I also was fulled by the advertisement for the Press-a-Bella. I received my order which was incorrect sometime in March. The phone order incorrectly sent me two irons. Of course I returned the second iron. I am very dis-satisfied with this product and would not recommend it to anyone. There were no packaging information included with the iron. Basic instructions. I am returning mine due to it being defective. The srew cap where the water is poured would not turn and I kept turning it only to have it break. I think it had to do with the many times of refilling the tank with water. My Black & Decker is far superior to the Press-a-Bella. I am returning for a full refund and will not recommend this product.

First time I used Pressa Bella it spit and sputtered the entire time. I followed directions exactly per directions. With each use (a total of four)there seemed to be more problems. Cap started sticking, steam button stuck on, and water dripping everywhere. I sent mine back. My advice: Don't buy.

Help! I have just purchased the Pressa Bella Iron... used it 3 times and cannot get the water stopper to come off! It also streaked water all over my clothes. Can some one tell me how to send it back for a refund?

Ordering over the phone all computerized. They took credit card info first then had to listen to repeated sales offers for another 5 minutes. Finally hung up with no order confirmation but the order went through anyway. Two payments of $77.00 each. Rec'd with no packing list, so have no idea what the actual charges were for the iron or s&h, no order number. Only one sheet of paper included on how to use. No phone numbers anywhere! If you don't have a computer you would have a difficult time getting in touch with them. The Pressabella is heavy. It dripped water whenever the steam button was pushed. Ironed 3 shirts and had to refill with water 4 times. Also had to wait for the iron to cool down before I could unscrew the metal cap to refill water. Returned it. Purchase was pure regret and waste of time and money. My advice is not to purchase it.

My mother bought the Pressa Bella dry steam iron for me and the first time I tryed it out I found that you spend more time filling the iron than ironing. When I tried to fill it for the fourth time the lid got stuck and after trying for more than an hour it still won't come off. There is no recourse either. There is no information to send the item back for the "money back guarantee" or even a phone number that leads to a real person. I would strongly recommend that people stay away from this over priced iron. There is no costumer service or recourse for it, if you do not like it you are just stuck!!!
