Premiere Trade is a Scam. They take your money for the software with the promise that they will refund the money if you are not satisfied within the trial period. I purchased this software on January 29, 2007 from their seminar in Fort Worth TX. I returned the software within the trial period after receiveiving an RMA #. I returned the software in their Florida address on priority mail within the trial date. I followed up with them and they mentioned they received the software and that I will have to wait for 4 to 6 weeks to receive the refund check. I waited for 2 months and since I did not receive the check I called their customer service number, transfered to refund department and one Terrence answered the phone. He said there is a back log of checks that are being processed and hence he does not know when my check will be processed. Ever since that incident I have been following up with this person and every time I call he is not able to give me a date or time when I would get my refund check. After waiting for almost a year I called Mr. Terrance again on Jan 7th 2008 and he said that I might get the check latest by the first week of March 2007. Since I did not get the check again I called him on March 13, 2008 and his answer again was he don't know when my check will be processed. My credit card company has accumulated interest on this amount and I owe to the credit card company more than $5000. They are now sending this amount for collections and other law suites procedures. I am surprised that with so many complains, how this company is still surviving and why any legal force is not comming forward to protect the custmers who have been cheated of their hard earned money, with vague promises. How can such copanies survive when they break their contracts on thie customers.

My story is very similar to those I have read. I saw the commercial and went to the seminar. I was assured that I could try the software for the trial period and return it if not satisfied. I tried it, was not satisfied, returned it, and then waited for my refund. And waited, and waited. Now it has been over a year and I still have not received a refund. I have talked to Terrence many times and he keeps telling me that my check will be mailed out with the next 200 checks. My advice to you is not to get involved with this company unless you can afford to lose $3000. I am trying to refute the charge with my credit card company, and I am now getting my attorney involved. Has anyone actually received a refund?

I bought the software and lost over 50k The demo software did not work like the live software!!! I have spoken to a lawyer and we need to join forces and go after these people. Everyone must try and find people who have lost money due to the bad software and we can go after Premiere Trade. Send me an e-mail. []

I too have purchased the Premier Trade software on a money-back garauntee. It is September 07, I have been waiting for my $ 3000 plus purchase price refund for just under a year now (purchased in November 06.) This company steals your money from you and uses the hundreds of thousands that they have duped out of consumers to build new facilities, expand their business, as well as their own pockets. James Dicks is a thief!!! Plain and simple!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I have contacted the Attorney General in the State of Florida to expose this man's divious business practices. I am in the process of contacting the US Atty. Gen. as well, along with the D.A. in FL and CA. I suggest that all those in the same situation as I, do exactly the same. Further, I believe that a class-action lawsuit might very well be in order. It is an absolute discrace, that this company, or any company in the US, be allowed to stay in business, let alone, out of prison, with this kind of blatant thievery from hundreds of unsuspecting consumers/citizens. Somebody...law enforcement, etc. needs to do something to get our money back and put these criminals where they belong. ONCE AND FOR ALL!!

Money back guaranteee means NOTHING. Almost a year and they can't even give me a date when the check will be cut. Won't let you contact management. Left messages for the so called customer support manager who never returns any calls (3 times). Their return backlog is so huge they said they were behind on refund!! but for a year?
Local TV news should do an investigative report.

I returned my Premiere Trade Software on 2/21/07 and after 4 different phone calls to Terrence in customer service, was told by Terrence, the "manager of the refund department" that he had "no information" about when my check refund would be processed. He said their "vendor" did not allow them to do electronic refunds. When I told him that made no sense, that the only two parties were Premiere Trade and my credit card company, and when I pressed him for the name of the vendor, he said "that is none of your business." He said they had processed 200 checks the month before, and when I pointed out to him that that was only nine per day, he said "well, 200 checks is better than no checks, isn't it?" I am going to try to get legal council so that I can also get back the 120.00 or so of interest charged by by credit card. It is always shocking to me when a person in a very nice suit, with plenty of money stoops to stealing money from people. I'm not sure what set of rules this man was raised with, but it is different from the ones I learned.

LIsten to their story at a seminar, unfortunately purchased the product . Was told would have a complete refund if not satisfied.
complied within the two week period and have not received a refund since Oct 2006. Get same runaround from Adam and Terrence as everbody else. Tried getting help via Citibank but they would not help me since it was greater than 60 days after the purchase of the product. If fact adam told the credit card company that the check was in the mail, which was of a lie. If i see anymore of these seminars- planning to travel give speeches in the lobbies of hotels to warn other people

I am another who will say DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT or in anyway get involved with this company! PremiereTrade is a huge scam that does not honor their refund policy(for a product costing over $3,000!). Sure, some people will have success with their product, say maybe even 50%. But 50% of the general population will have success ivesting by throwing darts at the stock pages! Regardless of whether the software works (it did not for me), the company will take your money and then disappear. My story is just like the others on this page. Terrance or Adam at PremierTrade were the only ones available, they had no information about my refund that is now 7+ months overdue. They will not offer any info, they will not transfer you to management ("I am management" I was told by Customer Service), they will not transfer you to another department (i.e. billing). Basically the Florida Attorney General needs to investigate PremierTrade and subpoena their records to realize just how many people around the country have been scammed and robbed of their legal refund. James Dicks and his cronies need to be imprisoned.

These people are crooks!! I returned the package within the 30 days alotted for a full refund and they have not refunded my money 4 months later. I will now get my attorney involved. Do not buy this product. They do not stand behind their word. I am furious!! A guy named Terrence continues to say he is a supervisor of refunds and does not have an answer for any refund. He is a bullshitter covering for this company.

Stay away from Premiere Trade. Coming from a former employee. This place is a scam. The software is real, it does work, but not everyone is can trade stock or FOREX. You will never see a refund. It is common practice to hold funds or simple send the customer through a see of different transfers till they give up. You will only see your refund if you seek legal action, they cave for that, other wise, good luck. That money is toast. The company is in deep financial trouble, and has very poor upper management, including James Dicks. Stay away. I'm glad I got out.

I was interested in James Dicks product due to its calims in an ifocommercial for the currency market. On Oct,17th 06 I went to a training seminar at which they presented the product and talked of its user friendly interface and potential monetary rewards. I ended up buying the software based on their stated return policy. They stated one could try the software, "paper trade", for 15days or until the next training event. After using the software with no positive results, I decided to return the software at the next training event on Oct 30, 06. After the session, I gave the software to one on the reps there and she told me they would issuing me a "full refund" by check. It is now SIX months since I have returned the software and NO CHECK!!!! I have spoken with a couple of the same indiviuals at PremiereTrade and they just keep putting me off. As of Mar 19, 07, their excuse is that they have too many refunds to handle and can not get to mine at this time. Asked when they would get to my refund, they could not say. This sounds bogus to me. They are either very short staffed or are having cash flow problems. Or maybe they are flim flam operators. I would sincerely advise folks to avoid the company and any products James Dicks is promoting. You will never see your money again. Good Luck.

I attended the 2 hr seminar. Despite my better judgement, I bought the Premiere Trade software and monthly data feed. I got comfortable enough to purchase it basd upon the repeated promises of a money back guarantee. After serious effort, I returned my software and have been promised a refund (they keep telling me a check is in the mail). If you read about the founder, Dicks, he has a very suspect past. My advice; don't purchase the software, I'm think this is a ruse to get your money and then you will lose interest after a lot of time and money wasted. If you do purchase it, do so via a major credit card and refute the charge with them. These guys are bad news. Stay away and you will already be financially better off. If this is not a scam, it is a very poor, overpriced product with lame support and no money back guarantee. The Attorney General needs to look into this.
