I saw the infomercial on this vacuum cleaner and bought the 2 for 1 price with the air filters, etc. I received the product in November and couldn't wait to open it and use it. I put the one piece together and used it on my living room rug and the wheel broke off. I did not receive the filters or the steam cleaner. I immediately called Milinex and they advised me to return it UPS which I did several days before Christmas as I had a number of packages to mail out of state. It cost me $32.35 on top of the shipping charge I had to pay when I purchased the items. I was told the shipping would not be refunded when i spoke to the Customer Service Rep; but my Mastercard would be. I was billed $204.63 for these worthless items that were nothing like what was advertised on the Infomercial. As of this date, May 8, 2007, I have not been credited with what I believe should be $204.63. I did everything the Service Rep told me to do. I even wrote a letter explaining how disappointed I was with the product. I guess, I will now have to start a dispute with my Credit Card Company. What a shame. I watched that Infomercial several times before I decided to buy the product. I even had my husband watch it with me as well.

I also tried to buy 4 vacumes in dec. never heard anything so called back in January spoke to a customer service rep and re ordered them. it took about 3 weeks for them to bill my credit card. but I was calling to find out where they were when I got the recording to go to the web site. where I saw all the complaints so imeadatly I called the no. on my bill also was given another no. to the Manhatten phyciatric instatute. so contacted my credit card right away got the papers filled out faxed back and they gave me my money back.I was lucky to read all your messages before it was to late to get my money back.

I order this product in October of 2006 well I waited and waited I called the phone number that they sent with the order comfirmation and they told me they didn't see any order from me so I asked just to make sure that is the order appeared to please cancel it she stated that she would make a note of it. Then came December surprise a total of 156.85 was charged to my credit account I called my credit company that day they took it off my charge card and sent me a letter to sign I signed it and sent it back. I then called wind storm and told them what happend they said the item was already being shipped out to me and when I was to receive it to refuse it and that is exactly what I did. Then I received my credit card bill in April and the charge was put back on the credit stating they did not receive the signed letter now the credit card company says their time has expired on the item and that there is nothing they could do. So I found this web site just like you all did. I will be contacting the news and the BBB.

at dec 12 windstorm co.took thier money 175.35 from my card .but they don0t send my product right now.in the mean time they also took 2 times $39.95 for half price for another power storm. today 04.28.07 nothing they are send.please some body help me.....

I order a milinex vacuum back in November 2006, was told like many that the parts were on backorder. After waiting a month, I called again, this time it was being shipped and I got an order number. When I waited the 6 weeks for vacuum to arrive and it didn't I called again, this time it was a message to email about any problems. I emailed several times, with no response. I decided to contact my credit card company, on my statement there was a phone number, so I called the number, the number had a recording and another number to call. I called the new number and it was Manhattan Psychiatric ward, I talked to the operator and she told me that their number was falsely being given out and that she had received numerous calls about this company.

I purchased this product and 3months after I fully paid for this on my atm bank card I received it. It was broken and useless so I had to send it back. I paid 99.00 for product and 72.00 dollars SHIPPING!. After I sent it back the phone number I had referred me to an email address milinex@customerservice or something of the sort. Needless to say I have never gotten a refund and it has been 5 months. Recently the debit card I used was ROBBED for one hundred dollars to purchase greyhound tickets. The thieves used the card I used when purchasing the stormvac, so I figured thieves will be thieves, will be thieves. My info was stolen and I believe that thier is a connection. Does anyone have any ideas for me on what I can do?

I ordered the 2 for 1 vacuums on December 7, 2006 as a gift for my mom and have not yet received them. However, I was charged for them. I have tried numerous times to email and call them (which you cannot do anymore). I feel so stupid for trusting my credit card information and my contact information with a company that cannot be contacted. What do I do? That money would be nice to have back for my upcoming wedding...

on 12/4/06 i placed an order for the power storm vac. first of all they over charged me and deducted the amount of my debit card. i have never received the merchandise and have tried to call them on several occasions, at first they said they were out of stock, then they said it will be shipped in 7 to 10 days. i had received the same anser all the time. then i got a recording to e-mail inquires only. the first time a response came that someone will contact me in 24 hrs, no one called at all. there is no telling how many people were screwed in this manor! what can i do!

