I have also been scammed. I purchased the Power storms May 15th 2006 which they said they received on August 21, 2006. The deal was buy one get one free with bonus gift of steamer. Did not receive bonus gift and they said we were not entitled to it., so we returned our Power storms after paying for it with credit card. We have not receilved a credit for it yet. Called many times and sent letters and have contacted credit card company. These people should be definately reported to the BBB and put out of business. I am contacting a lawyer now.

I ordered the vacuum in Aug., 2006 and the two for one deal arrived in a few weeks. I was to be charged three payments of 39.95. I was charged 76.00 in Sept. (shipping included), 39.95 in Oct., Nov., and Dec. for a total of 4 payments. I have called several times since Jan. trying to get a refund and they keep telling me that it will be coming in 7-10 days. Today I called again and was told that I had to e-mail. I did and got an automated response saying that I have to have my order number. Of course I don't have that. There seems to be no way to contact them. They just say that they will contact me within, you guessed it, 7-10 days. At least I got my vacuums. Sure, I only used it 4 times before the switch broke and it does overheat and is very cheaply made. But at least I got something which it seems a lot of people haven't. I just want my 40.00 bucks back that they overcharged me. The other 160.00 will be to pay for the lesson I learned of never ordering anything from TV again!

Order vac by mail, called serveal occocsions all ways a machine. Did speak to someone said the vacs were on back order, and should be going out soon. Billed my c.c. for 402.33 ordered one vac and sec one free. Received the steamer, last I heard for the comppany now when you call its a recorder telling you to go on their email address which has no info. but lots of letters from customers thay got had as well. This much stop, and the people need to pay for ripping off consumers. I wont be buying anything by T.V. again. It's said that people have to be so evil, what goes around will come back to hunt them. I may have to pay this money since the company is not refunding anyone back, I'm sure they took the money and ran.

I ordered the 2 for 1 special from the infomercial. My credit card has been charged for the product although I did not receive it yet. I have called my credit card company to dispute this charge and they are researching it. It appears from all that I have read on this company they should not be allowed to do business any longer. I know I will be extra careful when ordering anything again from infomercials. It gives you a bad taste in your mouth. I hope I do not have a problem getting my money back. If a package is delivered I will not accept it and have it returned.

Now I get a message from the 800 number to email them and it has been 20 days with no reponse. I want my money back and do not know what to do.

I ordered the Power Storm Vac on Dec. 4, 2006. The deal was 2 for the price of one. On Dec 5, 2006 my Mastercard was charged $109.53. On Jan 10, they charged $39.95 and again Jan 30 another $39.95. I have never received the vacuums nor have I been able to reach them by phone or by email. I have already informed my credit card company to reject any further charges from Windstorm Ventures. I am furious to learn about the many people scammed by this infomercial and even more furious that I am one of them!! Something needs to be done to stop this company! How can I get my money back? Please help! Thanks.

I ordered the windstorm vacuum however, I immediately returned it without opening the box in Oct. 2006. I looked on my bank statement for Feb. 2007 and found out that they are still drafting money from my account. I have not been able to reach them and i do not have the product.

My husband and I like many were tricked by the elaborate phone set-up to order the vacuum and were shocked when we received three (and were billed for two). The product sucked. So we packed them all up within the 30 days and mailed it back. I called after about a month of no refund, was told they had indeed received the products but that they were just a call center and were forwarding all issues to a customer service email. I have repeatedly emailed them to no avail. I sent my last one today. I am posting this to see if anyone would be interested in starting a class action lawsuit against these guys. I think that too many people are shrugging off their couple of hundred bucks - which is what I think they want us to all do - and just walk away with our "lesson learned" from infomercials. I am not happy with just sitting back. If anyone reads this and is interested, please let me know. I set up an email just for this: []. Please email if you are even remotely interested and I'll find someone to represent us. Even a few dollars back would make me happy at this point. It's MY money and YOUR money. And that they are still selling the product is ridiculous.

I ordered 2 Power Storm Vaccums in November 2006. I received the vaccums and the free gift . The vaccum did not work so I mailed it back within the first 30 days. I have called them 3 times and every time they say the will refund my money onto my credit card . I have not got a refund yet and now I cannot get them. What is the next thing to do ?

I ordered the two for one vaccum offered on tv on 12/10/06. The product never came by 1/15/07, so I called the number and was told that my product had shipped that week. As of 2/15/07, I'd recieved nothing, so I called again. They said production was behind and it would ship ASAP. Today 3/5/07 I called and was given the website, and the terrible news! I've been ripped off along with 213 others. I've cancelled the order and filed a dispute with my bank. It looks like I've lost $156.85.POOP!

My mother ordered the vacuum on 12/10/06 and paid $119.85 on her charge card. She has contacted the company several times only to find out now that she has to contact them via email. Their original phone is now an advertisement for getting into contact with girls. It is now March, and she has neither received the vacuum cleaner or heard from the company. I would hope the company would not scam an elderly lady.

I ordered the storm vac in december and paid in 3 monthly installments. When it did not come in 12 weeks I contacted the company and was told it was shipped the week before. I waited a week and tried to call back and the number was changed to a hospital. Almost 5 months later and no storm vac.

I received a Power Storm Vacum in July of 2006. I returned it in August of 2006. I returned it unused because I changed my mind. I paid $196.85 for the vacum cleaner and $33.80 for the return postage. I have not received the refund that I requested. I have not been able to speak to anyone at the customer service number since I got the return instructions from them in July. Every time I call I am referred to the web site Customerservice@milinex.com. What law enforcement agency should we contact? The mailing address was listed in Torrance, California.

We got scammed also only we don't even have the vac. It was delivered and without seeing in the parcel I sent it back as my Visa was charged $452.83.It was supposed to be one hundred something and for 20 dollars more they would give us another . The fedex guy returned it and told me my account would be credited when they had received it back, well that never happened .Thats been 9 months ago . And we too were given this email to get in touch with. We were also charged 2 more debts on our visa for things we didn't ok and that we never received. I talked to a lady from the companies that were on my visa and she cancelled those things without any trouble and gave me a confirmation number to use and her name .She told me that Shopflash would credit my visa when they received the vac back. Never Happened!!!!where I go from here I don't know. I was giving a number to call but the lady who answers puts you on hold and then nothing. I called 15 times and she never answered just put me on hold. Pissed by then I called 1 800 278 6886 and now this.

I ordered two power storm vac on dec 9th last year and received the free gift but no vac, so i called the # on the invoice and she told me it was being shipped but now it is march 2 and no vac. i called the 800 cust service # and they referred me to a email address, so i called # on my credit card billed and it referred me to a psychiatric hospital in NY. I am spitting mad about this. I am currently unemployed and this money that they charged me would really help me out right now. I am currently contacting my credit card company to see what can be done about this money. hopefully they will be able to recoup my money.....i think they can!!! yeah

Why is this product still being advertised if there have been so many complaints since 2005. I am just now realizing that I was scammed. Not the greatest feeling. My husband and I are starting a new business and I ordered this product back in the end of December. The six weeks have now been over two months and I tried the 800-278-6886 # was told to e-mail milinix. I e-mailed them and have not recieved a response which led me here. Who knows where we will go from here, but I will be more careful what I purchase from and advertisement again.
