The cap is very hard to screw in and screw out. The steam button and the handle is getting hot. I am not happy with this steam iron. I will not recommend this product to anybody.

I ordered the Pressa bella iron with hope that i would love it. the infomercial looked and sounded so great I could not wait to get one. Well when it came i tried to iron a shirt and water just ran everywhere. This iron is the worst iron out on the market.I am so glad that I purchased it on ebay for $19.00 and not off the television for whatever the rediculous price they are charging for it. If there is a class action suit in the making for this ripoff product and the company that makes it..please someone send me an email..they should pay each and everyone of us that bought this faulty product. I hate being a victim of a TV infomercial...don't you?....People out there do not buy this iron...thank you.

My Mom passed away and my 79 year old Dad wanted to buy me a new iron to help me press his clothes and my family's clothes quicker/better. I read the reviews but hated to tell him. He was so sure that this was a great iron. It is heavy, spews water and has to be filled up too often. Please do not make the mistake of buying this iron. You are wasting your money. I am going to buy me a new iron and hope my Dad never finds out. He would be so dissappointed.

I just wanted to thank the people on here and their feedback. I was about to order this product. Thanks everyone who said they did not like this product and advised against ordering it.

I never received this product however they were quick to charge my account. Now I can't get a human being on any of the numbers that I found on the web site. On the order line there is not way to get a person and the customer service number is in Spanish and I speak English and it only puts you on hold and then disconnects........... This is a scam......

The pressure cap does not come off even if the iron is cold. It spews water when it suppose to be steam.
It is not the product I saw advertised on TV. It is a misrepresentation.

i purchased my iron with hopes that it was not a piece of junk. I even got a second one for my daughter. To those who feel they have been cheated, I have been double cheated by this company. I called and tried to get a new knob for the steamer (because naturally the little plastic ring broke and I don't know where to get another knob. This is without a doubt one of the worse scams I've been involved lately. Plus, you have to fill the steam up with 5 ounces of water for about every doggone article you press. Shame shame, scamer. Your day will come. Hope the profits from your scam give you as much reward as this no good iron gives me.

The first time I tried the iron, it flooded the ironing board with water - not steam. After ironing one shirt, it needed refilled. When I tried to remove the steam cap to refill, it just turned and turned and turned, until it stopped. The cap won't turn in any direction - or come off! So I got to iron one shirt before it broke!

It is a piece of junk. I'm surprised that Forbes Riley is in the infomercial. But every where you turn these days she is on some informercial. I'm not blaming her but when you see someone like that on an informercial it increases your "trust" level but back to the product. It is horrible. Do not buy.

Wife bought iron as a gift for me. At first had trouble taking the steam cap off. Once I filled the iron and turned it on steam was excaping from the cap area. Did not iron shirts as well as my previous iron did. Am going to call to return product. Thanks for the info on credit card charges. Will keep an eye out on my next bill. Total rip off. It is a crime and they should be put out of business.

Something should be done to remove the Pressa Bella Iron from being advertised. It is a piece of junk and a scam. The company should not be allowed to make false claims, and rob the public. I purchased mine several months ago but didn't use it until yesterday. I'm past the warranty date and thus stuck. It spews water, needs to be refilled before pressing 1 item, is unusually heavy and awkward, and is made in China instead of Italy as claimed. I've learned a valuable lesson about doing research before believing anything advertised. Does the public have an advocate for protection from scam artists? Let's at least protect others who have not yet purchased the iron by putting them out of business.

I am returning this item for a full refund. The product is defective in every way. It leaks, needs to be filled with water 2-3 times to iron just one article; it spews water (not steam) out of the holes; the screw on cap over the steam chamber is difficult to get off in order to fill it up with water again, and again, and again. I burned my hand using this product. it is entirely unsafe to operate. This product is a piece of junk, and this company is running a scam. One of the blogs said "there is no recourse -- you are stuck with this product." NO you are not stuck. I called the company last night and demanded my money back. The Customer Service Rep told me "sorry ... we only give a 30-day return guarantee." I told her I have documentation from the Pressa Bella website which clearly states there is a 90 day money back guarantee. After that, I was given an order number to make my return. I am DISPUTING this charge with my credit card company; and I am contacting the Consumer Fraud Agency. This will NOT stand. These people deserve to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I was reluctant to believe everything I read here, even though I made the mistake of buying the product before reading the reviews; well I learn in the bad way that we should check any products reviews before buying it. This irons Sucks, it is not even good for house use, the steam it is not dry even after 10 minutes on, it just as bad as 80 % of the products made in chine with the exception that the price is a completely rip off. So I lost 20 dolars plus the 13 dolars of the shipping back money. They Made money out of the shipping cost because it is way overpriced, meaning they are taking 7 dolars out of every person who returns the iron plus tons of dollar from the people who doesn't. Where is the consumer protection in this Country? They should return the shipping charges. And to make things worst, the customer service it sounds so bitter and rude like they are the one loosing money. My advise, go to [] wit a 20 % off cupon and buy the [] for the same price as the pressabella, It is made in Germany and works perfectly.

EVERY last DETAIL that has been mentioned in this blog happened to me. The worst of it was that I severely burned my finger while attempting to iron as well as simply place the iron in the upright position so that I could turn my slacks over. The Pressa Bella is very dangerous, DOES NOT work as demonstrated and explained on the infomercial. I located a toll free number of (800-648-8891) and received a customer service individual named Alex. He was not rude however, I was unable to get him to refund the Shipping & Handling Charge of $29.95 (My charges were that high because I paid $9.95 or the mini Pressa Bella.) Alex informed me that I should keep the mini Pressa Bella for my inconvenience since I received the item for free("go figure) and only paid the shipping handling. So far, it appears as though they will refund my credit card $79.90 less the $29.95 shipping & handling charge; however, I have been inconvenienced and am out approximately more money to receive and return this improperly manufacturing product. Do NOT purchase this item. You will lose money, and possibly injure yourself attempting use it and you will still have wrinkles in your item.

I wish that I read all these reviews before I got suckered into buying this crap iron. This is indeed a scam, as they not only send you 2 of the crappy product even if you only ordered 1, but they also do not disclose what you paid for. No invoice, no return label, pretty much all the complaints detailed by everyone else is true. How can we stop this and prevent others from being conned? I suggest that we file a class action lawsuit. If anybody is interested please contact me at sindul@yahoo.com or say something to the media. I hate to think how many more people they will lure into buying this junk, especially unsuspecting old people who have no idea in checking the veracity of what they are advertising.

The Pressa Bella Iron is totally mis represented. It is totally worthless. The company/infomercial that represents should be fined and go to jail. This iron does not perform any function as advertised. It is a total SCAM Shame on us for believing the advertisement. It will not happen again. We will keep other people informed about this SCAM.

I received two but only ordered one Pressabella iron. My checking account was charged $269.00. I have returned the two irons and am presently attempting to get at least a portion of my money returned. I do plan to take legal action if I do not get a response to my request for a refund. If other people are interested in a class action suit, I would love to hear from them.
