I personally went to [] and purcased this item for $99.00 - 20% coupon (which is in all in store advertisements at []). Which is far less than thru the Red Exerciser web site. I very much enjoy my exerciser and luckily did a little research on the product before I bought it. I also am having trouble getting a hold of the comany information- but I would like to find the advance work out video ratehr than make a return.

I ordered the RedExerciser a few weeks ago and have not heard a thing regarding my order. I went to the website and could not even find a phone # or email address to contact the company! I wanted to find out the status of my order at least and now I am reading all of the negative comments about it and am getting even more concerned!

hello, i found your web site looking for anouther red site to complain too. #1 this product is junk. #2. i have sent out several e-mails tring to get some help. #3 the machine came apart the first time used. my husband is mechanicly inclined he fixed it. guess what after the third and fourth fix i gave up. if you read this i hope it helps you to be leary of this product. again this is JUNK>

Just like everyone else, I ordered the red exerciser, they sent me two machines, I have used the one for a week and I have felt none of the burn they talk about. For all of you having trouble sending it back, put it back in the box and call your UPS in your area and tell them you want to return a refused package, they will pick it up and return it for free. That is how I returned the second machine and I will do the same with the first.

i returned the product because i thought it cost too much. it was basically a stool with handles. i felt a workout when i used it but there was a big strain on my legs and knees. i felt more pain in those ares than a workout in other ares like the abdomen. also i returned the product with an authorizatioin number and they still billed me the next 39.99. i was not happy with this product.

This is by far one of the worst product sold on TV. I tried to return the product after trying it out and realized it didnt work. It was on the 30th day that I called, and was told that they will no longer accept any return, even when it was on the 30th day. The lady who answered the phone (supposedly the only one person who handles the return department was ridiculously RUDE). I am very dissapointed with this product. This product is enough lesson for me to ever want to buy anything else on TV.

I was like so many of the other people, RIP OFF!!!!!!! Sent my rebate information off in July 07, and as of 02-08 still no $50. Someone who has a lawyer in the family or knows one we can get cheap, we need to sue these people. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions on how I might be able to get my $50 as promised. I am a 70 year old lady on a fixed income and this was $50 I sure could not afford to lose.
My story is like the 118 listed - it is disgusting that we can't have honest business dealings with advertisers on TV. I also thought I was getting a $14.95 machine and really it is not worth that. Just a piece of junk. I gave it as a Christmas gift in 2006 (without opening it) and of course the receiver never told me they hadn't used it because they were embarrassed. And I had not told them when my VISA arrived I found I had paid $174.75 for it! I'm generous but I wouldn't buy a gift that expensive. And telephoning Red Fitness is a waste of time. They refer you to another number and no one is there to answer the phone. I should have phoned VISA right away and disputed the claim but I kept trusting those crooks and by the time I called VISA my 118 day dispute period had expired. I advise any of you to dispute it right away in order to be under your 118 days. It is probably the same with the banks.
VISA suggested I contact the BBB and if you want to do this as a group, let's do it!

I ordered the Red Exerciser on 10/20/2007. They told me I'd get a $50. rebate if I paid the whole thing up front, which I did. I went to the rebate site and it says that the rebate was for 7/21/2007 - 8/31/2007, when I was talking to them and placing my order 2 months later and they are offering it to me. I applied, even though they had those old dates on the form and have never received a rebate. I tried to call the number they gave me, which is 888-424-7633 and they say that number is disconnected. I'm ready to join a group and go after them. We need to stop these kind of scams so honest people can still do commerce together. Carolyn

Do Not Buy This Product. It is a complete Scam. I ordered this product from TV ads. Rebate is a lie. Customer Service calls never get picked up. Tried to return and Red Fitness refused to accept. Tried to dispute from credit card company, Red Fitness tells a bigger, complete, total lie so that the bank refused dispute. There is absolutely no customer protection. Someone or all of us need to take them to the court. Let's do it.

when i received this product i tryed to see how good it really was, but i turned out my result weren't any better than doing regular sit ups or anything i was doing it just was showing reseults so i returned it and they received the product on nov.19 and now it is jan. 15 and i still have yet to recieve my money back and i cant get ahold of an actuall person to talk to me or when i did the one time some one picked up they said i had to call my credit card company and still have yet to recieve my money back from returing it.

i ordered the red machine on oct 26, 2007 and used a credit card paying $47.95 then when UPS delivered it on nov 9, 2007 i refused it because i didn't think i could afford it. But red fitness took $83.80 out of my credit card acct. on dec 4, 2007 and dec 17, 2007. And i think the've taken more out this month jan 2008. I can't get anyone to talk to me from returns. They have taken $76.00 more out of my account and i refusd the red machine on nov 9, 2007!!!!!!!!

