Do Not Order from this Company. Talk about a scam company. First, I ordered via telephone and was told that I would receive "free upgraded shipping". Unfortunately, the distinction between what they consider this and what I do is much varying. When I called, they said that shipping was "upgraded for free"...meaning I was responsible for their typical shipping which is $28.90 and takes "4 to 6 weeks"...but I go the wonderful deal of having it shipped in ONLY 5 DAYS and having the honor of this upgrade for free. Give me a break. Beachbody refused to give me a refund. DO AS I DID. Go to your bank and tell them you were involved in a scam. Tell your bank not to honor any additional charges from BeachBody. Because they have recordings, they will probably get their money...but make them work for it!

I own the Power 90 program so when I saw the P90X I paid attention to the informercial and thought it sounded good so I bought it. My problem is not with the program, but the way they swindled me out of money. When I ordered it I told the person that I did not want the monthly payment option, but would rather pay in full. My card was charged the full amount. They kept sending bills saying I owed I paid again because it was easier then dealing with them. I move out of state, and about a month later I get a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe Beach Body for the P90X. I attempt to straighten it out to no avail so I pay a third time. Again because it was easier and got tired of receiving collection letters, it did not matter what info I gave them. I will not buy from Beach Body again and will advise everyone I know to stay away!!!

My husband ordered the P90X product for three monthly payments of $39.99. However, the very next day there was $142 debited from my account. He immediately called and they said that if he chose to upgrade his package and the money could be refunded by returning it when we received it (2 weeks later). To start, this mistake on their part bounced three checks for us at $36 each. I got onto their online chat and the girl I spoke with said they would look up the recording of our call and listen. If it was their fault, they would refund the difference, and the bounced check fees. I was told I would be receiving a copy of the recording as well. 7 days later I hadn't heard anything, so I logged back on to the online chat. The same girl told me that they had listened to the recording, and that my husband indeed ordered the additional products. I asked why I hadn't received a copy, and she said I would in another 7 days. I finally received it today. I could not understand a word that the "customer service representative" even said on the entire recording. My husband asked her to repeat each and every statement that she said. He told her exactly what she wanted, and here we are with an "upgraded" package. Does anyone have any advice as to how we can get ourselves out of this mess?? It doesn't seem that anyone else has gotten their money back.

I ordered the P90 fitness. I received the product. I attempted to change my method of payment, which I DO NOT recommend! After a month, I finally received a credit on the original card, minus shipping, but was charged twice on another card! After another month of long call waits, rude employees and explaining the entire story over and over again, I finally received a credit for the double charge. The problem was that they kept the shipping! So, I am basically paying shipping twice on a product I only received once! Beach body is fighting this tooth and nail and is refusing to give me a refund for the double shipping! I told them they are stealing and that I didn't approve a double shipping charge. I don't know what my next step should be! I'm so angry!!! Any advice?

I ordered Beachbody through the website. I then received 2 confirmation emails, one to my work address the other to my home address. I called and said that I did not want 2. I was told that only one order was on the computer. A few days later , I got 2 shipping confirmations! I called back and told them. Some Indian tried to get me to keep the second order but reluctantly gave me a return number. Two days LATER, I got a email from the USPS that they had JUST picked up the packages! I was furious and told them so. I was told that "I must have hit the button twice" I responded "Do you think I accidently supplied you with 2 different addresses!? I told them to cancel both orders. When the packages arrived 2 weeks later (despite upgraded shipping) I called to get return labels and was told I was responsible for return postage. I was told it was "Because it could be tracked" I took all the "free" gifts from both orders and sent them back. I reported ALL charges to my credit card as fraudulent and blocked further charges. Ironic part is, I bought a copy on ebay and its a good program! Don't know why they are so dishonest?

Back in 2003 they had power 90 to and they took all these payments off my credit card. And it wasn't small one's it was like 5o dollars here 80 dollars here. I would keep calling the customer care number and they where so rude. They had this trip package where they go away with them and you do this power 90 stuff. Well they charged me 90 dollars for it and it was some pamplet talking about it and I just threw it away. Well when I called customer care telling them I never signed up for something like that they where like send the packet back I told her I never got a packet and that it was just a pamplet talking about it. She was rude and told me she wasn't going to refund my money.

