I ordered two power storm vacuums from an infomercial that were supposed to come with a free steam cleaner. I didn't get the steam cleaner and I tried the vacuum and was not satisfied with it's performance so I returned them. I requested a refund and was given an e-mail address and told I had to fill out the forms on this site,www.customerservice @Milinex.com. Needless to say there is no such site that I can find. I have been waiting for a refund since July of 2006. I feel like a fool after seeing so many on your site ripped off by the same company. I'm seriously considering a class action lawsuit against this company. Those of you who wish to join me may contact me at [] Please put milinex in the subject line so I don't delete it as junk mail.

I bought the product over the telephone in the beginning of 06. I have called numbers and surf the web for ways to contact someone and I get no one. I do not see how so many people can be taken by the idiots behind this scam and no one can do nothing about it. Someone is paying for the advertisements and the ir time on tv. There has to be a way to trace it back to someone.

I ordered this product on 12/31/07. Called back on 1/19 to check on the status and was told that the product was on backorder and that no charge had been applied to my credit card. I requested my order to be canceled at this point and was immediately told that this would be done. No complaints.

My story begins in July 2005. I ordered (original) singer Laser storm vacumms from a tv ad. If I had been smart I would have hung up when there were no real operators to take calls. I then received 4 vacumns instead of 2 and did not receive (free) steam cleaner. My checking acct was charged in Aug 2005, the vacumns rec'd Sept 2005. I got the run around incl email addresses with false answers and was told that I could not return them via the way we rec'd them. I gave up for awhile and kept all vacumns in original box not using them. So I finally got the phone# from the rip off letters and called several times before talking to someone. In Sept 2006, Foraya assured me I would receive a refund for 2 vac's if I returned them. I sent them usp and still no $$$'s Who knows all of the names they have Singer lazor storm, windstorm, Power storm. Someone needs to over power storm their accounts and return the money to all of the custoners they have ripped off. My acct was charged over 300$ for junk mdse. Many times I have sat here and hoped to talk with a real person. I feel sorry for the few people that are working for these rip off artists!

I purchased three of the vacums,of course I thought what a great deal they took 260. out of my credit card that was 12/04/06 and I have not heard from them again, I will never purchase from an infomerchal again.

We called to order our buy one get one free vacuum around 11/24/06. When ordering our product we never once talked to a person...you put your trust in an automated voice. We did receive our product...however, we received 3 vacuums when we only ordered 2. So instead of our bill being 119.95 + s/h. It was about $320.00. I immediately put the return sticker back on the box and mailed the one vacuum back. It took them at least a month to credit our Visa and they would not credit the s/h. With the vacuums I kept, I only took one out of the box to use. I have an interior vacuum system in my 3 story house...but I thought this would be nice to have on the other 2 levels for little spills, quick cleans, etc. Upon my trial period, the base of the vacuum kept falling off...I wasn't sure if it was suppose to do that or not, so I didn't send it back. After Christmas I used the vacuum to go over my living room from the chaos. The wheel fell off and I hear whatever it was holding it on rattling on the inside of the vacuum. Today 1/4/07, I was using the handvac portion (thats all I have left that is functional)on the steps...about 16 steps in all. I got to about 13 steps and it just quit...I don't know if overheated or what. Now I know why they give you a free one. So, I called the cutomer service people and asked if my 30 day time frame had passed...and they said, yes on 12/24/06. So I asked if they will exchange the broken one for a new one...NO! Only if you purchased the 5 year extended warranty. So I'm S.O.L...guess I'll open the second vacuum and hope for the best. Shop []! Great Customer Service and Return policy. So those of you who didn't get a vacuum...you're not missing much.

Wow i wish i would of read this first... i ordered one vaccuum ended up getting three because of having to do it all automated.Called them and let them know i didnt want them that they were very crappy and cheaply made. They told me i had to pay to ship them back after trying to talk to people over two months of them telling me they were gonna come pick them up and so on.this was in september and it is now jan 2nd im still waiting for 320.00 refund, and i know they have them they keep telling me it takes a few days. They did credit my card 30.00 for the 3 vaccuum warranties...This vaccuum place is a joke that is the last time i will ever order on tv again without checking into it....

