My husband and I ordered two Q-ray bracelets for our moms, both of whom suffer frm arthritis. We agreed to the 19.99 price. His mom received hers, my mom did not. We called to inquire what had happened. Got the run-around, and reordered. Finally my mo receives hers. We get th e cc statement and we have been billed four times at 39.99 each. Call again. Hold, hold hold for hours. Call # on cc statement it is disconnected. Call number e see on TV. Hold Hold hold HOLD. Finally get someone tell them look we are going to dispute all charges! Bank agrees to credit for two bracelets but not others. Meanwhile bracelets don't do anything but give them both a nasty rash on their wrists. Q-ray is a waste.

As a sufferer of constant fatigue and lack of energy, I would try almost anything that promises to help me feel better. I bought the bracelet and wore it religiously for over six months on my right wrist, and then another two months on my left, in the position (with the ball ends up or down depending on which wrist) recommended in the directions. Sadly, it did nothing. Actually, I can't figure out how it would help but was eager to give it a try. I do think it's pretty, but was a complete failure for me. I know I am a challenging case but I figured I'd feel SOMETHING ! Nope.

purchased 2 q ray bracelets June 14 2006.. Two months later....Sept, 15 2006 I rec'd a card in the mail stating that it was time to replace or upgrade the bracelet...I feel that a lot of people would renew as a course of action,,,,I did contact the company...with no satisfaction...I am still getting renewal slips in the mail..The company stated that NOTHING LASTS FOREVER..

I purchased a q-ray ionized bracelet off the TV. When I recieved it I used it. It seemed to relieve the pain of my muscles after some time of using it I started getting high  blood pressure when I would wear this product. I am trying to find some information on what rights I  have, and what I can   possibly do in regaurds to my discomfort.