Fell prey sunday eve to the infomercial but woke up the next morning and went to the website customer service live chat to cancel it. Well, 3 days later and I still cant get it resolved. Like others I am getting the runaround aabout how they cant cancel my order but I can send it back. God only knows what charges will show up on my debit card. If I had done a search before it would have alerted me to this company and its scam...but hindsight I guess...I filed a complanint with the FTC.

This company sucks...as Roger 9/12/05 writes i had the sme experience with trying to order the p90x system and upon trying to go through with it the website kept adding items and charges and increasing the shipping prices with no way to change anything, so i had no choice but to close out the browser. Then i thought i would try again, big mistake same thing happened. Then after calling them to stop the order they stated "there is nothing we can do the product has already left the facility. There is however a 30 day money back guarantee." So i left a note for UPS to return item to sender that i refused the order and beachbody received all the products on the same day. I was then credited 39.95 and 14.98 three days later still no other refund. I called back regarding the 214.60 charge told them that everything was signed for the same day by the same person and they then said "OK could you hold on" they then came back on the line and said "Our records show that we did receive then items and a refund will be credited to your account" So i asked for the whole amount of 214.60 right and Shane said "yes." 3 days later my credit card statement showed a refund for 119.85. I then called them back was then told "S+H is not refundable and it clearly states that in the website," well if it clearly states that then how did i miss it. Further talking to this gentleman I told him i did not even accept the package from UPS so there is no way i have the chin-up bar, again was put on hold... "Ok sir, our records indicate the chin-up bar has been returned and you will be credited 44.95 to your account," but of course no S+H. No hassle returns huh... then why did it take me over 14 days to get my "PRODUCT" refunds for eveything that the company received on the same day and why did I have to call them 3 times to get the money back and for everything to magically appear when i called them, that sounds like a hassle to me.

I've been using Power 90 for over a year now. I have to say I have been seeing results, and I'm only 17. My dad let me use his credit card to buy the thing. Every few weeks after receiving the P90 DVD, I was sent "free gifts" one after another. Resistance Bands, P90X DVD Set, Power Half-Hour, and so on. Turns out that when my dad went to the bank he had to pay over $200 for all of these "free gifts". He phoned the company and they made some crap excuse that we agreed to "buy" these "free gifts". My dad had them cancel our subscription and hadn't heard from them for a year until recently, they send a bill for $50, saying that we didn't pay for one of the so called "free gifts" they sent us. So far we've spent over $250 on a product which should have been only $72.80 (3 payments of 19.95 + 12.95 s&h).

I ordered Power 90 out of desperation, as so many other "fat" people do. I have tried so may other things i figured i could give this a shot. surprisingly the odering process was easy and no extra charges occured. The problem is that people who are ALREADY fat CANNOT do this workout!!! Its damn near impossible unless you only need to lose 5-10 lbs, the worouts are so hard, how can a larger person even begin such a regime?

Wishin I would have read this blog first. I am also going through having my money "stolen" through Beachbody. I had said no to all the extra and then they kept on and offered me one bottle of vitamins for $1.00, so I agreed. I was not informed that it would be recurring. When complaining to them, they said that since I had given them my card number more than once, that was considered on "up sale" and that was my agreement. This was complete trickery. I am also filing a complaint with the FCC. So, beware of "GIVING YOUR CARD NUMBER TWICE."

Do NOT do business with this company for ANY reason!!! You WILL regret it!! I recieved their 12 week extension and numersou CD (I upgraded on the phone) of course it came with a "FREE email trail" I stated very plainly that I "did not authorize ANY other charges to my card" and that I "didi not want any continuing services. I staed that I didi not need an online service. The woman plainly stated that I "could only get their product with the free service (RED FLAG!!!!) Well once I realized that they went ahead and charged me for the service anyway (after 30 days) I called in to their offshore Indian call center where I was told it was a "non-refundable" three month service charge, NOT a monthly charge, and despite my saying I did NOT authorize any other charges it was charged anyway. Also they claim that I agreed to it and they could provide the transcripts. Of course two weeks later the "Transcripts" are someone "summarizing the transcripts, claiming I agreed to it, NOT a full copy of the conversation. These guys are NOT a reputable business and deliberately use layers of rude, deceptive, stonewalling and lies to deeman, harass and manipulate their customers (translate 'marks'). Please everyone, file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) these guys deserve to be put out of business!