Not much to tell except. The product is not worth a penny. I now own 2 of the storm vacs, did not get the FREE steamer as it costs and addtional $20, don't know where they came up with the word FREE? This vacuum doesn't pick up anything. It is very hard to take off the dirt collection cup to empty and the handle doesn't stay attached to the floor piece. I have 2 of these, 1 is useless enough, so now I have double the uselessness. Sincerely regret investing the $15 plus on this awful product.

This is the 1st time I have ever been burned by a TV add. Ordered the the 2 vacs and steamer in Jan of 2006. No merchandise and no refund (although this has been promised several times). What can we do to get our money back!!!!

I odered the buy one get one free vaccum with a free steam cleaner offer over the phone per the infomertial around thanksgiving of 2005, a year ago and never recieved anything.I have called them twice and they said they had many orders and they would be on a ship from china soon.tried calling more and no answers.I see there is not a web site anymore.they did ask if I wanted a refund but I see from other write ins that was also a scam.

I ordered the product oct 2006 i was told total amt that would be billed is 96.00 instead 212.00 was billed I called immediately to stop the order and they said it had already gone and i would have to return the product before they refund me. so i did and in the mean time charges are still being charged to my credit card for 39.95. i called again and they refund me 70.00 dollars and when thay finally recieved the vaccum they refunded me only 79.00. i asked why and they said i was charged 57.00 for shipping but what about the two charges of 39.95. i was told they refunded me too much it's the biggested scam and now i have to consult legal because they are still charging my account after the vaccum was sent back. there must be better streaning .

Purchased 1 sweeper, got charged for 4 and sent 4. refused the sweepers when they arrived, and yet to see my almost 400.00 dollar refund. i have been dealing with my Credit Card Company to get the money back and that has been more of a hassel then anything. There have as of dec 16, 2006 over 700 complaints reported to the Better Business Bureau. I made the purchased them in april 06, and it is now Dec 06. Still no Money (refund)

I ordered a vaccum over a year ago on Oct 13, 2005. The offer on TV SAID BUY ONE VACCUM AND GET A SECOND VACCUM FREE AND A FREE POWER STEAMER. I just had to pay for the shipping and handling. This is how free it was, 1 vaccum $119.85 plus $18.50. @ vaccum $18.50,(free, just pay for S&H). power steamer 20.00,(free just pay for S&H). Total of $176.85 . When I got my bank statement it showed the company took out $313.70 on Oct. 21, 2005 and an additional $136.85. After 7 weeks of calling about my order and trying to get the money they were not supose to have taken out and still no product, I cancelled my order and still I have not recieved any of my money back. I called and they gave me this address.

I ordered the Milinex Power Storm in November 2005 that's right, 2005 (not a typo!!) $353.70 in two separate transactions was withdrawn from my bank account within 48 hours of my initial phone call. The TV deal/offer was buy one, get one free for $39.95!!! and it looked like a great product!! I have made many phone calls trying to get the product or a refund. I haven't received either. I have waited on hold for as long as twenty minutes only to be told that the "auditors" will check into the situatiuon and get back to me. HA! I have been on the Millinex website but that is apparently a dead end as well. The last time I tried to get some info, I was told the company had been taken over by new owners and that I would have to contact them as they required a paper trail in order to refund my money. What a huniliating and expensive lesson this has been!

I saw this product advertized late one night, loved what I saw, needed just that. I called the number ordered the product, within a few days I went online to check my bank statment and saw windstrom had deducted a hunderd and fifty two dollars from my account for the vaccum with a 212-369-0500, well I was excited and wanted to get my tracking number,so I called the number to my shock and amaze it was a mental hospital, I learned after being given the new number well I figured o.k. so I called the new number and listened to all the offices they had listed when they named one I thought should be the right one I left a message and waited for someone to call me back, never happened, so I kept watching tv to see if this infomation would appear again, it did one night, I wrote down everything, and went to the web site I got the number and called the company, a lady answered the phone, I explained to her that I had ordered the vac. she asked my phone number as I gave it to her she gave me my name and address, I was so happy, I forgot to tell her the rest of my story about the mental hospital number, she said I would get the vac in about three weeks, they arrived in three days, when I went back online to check my account 39.95 was taken out for the same items. I have been trying to get in contact with them every since with no luck, so I came back to this site to email them and decided to read the comments of other people, I'm hoping they don't do this again, I'm on a fixed income too. I can't afford to give money away. minnie
