I work for a callcenter that takes orders for the red exerciser. It is a RIPOFF!!! The information that the sales reps give you is to get you to buy the horrible product. We will tell you anything all for a measlie 1.26 commission if we are lucky. (or .86 for a refurbished unit). Consumer please BEWARE. It is very difficult for you to get your money back and GOOD LUCK getting through to customer service. If you want to have some fun keep calling the 800 number as if you have some interest in buying and then just refuse every time. It hurts the call center stats and makes the RED Corp very unhappy as well as the Exec in the call center. Then they will tell the reps to do anything to land the sale. Every call is recorded so if they mislead you you can then report them to the BBB> I too apologize to everyone I have ever sold a RED exerciser.

Good luck, if you've ordered this product and are trying to return it. You will be kept on hold forever. Suggestion call the toll free nuber and enter x227. Ask for Susan she claims she will be able to help. She is extremely rude though. I wasn't able to get anywhere with her I only receive ignorant e-mails to my personal account from her. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau if I do not get a RMA soon.

I purchased the Red Exerciser on October 6th and requested rush shipping. It took 12 days to receive a receipt for my purchase. I have emailed customer service as to the shipping status. I keep getting promises that it will "ship next week". I was told that are having problems getting the as seen on tv website orders. It's been over 30 days and I haven't received the product. Don't waste your time...these people are ripoffs.

I ordered the red seat exerciser - almost two months ago - they have already used my credit card for full payment and I have not received this exerciser as of this date. Someone help.

I purchased the red exerciser and have tried to return it within my 30 days (so much for the 30 day trial for you have to call BEFORE you 30 day trial is over to get a return authorization so the pressure is on) but I cannot get through to customer service. I have tried and tried. Perhaps Susan who works for corporate Red exerciser cares to devulge her phone number so those who are sitting on hold for hours can reach someone. Did you notice she didn't bother to readily post them? Red wants you to do all the work. She may have heard from people who are happy but I can tell you she has heard from plenty of unhappy consumers as well...OR MAYBE THEY CHOOSE NOT TO LISTEN TO THE UNHAPPY CONSUMER. This is nothing more than a twisting stool that hurts your lower back and hip joints.

I ordered the red exerciser several weeks ago. on 9/6/06 the first installment was billed to my credit card. I contacted customer service the following week because I still had not received the product. I lost the number and an unable to get the listing through directory assistance,, the internet or from my credit card company. The only information I have as the billing was based out of Stafford, Texas. I still have not received the product.

I worked for the call center that placed the sales for the red exerciser. Consumer please BEWARE! Read all of the fine print on the website about return policy. It is very difficult to get you money back. The stories that you are told by the sales reps are just a means to get you to by this very shabby piece of equipment. If it looks to good to be true IT IS. Red is the biggest joke in the call center. Please use you copmmon sense before placing a purchase. Don't be swayed by the stories (the manipulation) used by these call centers. The address on the back of the training manual isn't even located by mapquest. Good luck getting through to customer service. You can potentialy stay on the phone for days before any one answers. As of late customer service was denying returns. And do not refuse it at the door or you will be charged additional s/h. If I could I would call every person I ever sold one to and say I am sorry.