I ordered Power90 from a BeachBody.com infomercial. I was sent, YogaBootyBallet. I called BeachBody's customer service and told them of this error. They instructed me to return the package with tracking informaiton so that they could pay me back for my shipping charges. I got a refund, but for the product price of YogaBootyBallet - not for my first shipping charges, and not for my return shipment of the product. Subsequent calls to customer service were NOT helpful. I found their staff to be rude, uninformed and not helpful. They tell you lies, and then accuse you of being the one causing the problem. I'm filing BBB complaint with them in my state.

This product,Power 90, seemed to me in the beginning to be a very great product. I had seen the infomercial at a friend's house and I loved it. I called and tryed to order it, but to my dismay, all I got was, would you like to try this product with your other product? But once I got through past that to order, I waited for 2wks. for my package before I called BeachBody. They said it would be there, just some delaying. Well, I checked my bank account and it said that I had taken out 78 extra dollars in my account. I knew that it was BeachBody who had taken my money and even more out of my account. I am furious with them, and might take legal action. Do Not associate with BeachBody!!!

I put an order in for power 90 for my birthday...being on a limitied budget this was pushing it but for 19.95 plus shipping I splurged.... They enrolled me in a "club" which I was told I had the opportunity to cancel and no additional charges would be taken out of my account. Well I canceled so I would not receive any more shipments because I could not afford them.... was given a confirmation number. Looking through my checking account I seen that they had deducted over $45 more dollars from my account. I emailed them and they said that they had a right and I was advised about this charge and basically there was nothing I could do about it. They said they stated that in their "welcome brochure" and that shipment they sent was totally legal. This company has taken money that my children need....$45 may not be alot for some but for my family it is....

I have had problems with beachbody too. They will never answer your emails, better to do a live chat, and Mr. Molina to this date has never responded to me. I joined the online club they sent me a $25.00 certificate via email, all it is, is a promo code that you enter when you buy something. I misplaced the code, I talked to customer service and they said there is no way of getting it, I tried to contact Mr. Molina and still no reply. Most other sites will give you the code back, if you misplace it. I have had several problems with shipping taking over two months and all kinds of problems with Beachbody. If you are going to order from them, do it all in one payment, and never cheap $14.95 gimmics. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

I have used this product and seemed to have worked, but I did not continue the program. Anyway, I am writing about the complaint I have. I ordered the product for 14.95 and wanted to be able to order that only, but again I did not have the option of doing just that since the agent said she could not put a stop on the next shipment with this order. So I guess I agreed. Got the package, then a couple of months later I got charged for 58.99 (Cdn) from BeachBody and I called them up to say I did not order anything (I actually forgot). So that part was my fault, but I said to them I am going to return it and got an RA number. I received the package on Sep 14, 2005 (2nd shipment) and since I did not want to pay for another shipping charge, I sent it using RTS (Return To Sender). Unfortunately that was the start of 5 more calls to Beach Body. The following reasons were: the computer was down, it would take 1 month to get the shipment, then it would take 1 more month to get the computers updated. Nov 21, 2005 - still have not received the package I got an explanation of the package taking a month or 2 months to get their systems updated. They offered to listen to the original conversation and it would take 2 weeks for them to call back. No call. Jan 3, 2006 - they said I agreed to be shipped the product via the record. Fortunately, the supervisor gave me the original tracking number (Canada Post) and mentioned that they may have tracked it back when I returned it. I looked online of that tracking number and there it was - CANADA Post tracked it back. (Sep 14 - shipped to receiver; Sep 21 - to be sent out; Sep 21 - shipped to receiver). Called Customer service back and asked them if they can look online, as there is the proof of the delivery to them. The agent did not believe me first, but I said Sep 14 was shipped to me and Sep 21 was shipped to them. I got my credit back (less shipping) Jan 6th. Bottomline I think if you do not have proof that you sent it or they got it, you will not get your credit back. And it also looks like when you ship it to them, they always say WE DID NOT RECEIVE IT, and hoping you would give up and they got extra money on their pockets. For me it took 3 & 1/2 months to get my money back. Now I am reading more about this, I think I should cancel my credit card.
