I too, purchased the Windstorm Vac through the TV Commercial. I was due to have product by the middle of December at the latest. No surprise from what I am reading, no product arrived. I spoke with someone in December from Millinex who claimed that they "acquired" the company that manufactured the product and they were working on getting existing orders out asap. I had even paid for express delivery! I called back in January and was informed that my product had shipped and was given a tracking number. I tried today to track my order and that number does not exist for either UPS or the US Postal Service. I quess that I too, and out money that was charged to my account. I also tried the 800 number and was directed to a website that I am not able to access. I will be calling the Attorney General's office to see what recourse I might have, but I am not very hopeful. This is the biggest rip off scam that I have heard about in a long time - unfortunately I was naive enough to get involved.

The power storm vacuum was ordered on 11/1/2006. Buy one get another free. When in use it had a burning smell and actually over heated and stopped working. I called to send the product back, which they agreed to credit back my account when received. They said just send it back. I paid $37.oo for having it shipped to me and now I'm paying 32.25 to have it shipped back. I brought insurance on it and shipped it back with a U.S. Postal service delivery confirmation receipt, which they confirm they received on 12/26/2006. I spoke to them on 1/23/2007 regarding credit as I did not receive it yet, they told me to call again on 1/30/2007. I called again on 2/27/2007 and now there's no one to speak to, they direct you to an email address where you can complain as I am doing so now. They also, redirected me to another email address www.picustomerservice.com which does not address getting my money back. Total spent for vacuum 119.85 shipping costs $69.25. I want my money back. And they are still selling and taking orders for this product.

My husband ordered the Milinex Power STorm Vac after seeing the infomercial. The item ordered was received. The item was not as advertised. The vacume was small and cheaply made and was not generally as described in the infomercial. This item was returned via USPS with return receipt requested. My husband used his bank card to make the initial purchase. He was able to speak with a person who told him that the refund would be process in 4-6 weeks. That was 12/28/06. It is now 2/28/07. The USPS receipt was signed and returned. We still do not have a refund credited to my husband's bank account. We can not get in touch with anyone at the 1-800-278-6886 number. The number simply refers you to a website which is not accessible. It says the page may have been removed. The url that appears at the bottom of the computer screen when trying to access the website says: avizone.com/Shopflash. Going to the avizone.com web site brings you to what looks like a amateur marketing website that loops back to the vacume cleaner my husband purchased from the infomercial. My husband (who is a 100% disabled veteran and on a fixed income) was charged a total of $156.85 which he is unable to get credited for. Attempting to contact Milinex via email as per their website for customer service results in an error in delivery Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.[] This is a continuation of a previous complaint submitted earlier today. Wind Storm Ventures is the name of the company on my husband's bank statement. That's who the money was credited to when he ordered the vacumn from the infomercial. When he called the New York number listed next to the charge on the bank statement, he received a message that the number was no longer in service and was instructed to dial another number that turns out to belong to NY Psychiatric Institute. Wind Storm Ventures, Milinex, Shopflash, avizone, Igia, are all associated names for this same scam

I have also been scammed by this company, they originally took out the $116 and since then have taken out a payement of $39.95. I am thinking that because there are so many complaints, a class action suit is in order. I am pretty damn sure that these people will look up and notice and this will be pulled off of TV, but individually I doubt anything will be done, but together, more than 199 people togehter cannot be stopped.

My father ordered this product from an infomercial on 12-16-06. Like many others the money was taken from his CC. He made numerous phone calls in december and january and was told that the vac's were on back order. The last 2 calls where he was able to speak to a person were the most interesting. First he was told that the vac's had arrived and were being sent by UPS. 2 weeks later he was told that things had changed and were being sent by FedEX. That was 3 weeks ago. Today 2-24-07 we called fedex and were told that the shipping label for my fathers order had been printed but that the package has not been sent. Apparently it is sitting in a warehouse somewhere or the Milinex Co. still doesn't have them or simply don't intend to ship them. We have talked to my fathers bank to try to stop payment and recover what is already gone. I know we will never buy from this company again.