I ordered the Power Storm vacuum system on 12/2/06 and even paid extra for RUSH delivery since I wanted it for a Christmas gift for my daughter. $94.85 was deducted as the first payment from my bank account on 12/7/06. After three weeks and no vacuum, I called the cust svc # and was informed that is was on backorder and that they would credit the 'extra' paid for rush delivery, which of course was not done. I called again on 1/12/07 and was referred to their website which I left an email as per their suggestion. Nothing was ever done. I call again today and get this site of scams! I am so upset as I do not have money to just give out and feel so dumb for doing so! I hope somehow, someway this company or person would make things right and refund all this money owed to all of us that believed and trusted enough to order. They will however suffer the consequence of their wrong-doing.

I ordered the product back in October 28 of 2006 and cancelled October 30,2006 my account was immediately charged for 144.02, they told me that I should get the refund 4-6 weeks but i never recieved my money or got the product. I called several times and each time was given a different excuse. I need to get my money back asap or I will hire an attorney, the money may not seen much to hire an attorney but you don't treat people like idiots and rip off their money.

Add me to the list. I've never had a problem ordering from infomericals before. My cc was charged in January 07 for my buy one get on free storm vac. I figured it must be on they way. Well, it's now 4/9. I've emailed them with no response. I work in customer service. You just don't do this!!!!! Plus you never ever charge a cc until the product ships! I am calling my cc company today to get a credit. I'm not even dealing with them anymore. I'm not even telling them to cancel the product. Let them figure it out!!!!!! I really think they got overwhelmed and couldn't handle the response. So be truthful and tell us.

I ordered the power storm vaccum before Christmas.I did not like it,so I paid $30.00 to return it.They never put the $$$ back on my card.I called them several times,and they promised the money would be returned to my card(which never happened).So not only am I out the money I paid for this vaccum I also paid to ship it back.

I'm in the same boat as others. I ordered the PowerStorm vaccum cleaner before Christmas of 2006 and still no vaccum cleaner. Can't get in touch with anyone, not even their e-mail's working. Can't find any working phone number, either. I reported this scam to the FTC today. Their attornies will look into this matter. Hopefully they can do something. If not, then we're all "screwed." I will never trust another TV ad again.

My uncle and I ordered the power storm vac. on dec.8th of 2006.<br /> We paid $156.05 and never recieved anything. we called on 2-7-07 they said the order wasn't ready yet. now I try to call and they have a recoeding that says go to <a href="mailto:costomerservice@milinex.com">costomerservice@milinex.com</a> still that is no help to us. I hope no one else gets scamed by theese fakes!!! I can not believe that some one could do this to people.

Like others, I saw the infomercial for the Milinex PowerStorm & placed an order in December 28th of 2006 total of $232.54. I received the power steamer that was supposed to be free, but had not received the two vacuums yet and it is April of 2007. Called and talked to a lady in January of 2007 and was told it was back-ordered with no ship date. Have called all available numbers & e-mailed the customer service. The number referred me to this web site that had no access or contact number. I emailed them and yet no response. I ordered many things from TV and never had such a bad experience. This will assure me not to trust any TV advertisement or cells. I would appreciate if someone can give me any contact number that resolved their similar issues.

Ordered this vac in October of 2005, had not received it by February of 2006. Called and talked to a lady and was told it was back-ordered with no ship date. I cancelled my order and asked them to credit my card. It is now March of 2007 and I still haven't gotten a check or a credit. Have called all available numbers & e-mailed the customer service. At first they said the check is in the mail. Yea right! Then the credit will be on your credit card next month. Yea right again! Nothing has been received or credited. Now when you call the numbers, you stay on hold forever and then they disconnect your call. If you e-mail, you get the automated response, but no one ever answers.

I was also scammed on this vacuum cleaner however I never received the product but my credit card was charged twice. I disputed the charges and just found out this morning from my credit card company that the merchant credited my account - that's right I said the MERCHANT credited my account NOT my credit card company. The credit card company would not say WHO exactly the MERCHANT was but that based on my information to the credit card company they credited what they charged me. I don't know if any of you have done this, but PLEASE contact your credit card company and dispute dispute dispute! It worked for me. I'm now not out the money they stole from me.

Like others, I saw the infomercial for the Milinex PowerStorm & placed an order. When I checked my credit card for billing I had been double charged. Called the company & got one set of charges stopped. I did receive the two vaccums on 6/5/06. Immediately sent one back, my daughter opted to keep hers. I'm still making phone calls to get my refund of $119.85 which gets me nowhere. The email address is automated so that gets you nowhere either! I will NOT give up!! I have called my state attorney general and am in the process of contacting Dateline, 20/20 and any other consumer scam TV show I can get to investigate this nightmare. I can't believe these people are STILL advertising !!