I ordered the RED Exceriser for $179.95 plus shipping. I waited 2 months for the thing to arrive. Then when it does finially arrive, it is missing screws. I tried to contact the company and they were really rude about it, They took 3 payments out of my account in one month because I kept asking them to replace the product. Well they didn't they just keep taking money out of my account to where I had to cancel my debt card just so they would stop. Great people right. I really want my money back for the product. Its a piece of junk. They need to be reported to BBB. Thanks for reading

After seeing the infomercial on tv advertising the red exerciser for 14.95 I called the toll free number to order. I went ahead and ordered it thinking I had misunderstood the ad. I was told the charge would be 174.95 and I would get a 50.00 rebate with a computer printed coupon. I printed it off and sent it with the remaining information they requested. I was told receiving the rebate could take up to 60 days. I called their customer service number today to inform them that I hadn't received the rebate yet and I was told they had never gotten anything from me and that the rebate deadline was expired.Duh. I had sent it in immediately after ordering the exerciser and was sent in plenty of time. Was told no need to send it in again as was too late for the rebate. I have found out this whole thing is a scam. The product is poorly made and have also seen the red exerciser in stores for 99.00.A class act suit needs to be filed against them.I would like my money refunded but sounds like that request would be refused as have now read the many complaints against them. Will never order anything from an infomercial again .This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau.

Can i tell you how i call this company to tell to stop dipping their hands in my account cause that was not the agreemnet that we had. The rep. had the nerve to tell me oh well and hung up the phone on me. The next day, they took money out again and once again i called them. The same guy-lol- told me that they did that cause i threaten not to pay!! bullshit. i called my bank and had them put a stop payment on it for free!! i love my bank but these people are crazy. The reps are rude and that piece of shit dont work and its poorly put together!!!! Waste of money!!!!!

I called to order the red product via phone. They told me there would be a charge of $39.99 per month for 3 months. They continued charging my card for 2 extra months at $39.99 making the total cost of the item $199.95. I call to complain about the extra cost. The piece of equipment is junk and not worth $200.00. They would not credit my account, nor accept a return, nor give me their name. The company is not reputable. Please do not buy anything they have to offer.

When I called the co. to order the product after seeing the infomercial, I was told it would arrive in 3 or 4 weeks and to immediately send in proof of purchase fromthe box and to save all shipping labels, etc.which I did. I ordered the product by calling the no.given on t.v. This was Sept.29,2007. The product arrived on Nov.10(45 days after I ordered). In order to get the mail in rebate you need the no. from the proof of purchase. On the proof of purchase it says request must be postmarked within 30 ccalendar days of order. So I received it in 45 days. Then it said claims must be received within 60 ddays of purchase-that would be Nov.29th then it said the rebate must be cashed by 90 days.Dec/ 29/ I have tried to e-mail with no success. I've tried a no. they gave me 1800-624-2057 and was told the no. is no longer in service. The other 800 no,will be working on Mon.so they say.I was told to e-mail and leave my order no and when I did the first time they said something which meant I had missed the deadling. I think this is one for better business bureau, what say you? Another thing, I paid $174.75 for this standard Red DX model and I see it all over for $99.oo. Anyway, the fact that they don't send the machine which is needed to get the rebate until it is out of date is really poor business and against the law, I am sure. Joan

well me and my fiance purchased the system because we saw RED on tv so we called 1x. Next thing i know RED called us about 20X's from different #'s private, unavailable, you name it. We had a very sweet talking rep who assured us that it will work hassle free and if we wasnt satisfied we had 90 days .... so she said. After a month it broke didnt work and we called and complained they said they will send us another one so dont pay 1st payment til i recieved new one and then send the old one back... why did i trust that of course never recieved new one and 2 weeks later i get a suprise draft in my checking acct from you guessed it fraud RED themselves complained about it and they told me basically oh well i was giving wrong info and they hung up on me... great customer service right.. yeah right. Well 2 weeks later another suprise payment comes out now mind you the RED doesnt work and screws came out so i cant use it and they knew this still didnt recieve the one i was promised so another overdraft hit my acct because the date they took out the money wasnt the correct date. So it hit the fans now im -142.00 in my bank acct so i call 888-424-7623 and i have never been talked to that way in my life by a suppose to be customer service agent.. he said again oh well they can do what they want i told him do not go back in my acct that way because it is not the authorized sate i signed up for he said he will go in it now if he likes and take the remaining i said well im not due until jan he said dont matter if you cant pay balance now im going to take it i said no you wont because theres nothing there you wiped me out i demanded a sup she was just as rude as he was and told me she will take it out since i told her my acct has no money in it and that i cant pay with that card i told her i will mail in the money order for the amount she said that will be fine but im going to charge your card anyway because i believe its money there i told her it wasnt she said she could do it because 3 payment of the 33 dollars was a courtesy she can take the whole payment if she likes i got very upset again and told her im not due yet she begin yelling and hung up. I called back and spoke with another rep and she said RED can do what they want and this time i recorded her statement i plan to file a legal suit against RED for misrepresenting a product , unauthorized use, and fraud. Thanks for reading my story

i rec'd only the arm exercisor , and not the actual machine, e payments of $48.98 were taken from my bank account, for a product that i don't have . I called in 4 times about this and was told that ups lost the product, after speaking with them they said the only thing that they had shipped me was the arm part, but the red exerc. customer service said that it would be taken care of, not too worry. today i spoke with joe l. at ext. 206 ,he said i'd get a full refund in 3-5 bus. days, hope i do , but won't hold my breath, if i get the refund i'll let everyone know. this is the # to call 713-532-2408