I ordered the Millinex Power Storm vacuum via phone on December '06. I was told delivery would be delayed because China was late in forwarding "certain parts" necessary for completion of product - delivery to me in six weeks. I received a call after 6 weeks later and was told, "sorry for the delay, the vacuums will arrive shortly". I have made frequent phone calls during January and February to several 800 numbers which turned out BOGUS! I hope Visa can reimburse the $169.00 I was falsly charged. I"m 82 years old living on SS - and I'm one mad as hell old lady!!!Eugenia

Ordered vacuums & free steamer, extra filters at the cost of $214.82. Received everything in 3wks. as others stated the bottom kept coming off of handle, was a pain to empty, and did not pick up a lot of stuff on bare floor. Finally after about 2 months the thing just quit working. I had already given the other one to my sister. I sent the broken one back to be exchanged or fixed. returned it January 8, 2007. I waited about a month and called them and talked to Tina, she said they have not received it back and I woulod not get a replacement anyway because 30 days were up. I waited another 2 wks then called again, talked to Brian he said they did not receive it back, but he would note my account if if they got it to return it to me.Now it is Feb.20th and they still say they have not gotten it. I insured it for 125.00 when mailing it so went to make a postal claim of lost item, the post master did a search told me they received it Jan 17 and was signed for by Ming Wa. So I guess my next move willbe the Missouri Attorney Generals office. Hope he can catch up with them. I will never order from tv again!!!

I too am disgusted at the fact that I have been scammed. The Power Storm vaccum that I ordered also was not worth the money that was spent on it. In fact if I had know like some of the rest of you, I wouldn't even have spent $5.00 for this product that is suppose to be so great but won't pick up anything. I experimented with the vacuum by placing something on the floor to pick up, and was disapointed because the vacuum didn't pick it up at all. This company is in deed fradulent and decieving. I have experienced all of the same complaints with e-mailing this company to get my money back on this useless piece of crap and I am at loss for words, along with patience, and will tell everyone who will listen not to order from any informercials products that you cannot test first, because no matter how good a product is suppose to be, it is nothing if a company does not stand behind it. I do not expect to fall for this again.

On Decempber 26,2006 I ordered the stormvac from the TV commercial. I placed the order through an automated operator. (not a real person) It is February 20th and I have not received my vacuum cleaner. They have already charged me for the stormvac on my visa debit card. I have not received is as of yet. I have contacted them by phone and e-mail many many times to no avail. I only got one response back saying that they would get back within 24 hours, nothing yet. I have threateghed legal action and noone seems to care. I spoke with Linda and Tiffany and they assured me that it was on its way, this was on 2/6/07. I have not received it yet. Please let me know if anyone wants to file a law suit against this company and put them out of Business. This is not right for TV to allow scams like this to rip off honest people. Thank You. []

I was vacationing in Florida in December 2006. I saw the infomercial on television and it looked like a product my 80 year old mother-in-law could use because she has difficulty pushing full sized vacuum cleaners. I ordered two of them with 5 year guarantee's and paid for thim with my credit card. I have called them a total of 2 times. The first time I called, which was in January, they told me that they were out of stock and were on back order. I called again about 4 weeks ago and they advised me that they were shipped. I have never received these products and now when I dial the number for customer service, it refers me to their email customer service. When you access the email, it refers you back to the phone number. I believe I have been taken for a ride and would like to get my money back. I have noticed that there are other email blogs denouncing this company as fradulent. Please help. Thank you.

I purchased the power storm vac,3 filter packs, and steamer & steamer
accessories on Oct 23.I didn't recieve it for another two weeks. The vacuum did not work for me, first of all it was very cheap, not at all what i expected. So I gave them a call asking how do I go about returning this product, the lady on the phone gave me instructions on what needed to be done. I took everything except the free gift, to UPS and they packed it and shipped it on Nov 15 the expected delivery date was for Nov 21. Okay now here we are on Feb. 19th and not a check or a credit to my credit card and when i call the same nuber i called before I get thisvoice mail sending me to this web site..I just think that is very wrong and illegal and something needs to be done.
