping! I told them they are stealing and that I didn't approve a double shipping charge. I don't know what my next step should be! I'm so angry!!! Any advice?

I ordered Beachbody through the website. I then received 2 confirmation emails, one to my work address the other to my home address. I called and said that I did not want 2. I was told that only one order was on the computer. A few days later , I got 2 shipping confirmations! I called back and told them. Some Indian tried to get me to keep the second order but reluctantly gave me a return number. Two days LATER, I got a email from the USPS that they had JUST picked up the packages! I was furious and told them so. I was told that "I must have hit the button twice" I responded "Do you think I accidently supplied you with 2 different addresses!? I told them to cancel both orders. When the packages arrived 2 weeks later (despite upgraded shipping) I called to get return labels and was told I was responsible for return postage. I was told it was "Because it could be tracked" I took all the "free" gifts from both orders and sent them back. I reported ALL charges to my credit card as fraudulent and blocked further charges. Ironic part is, I bought a copy on ebay and its a good program! Don't know why they are so dishonest?

Back in 2003 they had power 90 to and they took all these payments off my credit card. And it wasn't small one's it was like 5o dollars here 80 dollars here. I would keep calling the customer care number and they where so rude. They had this trip package where they go away with them and you do this power 90 stuff. Well they charged me 90 dollars for it and it was some pamplet talking about it and I just threw it away. Well when I called customer care telling them I never signed up for something like that they where like send the packet back I told her I never got a packet and that it was just a pamplet talking about it. She was rude and told me she wasn't going to refund my money.

Fell prey sunday eve to the infomercial but woke up the next morning and went to the website customer service live chat to cancel it. Well, 3 days later and I still cant get it resolved. Like others I am getting the runaround aabout how they cant cancel my order but I can send it back. God only knows what charges will show up on my debit card. If I had done a search before it would have alerted me to this company and its scam...but hindsight I guess...I filed a complanint with the FTC.
