This product is terrible. It made my acne worse and even cause my pimples to get deeper and leave me with scarring. My skin cleared up when i stopped using it and switched to Neutrogena. This company tries to rip you off. I tried to cancel my membership several times. After i finally canceled it they kept sending me bills for shipments i never even received. Proactiv sucks

Proactiv obviously has helped several people however for me, it literally burned the metal off of the side of my glasses and left me with horrible scars on the sides of my face. I would recommend seeing a dermotologist before using this product. If you have "ok skin" and not serious problems with acne (like me), then I don't think proactive is a good product. I am just going to stick with the 7.00 Neutrogena from now on. Also take note that this product is not cheap--45.00 for every two months if you are in the "club"

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER THIS PROACTIV CRAP. Because all this stupid company care is your money, not how their products help your face or anything else. If you are thinking of ordering this crap through mail or online or on computer, then you better forget it. What are they gonna do is that they'll just keep sending you, your products and continously take your money out of your account. I do not know what else do they do to other people, but PLEASE, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, because what's it gonna do is it gonna cause you pain, acne, money, time and self-esteem.

When I try ordering it through mail and guess what it din't go through!!. So I try to talk to the customer service and they said they can't find it on their computer databsae except for my brother Nathan he order it it last year and worked but it didn't for me so not only that it din't work they also probably cashed the check and didntt give me their products, how ridiculous is that, but I suggest that you do not order this product because it it's scam. In thanksgiving I buy the proactiv at the mall and guess how much they charge me $141.41 for just the kit with three 4 fluid oz and one oil free moisture and one green tea moisturizer and one advance blemish treatment omg my mom was mad at me because this stupid product cause so much just for my skin to get clear up and I think that the stupid person who sell this, try to get as much as money as they can.

I have been using Proactiv for about a month. Some pimples vanished but they were replaced by even more pimples my skin was dry and I had this burning sensation on my cheeks.

Proactive helped for the first week and then I started getting very large and painful cyst-like pimples under the surface. They hurt like hell and along with that I had a new white head every time I looked in the mirror. I stopped using the product once I realized my face was only getting progressively worse. It has been about a month now and the cyst-like pimples are still under my skin. A dermo told me that the proactive was drying out my skin so much that I was producing oil like crazy and it was clogging up my pores and getting trapped! Yuk!

I was always told that I had pretty good skin, but every now and then, I would get a pimple. I've seen the ProActiv commercial over the past couple of years, and the results seemed amazing!!! So, I decided to use the product in order to have the "perfect" skin i've always desired. I used it religiously for about a month, and it worked great. I went a couple of days last month without using it, and my skin has never looked worse. I'm twenty-three now and my skin looks worse than a sixteen year old's. I have red pimples all over my t-zone, cheeks, and chin. Recently, my friend gave me some tea tree oil to use, and I'm starting to notice my face clearing up already. So, to anyone considering ProCRAPtive, stay away!!!!!!

I am 24 and I have never had "bad skin". Not even when I was a teenager, but I decided to order Proactiv any way. I was going to be in my best friend's wedding, and I wanted to make sure I had "perfect skin" for the big day. At first it worked perfectly. Towards the end of the 30 day trial I stopped using it so frequently, because it dried my face out. Then, to my dismay, my forehead starting breaking out. Within 3 days I had over 80 pimples on my forehead, temples, and cheeks. I was mortified!!! I have since stopped using Proactiv, and gone back to my old skin care products. I am already seeing some improvement, and it's only been two days! I just hope and pray that my skin will clear up without having to see a dermatologist! My advice to anyone who is thinking of using Proactiv is this: DON"T INVEST IN THIS PRODUCT! It may have worked for some people, but if I had it to do over again I wouldn't purchase it! I wouldn't want to take the risk! Buy some Neutrogena and wash your face once or twice daily. You'll get better results and less heartache!

I purchased the vitamins to test try. But now everytime I look I have a box at my door. I called over a year ago to cancel and no such luck, they hung the phone up on me and the number I was given prior is not correct. So I did not have time to get any names, all I know is I do not need anymore of this product and I want it to stop. They are pulling from my account and I have discovered this is only away for them to make profits. They have alot of nerve. Please email me a telephone number. I ordered a product from the tv and these vitamins popped up, silly me, not any more. I have a Vitapower return address 4910 Longley Lane, Suite 101, Reno NV 89502. Help!

