I ordered the product about a week before labor day. They charged my account. I paid extra to have it shipped right away. I still have not received the product. It is now 9/9/07. I cannot seem to get ANY response from them and their website is also not working to allow me to contact them. After reading that others have also not received theirs I tgought I would also file this.

I ordered the Red Exerciser - paid in full on my credit card and never received the product. They charged my card the next day but four weeks later I still had not received the product. I sent an email inquiring about it and received a response stating that I had indeed received the product and they provided "tracking" information - supposedly from the USPS. NOT! I called USPS and they say it's not their tracking number and they would not leave a product on a doorstep without getting a signature. I called Red back, Promises of a refund that never materialize. I disputed through my credit card company, to no avail. I've called Red again and they will not let me speak with a supervisor. I've tried and tried to get information for the Red Fitness Legal department, but they will not give me any - no address, no phone number, nothing. I'm ready to fight and willing to join with anyone interested. It has been months and I'm out $254.01 - AND no product.

After ordering the red exerciser,I had no opportunity to try it, I had rotor cup surgery and thought it would be a great exerciser machine I could use while I recovered. It blew my shoulder away. I waited another few weeks and again it hurt my shoulder and again I waited another few weeks. Needless to say the 30-day gaurantee was up. I waited another few weeks and finally working out again, this time the machine actually pulled a trigger muscle in my back which caused severe pain and tremendous agony. I do not know what to do now, my ortho doctor suggested send it back with a letter of explaination, and too definitely not use this machine again. I would just like my $175.00 back and they can have the almost never used piece of wonderful equipment back. If there is a class action lawsuit I would like to sign on for I really have a documented injury from this machine.

I ordered the Red Exerciser in March of 07. I use it but really hasn't shown me much. However, my debit card has been hit every month since March. First charge was $45.00 each month thereafter has been for $39.99 - This for a $174.75 piece of equipment! It's a rip off. I cannot get customer service on the phone to find out why I am still being charged. Beware of this company and it's deceptive billing practices.

I ordered the Red Exerciser back in March. I mailed in the information needed for the $50 rebate. Product does work, but company failed to send me my rebate. I called and they informed me that I did not send in the UPC code to receive the rebate. I had kept the box, which had lots of numbers on it, but no UPC. I called back and told them there was no UPC on the box, and I was sure I had mailed it in. Person on the phone (whose name I requested) said that they would send the rebate. Thirty days later I called and asked to speak to this person. I was told then that no one worked there by that name. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to a voice mail. I called back several hours later and was transferred to the same voice mail. On the preceding morning I called back and was told a supervisor would not be in until 10. Several hours later I called again requesting a supervisor and that I didn't want to be transferred to voice mail. Trina, who answered the phone, asked my name and then stated that my rebate was being processed. Red does not list there phone number in there ad on the computer. I was only able to call, because of the number listed in the booklet. There phone number is (713) 532-2408 for all those RED purchasers who are trying to contact them to receive there promised rebate.

I ordered the Red Exerciser on 7/5/07. After receiving the product it did nothing as expected and the person doing the instructional DVD was the most unmotivational person I have ever heard. I called for a RGA per the product instructions. The product was received on 7/26/07 - well within the 30 day trial period. I called on 8/23/07 regarding my credit - I was told I would only receive $14.95 (but was charged $50.93 - the balance was supposedly shipping). I was told I would receive the credit within 5 days - to date stiil no credit.

We ordered the Red Exerciser last May. I mailed the rebate in on May 22, 2007,,,,In July I called the company & asked where my refund is & they said we were on the mailing list but checks were only mailed out around the 5th each month...I also emailed them twice about the rebate....Anyway today is August 26th & still NO rebate....A person shouldn't have to follow up on in...It should automatically be mailed...Needless to say I am very disappointed...

