I ordered beachbodys powerx90 workout tapes about 6 months ago. Today I got a package of vitamins with a bill marked paid for $44.90 I called them and they said to send the package back at my expense, about $8 for shipping and insurance to return vitamins I never ordered. I checked my credit card statement and in fact 2 charges on my credit card statement $45.95 and $44.90 both for vitamins, 2 charges from them, for vitamins I didn't order, different phone numbers on each charge, but both were beach body. Not only did they use my credit card without my permission, they billed it twice. They won't answer emails, except with auto generated emails saying they will get back to me when they have time, they blocked me off their customer support site on line, they won't take my phone calls. I called my bank, Bank of America, 800 number for customer service, the girl I talked to said she has had numerous complaints about this company billing peoples credit card. How many agents does Bank of America have? Thousands? First one I talked to knows about beachbody and has had numerous complaints about their credit card practices. How many have these people ripped off? All I can say, if your planning on buying from them, don't give them your credit card info for any reason. You will regret the day you heard of them. Had to cancel my credit card to keep them from using it again. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They have an answer for evertyhing and you will be out a bunch of money. I still haven't got my money back. I am writing the attorney general in California and see what I can do to shut these people down. Read beachbodys reply to this letter, I am sure they got an answer to my email as they do to the thousands of people who mistakenly gave them their credit card numbers. Prepare to be snowballed by experts when you deal with them. Say goodbye to your money, your credit card and be prepared to mad. You have never dealt with these kind of people. Anyone else out there with similar stories please email me at [] I am trying to get the attorney geneal involved in this company and the more complaints they get, the better. Need Help!

Hi, I ordered Power 90 over the internet directly through their website on 7/17. I checked my bank account balance and found out they had taken out $24.41 on 7/17 and again on 7/19. I called and spoke with cust svc rep by the name of Chris David (??) who said he would call me right back within 10 minutes so I could give him my bank's fax # so he could tell them to reverse the charge (that sounded fishy to me in the first place). Of course, no call back. I am going to my bank today to get one of those reversed and I want to find a way to report them. I doubt I will ever even see the DVD. They're right - I did get exercise...from picking up the phone and walking in and out of the bank several times!

In March 05 I ordered power 90 via infomercial - I recieved my order and all was good or so I thought now in July 05 they are charging my debit card 45.85 I spoke to someone on the 13th advising that I had canceled all auto shippments - they claimed to have no record. they then cancelled the auto-shippement again with me on the phone this was July 13 2005 now it is july 25 and I found out they just charged my debit card the 45.85 and have put me in the NEGATIVE with my checking account which caused another check to bounce. I have spent over 45 minutes on hold as I type, right now. Not to mentioin most of their phone numbers are all scam number means of stalling or frustrating the customer. after about 30 minutes of hearing TOni Horton with all these statemenets of ..... so your calling about your bill... or why cancel .... some one will be with you shortly... then after all they end up disconnecting the phone or put you on a busy signal.

Just like the many consumers that have spoken before me. I purchase the Power 90 program on July 7, 2005. When I attempted to click the link to determine when my shipment should be received I get an error message stating the shipment number is invalid. When I called Power 90 to make them aware of my situation they stated that a number is often accidently left off in the email and they would call me back once their systems came back on line. I never received a call back. Again I called to follow up and again the system was done. After reading the complaints of others I am certain that this is a fraudulent company and will do everything in power to make sure that the proper authorities prevent them from pulling in anymore suckers.

As a matter of fact for item you SPECIFICALLY said I DONT WANT!! these people are liars and frauds and total scam artist and this should be totally illegal. Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER POWER 90!!

I ordered Power90 on June 16, 2005 and received my video the beginning of July. I also took advantage of a free month on the website First of all, the 14.95 is only for one video and that is half of the program. It does become boring, but is seeming to work. Tony is kind of corny, but I like him still. I did research online about the program and found out that the other two videos would come in a month, cost 45.85 and are basically the same as the first one. I cancelled both the web site and the auto ship a week before my month was up. I received a confirmation for both around the 12th of July. Today, I look at my checking account and both have STILL been charged to my account. After reading comments on this site, I guess I should have known. Even after very advanced notice, they are still trying to take my money. Very bad business, Beachbody.