I had real mild acne and like everyone else felt self conscoius about it so i order it w/ really high hopes but a month into using it i'm noticing that what used to be mild tiny pimples are now bigger pimples & red and a little bit itchy and now i feel even more self conscious so i will never buy proactiv again it's clearly not for me.

I'm a 15 year old girl, and as you can imagine, i have an occasional pimple here and there. My dad bought proactiv for me with the little money he has because he knew how self-concious i was about my skin. After the first time using it i seemed to have about twice as many pimples as i did before. I thought that maybe it had to get worse before it got better, so i gave it another 2 weeks. My skin has never looked or felt worse. I now have large pores, lots of breakouts, and dry, itchy skin. I'm not just some angry customer embelishing my experience. I'm a freshman in highschool who has to spend an extra 15 minutes putting on makeup to cover my zits. Money loss and gross skin are the last things i need right now.

My teenage son was tired of going to dermatologists for mild acne and asked me if I could purchase the Proactive treatments for him because the commercials were so convincing and reassuring. After using the cleanser and toner, the bumps on his face got larger and more red. He thought if he continued to use the products the bumps would dry up and go away. After a few months, it's only getting worse. No doubt Proactive has helped many customers, but it seems that many more have gotten negative reactions. Proactive is very expensive and it's a shame that many people, especially young adults, are mislead by false claims.

I ordered Proactive online about a month and received an email stating that they were unable to verify my credit card and my order would have to be completed by mail instead. So I never thought twice about it and decided to go about my daily business and home treatments. Then I receive this box in the mail with these vitamins that were a "free gift" with the proactive. I was confused but started taking them anyway. I was throwing up every other day and did not understand why so I stopped taking the pills. I am not in the financial state to get $34 just deducted from my account. I went online to check my history and there was a charge that I was unaware of. It was for vitapower. It was a Sunday so they were closed. I called multiple times and was places on hold just to hear it seconds later click off and get hung up on. So my big question is how in the world can proactive be unable to use my credit card but this other company send me this stuff and charge my card without the knowledge of myself. I have still been unable to receive my refund or my other pills. Where can we go? What can we do to make sure this doesn't happen anymore?

I bought proactive after starting to experience some mild acne. Ha- what a joke this stuff is. Since using it my face has gotten worse. I now have huge areas of acne type bumps and nothing seems to be clearing it up. I guess a trip to the dermatologist is in the near future. Not only do these places hurt but they itch as well. I have my last order they sent in the box and intend to send it back and tell them to stop sending anymore of this crap!!!!!

My daughter purchased this product, she has mild acne and wanted the clear faces of all the "stars" on the infomercials. We also decided to get the trial vitamins for $1. We were not told these were also a membership and on "auto ship". Well this stuff was terrible. She quit using it..figuring maybe her skin was too sensative, I tried using it, since I still have occasional breakouts. I am 37 years old and looked worse than I ever have in my life...My teenage years weren't this bad. We cancelled with pro active and thought all was well until my daughter received a overdraft charge from the bank. Not knowing what it was for I called the number listed on her bank statement with the charge. I wanted to know what the charge was for and I was told it was for more vitamins. I told the guy that we cancelled our account with Pro Active and wanted to know why we were billed and sent this. "We are a different part of the company" I was told. "You should have read the paperwork included with the box, then you would have known that" So basically we now have a bunch of very costly vitamins ($34)and an insufficient funds fee ($31)for something we didn't want and thought we cancelled. Please don't order any of this stuff...save yourself and your child a lot of pain and suffering.

I tryed proactive for my daughter and although it worked great that's not the the issue the issue is vitapower i was offered a free trail basic of the vitapower and befor it arrived i was billed $4.99 on my account i called and canceled. ok no refund was given i said 5 bucks ok thats not much but now that i think abouit how many aothers said the same thing and how rich are these people. 1 month went past and doing my books found that vitapower again deducting from my account $37.80 i was pissed i called and was told i could not cancel although i thought i had already that that the shipment had gone out and i had to wait til i got the pills and send them back yes me pay to send them back once they got them it would take 3 days for my account to be credited then i would have to call again and cancel. My daughter is only 12 and the proactive works great but i would not give her any pills of any kind unless her doctor said so. and it hurts me that after all the teesing she got from classmates for her skin that a company that helped her ended up hurting us in the end. i called proactive and cancelled with them as well they were the root to my problem by offering such a crappy company.
