I ordered Kathy Smiths fitness videos from an Infomercial on TV not knowing they were being sold thru []. What a scam. They try to get you to sign up for monthly tapes and after I said no several times and expressly asked at the end of the call if they were sure I wasn't going to be billed for anything monthly because I just wanted this one DVD and I wasn't interested in signing up for anything monthly and they assured me that no I had only authorized the debit out of my checking account for the one DVD (sounded like it was outsourced customer svc too) and sure enough they took out the 49.99 for my DVD and another 49.99 for their monthly thing. It caused my mortgage to bounce because I was never asked to authorize the second charge, they just play fast and loose with your checking account. I called for a refund and was told I couldn't get one becasue I had authorized the second charge. When I protested that I hadn't they said they would had to pull the tape of the conversation where I "authorized" the second charge and that this would take several weeks. When the product arrived it came with a "free" beach ball exercise thing that I had not ordered. They said I would have to ship that back before they would refund the second charge. Needless to say they never came up with any tape of me authorizing a second charge. I finally did receive my refund almost 8 weeks down the line. I was so mad their careless use of peoples trust caussed my mortgagee to bounce as well as some other bills and cost me well over $100 in fees not to mention the ding to my mortgage company record which was perfect before this. I thought Kathy SMith had more integrity than to allow a scam company like this to market her product. I will never do business with any product associated with [] ever again and tell all my friends not too either and spread the word, they are crooks of the first degree.

I ordered a couple of videos through beachbody.com and found out they are a scam company who keeps sending you packages you don't want, charging you for them, and making it your responsibility to return the package at your own cost, of course. When you order online, there is no information that says you can opt out of future unwanted packages. I now see I am not alone in this. Their customer service is snide and condescending and are very clearly rehearsed to take these sorts of phone calls in stride.
