I ordered the 2 power storm vaccum the steamer and deluxe power storm upgrade -tools Total $246.85 November 6, 2006 . It did not work. I mailed it back to them . But never got my refund. I called them several times , they always said it will take a certain number of days and it would come off my credit card. Then it got so when I called the recording says go to customer service @milinex. I still dont get anything. What is going on? Do I get a refund or not?

I happen to see this vac on TV. I watched the info on TV and it looked like something that would help me out as I had some knee surgery. It looked light and it might not hurt me when I would use it like my full size one did. I also wanted it to vacume my kitchen floor as I have three dogs. I did receive them, and I bought two. I was going to give one to my daughter. After useing one, I kept having to put it back together. The head kept falling off. My daughter tried to use it and she wanted to know where I found this piece of crap. I told her I found it on an infomerical and she told me to stay away from TV when I wanted to buy a quality item. I never took the second one out of the box. I was going to throw them both away but decided since I spent over a hundred dollars for two I put the un-opened one in the attic. I didn't want to spend the money to send it back. Besides, my husband warned me not to buy it in the first place. Talk about egg on my face. How useless they ended up to be. I will from now on never buy anything from an infomerical. I will stick with [] and [].

I ordered a power storm vacuum cleaner sometime in 11/06 for $119.85 and received the 2 for one deal at that time. I also ordered the steamer for $20 extra. I was billed $353.70 to my credit card and only received the steamer. I contacted the customer service number on the order receipt(800-278-6886)and was instructed to e-mail cutomerservice@milinex.com I have sent 4 different E-mails on 4/24/07, 5/17/07, 5/22/07, and 6/15/07 regarding the status of my order and refund information but have not received any follow-up information from the company. The automated E-mail response I receive every time asks that you please allow 7-10 business days for a resolution to your inquiry but I have yet to hear a response regarding the status of my order. I also sent a letter on 6/15/07 to Shopflash in Torrance,CA but have received no response from them either. I have made several other attempts to contact this company via e-mail and phone but it all comes out to dead ends and wrong numbers- what a scam! I am very frustrated with the lack of response to my e-mails and letters and can't beleive I was scammed by this company. I would definetly be interested in a lawsuit against this company and am not giving up on getting my money back! I am a single mother and cannot afford to throw away $300 on nothing. This company should be doing jail time for what they are doing to innocent people.

I ordered the Milinex Power Storm Vac on 11-09-06: buy one, get one free for a total of $156.85. I sent them a postal money order. I called them 7 wks after the order and was promised 1 wk to delivery. Mario promised 2 wks to delivery on Jan 11, '07. On 01-31-07 Linda said they were not in stock. On 2-28-07 Genevie told me to send an email or letter. On 03-10-07 I sent a letter that was not responded to. On 07-30-07 all I got was the runaround on all six 1-800 numbers I have for this company. The original address was in Carson, Calif. Considering everything I have read about this company, they seem to have made thousands of dollars at the expense of many individuals, some on very tight budgets. This should be illegal. Racketeering, maybe?

Have no intention of ever buying from a TV infomercial again after buying this product. Was to be able to order 1 and receive 1 free with a free steamer. Ended up with 2 extra vacuums but only 1 steamer and an astronomical bill. The fright charges were totally out of control. Customer service does Not exist. Called and was placed on hold forever, finally gave up and wrote them. Never received so much as a postcard or kma response. They had charged my card immediately and it took them forever to ship the items but did finally receive more than I bargained for in merchandise and the amount charged to my cr card. Due to the fact I could never get any customer service I just cut my losses and didn't return the additional items as I didn't want to pay additional freight and figured that they should have sent a return label and they should pay the freight back as they sent more than they should have. From what I have read from others who were scammed I should be thankful for that as they put out more money on freight and never got a credit on their cards so they were double scammed. Their automated ordering system should have been a big Red Flag when they didn't have a real person to take the order. That was probably the begining of the nightmare of getting more items and more charges than we should have and not receiving the others like the free steamer. No help at all by phone or E-mails. Vacuum sucks ok but the bottom floor attachment kept falling off so gorilla glued it on. The filter wouldn't come clean without washing or using a brush on it - it has fallen apart and no where to buy a replacement for it. Would I recommend anyone getting involved in these deals - No Way!!! Yes, there should be a class action law suit against such stuff. Now when infomercials come on if theres nothing else to watch I shut off the TV and turn on the stereo. Wouldn't even waste my time watching them ever again!

We also ordered the product in 12/06 and have not received anything at all. Our card was charged immediately and only once we were able to speak to anyone and then we made the foolish mistake of believing that it was backordered! Please let me know if there is any redress to this terrible scam. I hope all infomercials are not this way, but I will probably not trust any of them.

I bought a vacuum they sent two and charged me for two. I sent it back and never recieved a refund.I call the nimber they gave me,put on hold for hours and even hung-up on.I even e-mail them, never get a respond from them.I think we should file a class act lawsuit on them.

I paid by check for a power storm vac in december of 2005,the next day attempted to receive a refund. and as of this day (june of 2007)i have been unable to reach anyone,in 2006 at least an hour long holding message would come on but now you just get email run-around!

