Ok so I'm so glad I found this website, my mom just ordered this on Friday and it did the same thing to her as everyone else. It was just an automated system... took her card number... and charged her for it. It gave her no Confirmation number and never let her talk to anyone about it. So she told me about it today and said she wasn't really even for sure she wanted the vacuums she just wanted to ask a couple questions about them, but too late they already charged her for them. However I was able to find a website for them, they are now called Stainz R Out TV Vac it's at www.tv-vac.com I found a Customer Service number from there (1-866-626-7956). Luckily I was able to cancel her order before they shipped them. She should get her card refunded in a couple days....hopefully! But I'm glad I found this website to find out how much of a peice of junk they really are! Thanks to everyone for all your input!

I too fell for that scam and was charged for 4 vacs. My credit card company is taking care of the dispute. But check this out. Now this scammer is going under a new name. Instead of Smart Space Power Vac, it's now called the "Stainz R Out TV Vac". Check out the website. Boy, I have to say that this company does not know when to quit.

I ordered the power vac and just like many others here, I tried to cancel the order and yet I cant get hold of anybody at customer service. I finally got the vacuums but to my dismay, I got charged $200.00 for two vaccums. I am still trying to get hold of customer service to no avail. This is an absolute scam and if you would like to file a complaint you can call the Better Business Bureau or search for the Consumer Protection Agency and file a complaint to them.

I watched the infomercial & used the internet web site to order. Immediately the offers started showing up with a blatantly misleading offer style. If I hadn't seen the the scam listing along with my search for this web-site I would have been sucked in as the others seem to have. The 1 for 1 is a lie. The shipping cost is tripled and X 3 for payments. $150.00 just for shipping and you still have to buy 4 to get the one for free?? What about the TV station or network tht allows this to go across the airwaves? There must be some accountability. The final cost to me was to be $489.00. Thats for an original order for 1 vacumn and a free steamer. As for me, I lucked out and stopped the ordering process. BEWARE!!!

We called on Jan. 7 to order the Smnart Space Power vac and to our surprise 38 hours of being on hold trying to talk to a real person and a charge of $433.70 on our credit card we have yet received any satisfaction. We had to close our credit card. What a fraudulent company. What I don't understand we tried to stop the charge while it was pending but Bank of America said it had to go thru....??? That i don't understand as well.. I f any one can help me resolve this matter please contact us asap. thank you. I hate crooks and hope they all go to jail!!!!!!

I ordered the storm vac and returned it. I have been through nothing but grief since. I placed my order over the phone. There was an error in the ordering process. I tried to contact them for day's to fix it. I believe now it was on purpose. Finally, I contacted customer service, a gal answered. I tried to explain I didn't buy but one, she said I bought two and it wasn't her department to straighten it out. She was very rude then hung up on me. I called back and they put me on hold. I was on hold close to an hour. I then tried calling several days later just to be put on hold again. This went on for months. I sent them letter's by confirmation and nothing. We had to cancel our credit card to put an end to the charges. I was watching T.V. yesterday and they had their info commerical on. I called the phone number and ended up talking to a resident in California. These people need stopped and they are not on the up and up. Why are they still running an ad on T.V.? I hope that people read these reviews before buying their product. The better business bureau needs to be contacted, hopefully we will be contacted with a class action law suit against them. They managed to get me for $200.00 plus. This is buyer's beware. They don't have a consious. Don't give your debit card to these theives. There is so much fraud in this country and I would close out my debit card if used. It is easier to close out a visa credit card than years of fraud in your checking account. I have yet to hear anything from my ordeal, this fight started in November 2005. I am still trying to obtain what belongs to me, I will get my money back.

I have read the reviews and to my surprise I wasn't the only one ripped off. I saw the info commerical and placed my order over a year ago. I tried to get a live person to speak to me. I ended up with two vac's that I didn't order, also a buy one and get one free. I called their customer service department several times but no luck. They would answer only to put me on hold. I decided to write them a letter, send it confirmation, that didn't work. I sent another letter and nothing. The product arrived and and my credit card kept being billed. I called their customer service again. Some gal answered just to say she didn't handle that problem. Then I called again, they kept me on hold for almost an hour. This went on for weeks and then months. Finally, I got lucky one day and the supervisor called me back. She said a check would be in the mail. I never received it. This customer service department were very rude and nasty. Everytime I called they kept me on hold until I had to finally hang up. They answer the phone just to be nasty, then see your calling back and answer and put the phone on the counter. My credit card company was notified and we had to obtain a new credit card. If anyone is reading this before thinking of buying the storm vac, don't buy it. For your sake save yourself the grief because these people are not honest. They can't be trusted and you are guarenteed to be ripped off. I was watching T.V. yesterday and saw the info commerical again. I called them just to have the same thing happen again! This was a repeat from a year ago. I am happy for the gal who went to the attorney General's office. The better business bureau needs to be contacted as well. I am hoping to get a letter that a class action law suit has been filed against them. The need to held accountable for what they have done. How on earth are these people still getting by with ripping people off? I wouldn't give these people your debit card, a visa is easier to cancel, not to mention all the fraud they would inflict upon you. Don't hesitate to contact the better business bureau regarding this situation.

