I called to order the As seen on TV LEDs from after seeing the ad on $14.99 + 7.99 S&H. The automated response system took my order for one set and credit card number. That's when the "fun" started. I found myself locked into an endless series of pitches for add-ons and other products, with no way to exit. After repeatedly refusing these offers and punching every key I could think of to get to a live operator, I finally hung up. When I went online and checked my credit card charges, quik-brite had charged me nearly $83.00!!! Even the basic 10 light package was being charged 23.99, and I was billed for two of them! After several tries I have been unable to reach a live person. Now the automated order status check online says the order had shipped. I will refuse it and demand a refund, plus file a dispute with my CC Co. This is an outright fraud!

I ordered the product by telephone and when checking my credit card statement realized that I had been charged double for my order. It is impossible to reach this company by telephone, website or by email. When I email I either get an "undeliverable" message back, or a quick " we will look into the problem and contact you in 5 days" This has been going on for several weeks now. I am going to be reporting the incident as fraud.