I ordered the Storm Vac on 1/3/2005. Did receive the vaccums within about 3 weeks. My oder had been doubled. I received 4 instead of 2(the deal was buy one get one). After deciding against keeping any of them, I returned all. That was in Feb. of '02. I have made numerous calls, always being told I would receive a credit in the amount of $337. Even after Milinex took over I received an email from one of it's employees saying she was personally handling it & I would get my credit in a week. That was Nov. '05. I did contact Better Business & they're response was they could do nothing because they got no repsonse from the company. It seems our government businesses are no better than these guys. I would definetly be interested in joining a class action suit if that is possible.

I paid for the vaccum and made the attempt to contact them when I did not recieve it and it was paid for and they had claimed they sent it and I never recieved it. This is scam and I couldn't even cancel my credit card payment it already went through when I tryed...What do I do?

i ordered the Storm Vac in May of 2006. i received four instead of the one i ordered. the deal was you received 2 for one +extra shipping. i called them and they said go ahead and mail the extra ones back and they would credit my account. so i did, and they did not. i called them since i didn't get my payment and they informed me that they were not able to credit the account because it was closed, which was true because i'd moved and that bank was not where i was going to be living. so they told me to write a letter. i wrote it and no response. i called again and they gave me the runaround. When i tried to contact them they did not answer the phone or email. in fact the email address was a runaround by itself. the main email directed you to a person's name and email. when you sent an email to this person it would come back as undeliverable. i still have not been able to get in touch with them.

We ordered the power storm vac July 31, 2005. Our visa card was charged $370. We still have not received our product. I have tried for 18 months to get a refund. Phone calls stating a representative would be back to you within 24 hours. Never happens. E-mails stating we will respond in 7 to 10 working days. Still nor response. I think it is time to start a class action law suit on this company. This should not happen in America!!!

I did receive the vacuum cleaners last May, but only as a partial shipment- a 3-pack of filters I purchased and the complimentary duster never arrived. Put on hold for nearly an hour at their customer service line, finally I was told the $17.97 charge for the filters had been removed from my credit card-untrue. I was charged-but no filters. Their E-mail support was spurious.

Yes, My name is Joan. On 10-23-06 I called the 1-800 number to order my Milinex Power Storm Vacumn. (I saw it on television) I also sent $156.85 for the Vacumn. They said that I would get 2 vacs. On 11-13-06 I called them and talked to Shannon, and she said that the check was sent out to the company and just be patient and I will get the 2 Vacumns. I called again 12-13-06, and they said to call them again Friday (22-06), I called them again 1-18-07, and she said that it was on a back order status. On 2-12-07, I called them again and she said that it's still a back order status. Her name was Loraine. My Invoice order number was SH07881287. I want to know what happend to my money and when will I get it back. Should I get in touch with the Better Business Buroue. Tell me something, or send me my money back.

Sept. 26th 2006. I bought one vacume & supposedly got the second one free. The Company is Windstorm Ventures, located in Carson, CA. I also signed up for their Auto Replenishment Program so the filters would be replaced automaticly. I never have received the filters. When I called the company about the filters, they told me they could no longer get the filters. My problem is the sweepers are not much good without the filters. So far I have been able to wash them but they won't last forever. When the filters wear out the vacumes will no longer be any good to me. I paid $221.77 which is money down the drain as far as I'm concerned.

I also like many others saw this on TV and ordered the vac + steamer. I called in my order Oct 28, 2005 and my checking account was charged $118.35 on Nov 2nd. They didn't waist any time taking my money but I never received the products. Feb 2, 2006 I called and spoke to "Johnny" who wouldn't give me his last name (first sign I had a real problem). He told me my order hadn't shipped yet so I told him to cancel my order and credit back my money. Never happened. Each time I called or email I either didn't get a response or I got the run around. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved and now I know my efforts were all in vain. I hope someone finds these people and strings them up by their thumbs using their telephone headsets!

this has to be the biggest peice of crap ever. i have to wonder now what they were vacumming up in the commercial . it's made no better than my daughters doll house and it's loud. i ordered 1vacum and was supposed to get one free ,this was last may 06. with the free steamer. i got to my surprise in june. 4 vacumms ,no steamer,no filters, but was charged $414.00, i finally got someone on the phone in august to be tol aout the sale o the business and asked to send in a letter and send the box back for my refund. again another 90.00 in shipping , no response. i honestly think people who do this kind of business should be put in jail. i'll never order frm tv again

On July 7th 2005 I called 1(800)711-8357. I placed an order for a singer vac. - gave my credit card number and was told I would get the vac in 4 to 6 weeks. On 8-16-05 I called back and spoke to a Veronica and I cancelled my order. I was told I would get credit on my card for the full amount I was charged. AND that the vac. was not sent out so there should be NO PROBLEM. Well I have called many people ( names I have) and even contacted "7 on your side" I was told to write a letter to Milinex and wait for a response. I wrote the letter and I am still waiting for a reply. I am handicapped and have had several operations to my neck and recently had major reconstruction done on my neck. I don't have the time nor the strength to JUST GET MY MONEY BACK! Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the Milinex Power vacuum from an infomercial in November. Of course, I never received it. I called about 6 times and was told for a while that it was on back order. In the meanwhile, withdrawals are being made from my account. $156 later, I was told that it had been shipped, but not power vacuum ever showed up at my house. I immediately called my bank and put a stop payment on the withdrawls. When I called Milinex Customer Service the last time (January, 2007), there was a message on the voice mail to e-mail their customer service which I did. Did they ever respond? of course not! I hope they get what they deserve...jail time... for stealing from innocent people.