My grandmother ordered this product in May 07. Found it to be more than what she wanted to pay but was told that she could get a $50 rebate on line. She does not own a computer and had to wait for me to get the form. I had a hard time trying to find the rebate at the address the order taker gave to her. I finally found it and sent it off a month later. However, you have to send the shipping label from the box along with the upc code from the product box along with the pink packing list. All she had was the pink packing list everything else was thrown away. I called the company to check on her rebate 8 weeks later only to be told she was not qualified for a rebate due to not submitting all the proof. What more evidence do they need than the original packing list showing she ordered and paid for the product? The Red company isn't helpful to this issue. If this is how a company plans to scam people not to mention senior citizens SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. They are a fraud.

Ordered Red by phone. Tried to cancel a few minutes later and was told they could not accept my cancellation of order. They gave me another phone number to call for customer service. That number never answered the phone-just a recording & cannot leave a message because mailbox is full. The company who took they orders said I would receive a $50 rebate coupon with order. I did not. They also said I could find the rebate coupon on the website...it does not exist. Help. I feel scammed. The price by phone was a lot higher than you could order on line, that is why I tried to cancel. But I figured the $50 rebate would get me close...But I cannot get the rebate coupon...will never do this again, ever. I also ordered the product because a friend of mine was in the commercial,George Pou. I thought that stood for quality and reliabilty. Cannot believe me friend is connected with this scam. Would like to see how to get my rebate...or other satisfaction here. Kathleen []

TV Infomerical said $14.95, so I ordered this product on a totally automated system which gave me the price of $14.95 plus shipping. After giving my credit card information and the automated recording said it would charge me card $159.00...I began trying to call the 800 number for customer service to cancel. I tried two times to cancel and was told my order was not in their system yet and to call back the next day. I do not trust this company after reading the other complaints on this company, I chose to cancel my credit card. I plan to notify Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and other authorities.

i purchased red in may 07 and was told that i would receive a $50 credit after the 30 day trail period. i still haven't received that credit and spoke to them today (8/07). after three tries i final received the correct info that i need to go on their rebate site to get the rebate.only to find out, you only have a month to claim the rebate. so i'm out of luck. i am disappointed that the customer service people do not know the correct information to give to us.

The stool is advertised as being sent for $15 to try for 30 days, with a money-back guarantee, When you call to order, you find out that you cannot get the chair for $15 and must pay the full $175. I decided to try the chair and am very dissatisfied. It is truly nothing more than a stool. The resistance knob does nothing and the chair is cheaply made. It could not possibly achieve the results it purports to give. i returned the stool and await a refund plus shipping costs to send it back. I would be interested in filing a class action suit against the company!!

ok when i got the red of course i threw the box away and could not find the rebate anywhere inside so i figured i would call the customer service number which is 1-888-424-7623 by the way only to find out that the rebate is only at redexerciserrebate.com and when filling out the information you have to have numbers from the outside of the org. box which i threw away...but i mean i use the red as a computer chair an expensive computer chair and i probably won't get my rebate or my money back cause you have to return the dumb thing in the org. box...YAY! GO RED...or NOT!!!

I cannot find a phone number to even call for a refund. I paid the full price and when I received it and tried it out it was pathetic. One lady was right you can get more exercise from your office chair. I did not receive a invoice with my pacfkage and I called for a number and the company is not listed under toll free numbers. If antyone has contact information please post it. The website does not provide a phone or email address. To those of you who are reading this please do not order the red exercise!

I oreder this product and it did not work. i paid for it all at once for the free shipping. Called to get a return label sent to me to return the mdse. and of course I could nver reach anyone. I sent e-mails. After a few e-mails a Susan responded back. And she lied and was very rude. I called the company s/w a Erin. She hung up on me when I asked to s/w a manager. I called my credit card company to start the chargeback process. I copied the-e mails and sent the BBB report to my cc company. For anyone who paid with a credit card call you card bank on the back of the card. You do have chargebacks rights for these types of scams. The return policy is not given at the time of purchase and the mdse is not as described! I am sure it is just a matter of time before this company has a class action lawsuit against them!