Do not order this item!!! Don't even call the #!!! I saw the info-commercial on tv and it seemed like a great vacuum so I called the number to order. I was trying to get to someone to actually speak to because I don't give my credit card over the phone unless I'm speaking to a live person. I put my credit card number in only because it wouldn't give you the choice to speak to someone and I was thinking that before I complete the order it will give me the option to speak to an operator and if they didn't I would just say no and hang up. It ran with it as soon as it got my card #. It said you would get 2 for 1 at the price of $59. plus free shipping and that you would receive accessories free and also some sort a steamer cleaner free. The more you try to object and say no, it runs with it even further and says something like maybe you would like a second set at the same price. I kept saying no and pushing the zero for the operator but it wouldn't do anything. I then thought ok I'll just hang up before they try to finish the order. Guess what? I arrived home today to find 4 boxes on my front porch with an invoice that says 2 vacs (buy one get one free) at $119.85 (instead of the $59.) and it is doubled for a total $239.70 for 4 vacs plus a shipping charge of $74.00 when that was supposed to be free. I am not even going to open the boxes b/c I have read everyone else's complaints that they're junk and it doesn't look like they even tried to send the free stuff. The invoice says that they charged my card for $153.90 and will automatically charge the balance in 2 more monthly payments. I had to cancel my card# and I have to mail in a letter to my credit card company stating what happened and any other evidence that I have. Please beware of this company! I hope somebody stops them soon! Kennesaw, GA

I ordered the SMART SPACE Power Vaccuum last November of 2007, I have not received the vacuum for 2 months, so I cancelled my order thru email, but they already charged my credit card 193.80 dollars. They replied to my email, they said that they will cancel the order and remove the charge as soon as they received the Vacuums that they said is currently on shipment. If I ever receive it the vacuums, they said that I should just return it back to them and they will remove all the charges. Today, they again charged my credit card for 79.90 dollars and still I have not received any vacuum from them. I dont know how they did it. I am worried that they may continue on doing this. And I want my money back. Any help?

I purchased the Smart Space Power Vac (name is being used now) on 1/31/08. I was to buy 1 and get 1 free (along with a power steamer). The cost was to be 59.95 to 19.95 shipping and handling. I received 4 vacuums, no power steamer and was charged 193.90 with 159.80 owed. I am cancelling my credit card as we speak so they won't get the 159.80, and I have been on hold with their customer service for over an hour. My checking account was overdrawn because of the excessive amount, so I had other things to bounce and my bank charged me a fee. I'm getting an attorney and suing this company.

I ordered 1 tv power vac and was supposed to get one free. Well, they sent me four and charged me $94 for shipping and handling. They charged me $353.70 on my credit card. They don't answer the phone when I call to report a problem. A recorded voice says someone will be with me shortly, but no one responds. This is definitely a big scam. I'm going to hire a lawyer just because I'm so angry. I will never order from tv again. I learned a lesson. I'm calling my credit card company and sending all four machines back to these creeps. Is the tv station aware of this problem? Surely they don't endorse such scam artists.

I am with the many others who feel duped. I went through the automated order process and they make it sound like you have to say "yes" to get the extra "free" vacuum they offer (HA!). What you are doing, however, is ordering another one that you have to pay for. Their is no going back or talking to a human to clarify what has taken place in the ordering process. AND, I could not get the vacuum to pick up anything on my carpet either. Duped and disappointed. Unfortunately with my FOUR vacuums, every time a turn a corner in my house their is a reminder of my stupidity. P.S., I'll be happy to retell this story when the class action lawsuit starts. Count me IN!

I wish I had read your comments before ordering this product that is indeed too good to be true. I was charged $156 instead of the $39 per month + shipping of $20. When I called and asked them to refund the difference and take two additional payments on the schedule they advertise they told me they could not do it. I asked for a refun, they said no as well since it supposedly JUST shipped this morning. I called UPS and they had not picked up from their warehouse yet today so I called them again and asked that they not ship and I was told no again. The third and fourth time I called I was hung up on. Crooks.

in december of 2007 i finally recieved the vacuums that i ordered plus 2 more. i was to pay in installments over 3 months.(39.99 each) free s&h for which i was charged 94.00. 193.90 was billed to my credit card with a remaining balance of 158.80. I had to cancell my credit card to insure they would not recieve any additional money. now i am recieving letters from a collection agency for the remaining balance. they said i could return the 2 vacs i did not order but must pay to have them shipped back. I am contacting the attorney generals office to file a complaint. plus the vacs don't vac.

I odered the cyclanic vac. They had doubled my order and charged my bank card $175 for shipping with the intent of charging me for the four vacs when I had only ordered the one with a free one plus free steamer. Three payments of $39.95 for a total of $119.85.
i called my bank to stop payment, I have been trying to call them for over a week with no success to cancel the whole shipment. I have the date, time and channel I was watching where I saw to order,I also will be contacting the post office and the Nebraska County Att. office. It is a shame to find out how dishonest some companies can be. It ruins it for the good guys.

I purchased 1 and got 1 free smart space power vac but they sent me 4 vacuums and charged me for two! Tried calling them several times! Most of the time i get a busy signal. When the phone finally goes through, I am put on hold for a very long time. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. As of today (01-15-2008) I still have not had contact with a live person over the phone! I don't recommend this product at all. Tried it at home and am very displeased with it.

This is also known as Smart Space Power Vac or Windstorm Vac or Lazerstorm Vac. Doesn't it make you wonder why they keep changing their name? Here's my story: They say that "God protects his fools and idiots", but the next line should be "But not from Infomercials"!!! I ordered this product and waited with great anticipation (6 wks)for this marvel of all marvels. Then, I got it. Yeah, I got it alright. Boy, did I get it! I could say "This vac SUCKS",but it doesn't. It couldn't pull hair off a dead cat.