I am so glad that I finally decided to check out the red exerciser under a search on my computer because the web site I had was a joke!!! I ordered my red exerciser over the phone on 6/2/07 and have had problems ever since I ordered it and I haven't even received it yet. I was continually lied to by two of the supervisors at the customer service phone number, Susan and Stacy. So tonite my husband said just for the hell of it do a search online and I was really glad I did. I called the red exerciser today in regards to my rebate because it was past 6/30/07 and I wanted to talk to the supervisor Stacy in regards to the purchase price she said she was going to give me it for because it was cancelled two days after I ordered it and I was charged the full price. She said she never said anything I was claiming. So by then I was extremely aggrevated and was ready to go online to the BBB. But since I have seen this web site I was able to call UPS and cancel my delivery tomorrow and called my credit card and he told me to call back tomorrow night and they would decline the purchase and cancel my credit card and reissue me a new one. So I was one of the lucky ones to have ran across this web site. But believe me a have a 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper with everyones name that I have spoke with in regards to this nightmare. I will also be contacting the BBB to make sure that this is also reported to them too!!! I will not ever order anything again thru a TV infomercial because it has been the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE I have ever gone thru. Julie/Duluth, MN

screw under red keeps coming out...called red and was told can't send it back because it's past 30 days...did ask for the rebate and was also told it was past 30 days...the rep didn't tell me (when I ordered red) a time span. Customer Service sucks. Plan on ordering one? Please don't. Not worth it.

I, as with some of the other reviewes on the internet I have read, was excited to receive my Red Exerciser. I also ordered the power arm and I did not receive it in the box with my order. I will be refusing shipment of the power arm or return it unopened when I receive it. I paid for the total amount with my credit card. I just received the Red Exerciser yesterday, however, we live in the country and I did not sign for it. It was just left at our door. I had trouble with one of the screws holes, which was manufactured wrong and instead of taking 5 minutes to put together, it took nearly 45. I finally got it screwed in. I am sorry that I did not look on the internet before buying the exerciser. I will not go into all of what I have read in the other reviews, but I decided to return it. I called their Customer Service on Saturday and kept getting the recording that there number box was full and to call back later. It was during the time they were supposed to be open on Saturday, Central time, which is the time zone I am also in. So, then I called back and even though they did not give me options, I chose 1. Then, I got more options, one of which was returns. You get a recording and you are asked to give your order number on the left hand side of the packing list, name and two phone numbers and they will get back with you in so many days with the return #. I then called my credit card company and disputed the bill. They cannot cancel the bill, but it can be put in dispute. I was informed I would receive a credit within two days on that amount. I also cancelled my credit card (since I did not have any other outstanding charges - if you have outstanding charges you may not want to do this) and am being reissued a new credit card. I was told by my credit card company that since they had my old credit card number, they could put other charges on it. I then called the Red Exerciser company back, I finally got to speak with someone (I did not try the returns because you will get the recording.) I told her I needed a Return number. She was going to transfer me to returns. I told her I did not want to go to the returns recording and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she was going to put me on hold and I asked her if she was going to come back on and she said yes. I did wait for a while really wondered if she would comeback on -- just wait) and she came back on the phone. She told me the supervisors were not there today, Saturday, and to call back on Monday after 10:00 to speak to one. I told her I had disputed the amount charged with my credit card company and she immediately, immediately gave me the Return Number with instructions how to send it back. Of course, she also told me there was a 25% restocking fee, which in my case will be $50.00 (even though $10.00 of my bill was for warranty). She said it was for the TOTAL bill. Also, I will have to pay to have the product shipped back to the Red Exercise Company. What a ripoff. I have no idea how much this could be. How can this be free for one month, if you have to pay for the shipping back? I hope this has helped someone, if they are having trouble obtaining the Return number as I did. I do not know how long before this will be totally resolved, because I do have to fill out papers which I will receive from my credit card company disputing the charge.
