I, as with some of the other reviewes on the internet I have read, was excited to receive my Red Exerciser. I also ordered the power arm and I did not receive it in the box with my order. I will be refusing shipment of the power arm or return it unopened when I receive it. I paid for the total amount with my credit card. I just received the Red Exerciser yesterday, however, we live in the country and I did not sign for it. It was just left at our door. I had trouble with one of the screws holes, which was manufactured wrong and instead of taking 5 minutes to put together, it took nearly 45. I finally got it screwed in. I am sorry that I did not look on the internet before buying the exerciser. I will not go into all of what I have read in the other reviews, but I decided to return it. I called their Customer Service on Saturday and kept getting the recording that there number box was full and to call back later. It was during the time they were supposed to be open on Saturday, Central time, which is the time zone I am also in. So, then I called back and even though they did not give me options, I chose 1. Then, I got more options, one of which was returns. You get a recording and you are asked to give your order number on the left hand side of the packing list, name and two phone numbers and they will get back with you in so many days with the return #. I then called my credit card company and disputed the bill. They cannot cancel the bill, but it can be put in dispute. I was informed I would receive a credit within two days on that amount. I also cancelled my credit card (since I did not have any other outstanding charges - if you have outstanding charges you may not want to do this) and am being reissued a new credit card. I was told by my credit card company that since they had my old credit card number, they could put other charges on it. I then called the Red Exerciser company back, I finally got to speak with someone (I did not try the returns because you will get the recording.) I told her I needed a Return number. She was going to transfer me to returns. I told her I did not want to go to the returns recording and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she was going to put me on hold and I asked her if she was going to come back on and she said yes. I did wait for a while really wondered if she would comeback on -- just wait) and she came back on the phone. She told me the supervisors were not there today, Saturday, and to call back on Monday after 10:00 to speak to one. I told her I had disputed the amount charged with my credit card company and she immediately, immediately gave me the Return Number with instructions how to send it back. Of course, she also told me there was a 25% restocking fee, which in my case will be $50.00 (even though $10.00 of my bill was for warranty). She said it was for the TOTAL bill. Also, I will have to pay to have the product shipped back to the Red Exercise Company. What a ripoff. I have no idea how much this could be. How can this be free for one month, if you have to pay for the shipping back? I hope this has helped someone, if they are having trouble obtaining the Return number as I did. I do not know how long before this will be totally resolved, because I do have to fill out papers which I will receive from my credit card company disputing the charge.

I purchased the product about a month and a half ago and it does not work. I have been trying to return the product with no luck. I can not find any way to contact the ifomercial site wtc. It is very frustrating.

I had a bad feeling when I placed the order and selected "continue" only to get an error message. By that point I had already entered all my billing information. So they ended up with all my credit card and ship to information and I never received a confirmation. The site I ordered from didn't have any contact information for customer service either. I should have known better. I am going to cancel my credit card tomorrow. What a sham(e)!

Well me and my sister purchased two red chairs one a piece they are HORRIBLE it is the WORST thing I ever brought in my life like really it does nothing my NOTHING at all but barely move from side to side I get more exercise sitting in my office chair @ my desk. This is a scam and a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone. BUYER BEWARE this thing is no good and the return policy is a joke it's the worst experience I've ever had the customer service rep CHARLIE was very rude his manager was worst her name is SUSAN she told me the CEO's name was Bra Spartell I think it's a name she made up becasue she was very reluctant to give me her name. SUSAN had a very curt with me and spoke in a condescending tone she spoke to me as if I was an idiot. which is very unprofessional I hope we can get a lawsuit together and sue the pants off of this company I have had nothing but problems with them Ihad problems returning it because the RA# wasn't big enough on the box is this a joke or what I will NEVER EVER buy anything off of TV again NEVER even if the was giving it away for free.

I purchased the Red Exerciser and returned it because I didn't like it. It took several calls to actually receive my refund but I did. Now, I have been charged again for the product that has been returned.

I ordered this product yesterday. About 15 minutes later after having read some of the horror stories I tried to cancel the order. I was told I would have to wait 24 hour. This morning I found out that the product had been shipped. I once again called and was told that I would have to accept the product, call and get a return shipping label and send it back. I would be charged a restocking fee. This is not right because I called in plenty of time to cancel the order and was told I could not. What a scam. They tell you you can not cancel the order until after it has been shipped. I can not tell you how upset I am.

I have the product paid full price. Just realized I have not received the rebate so I call. Can't get through to a person, computer voice says to go to help@red exercise.com and what do I find but you people telling me that it's a scam. I just bought the leg magic product and find that it's a scam too. I am not having any luck. I would like to get in on a law suit if anyone proceeds with this. Deb

So I just called the company for my mail-in-rebate and they said I was a "lier" and that I "should come up with a better story." And then she hung up on me.... She said I didn't send the right stuff for the mail in rebate. What a HORRIBLE COMPANY! And let me just say it was one of the head people too, not just costumer service. Why would anyone lie and not send the right stuff? What a bunch of morons!

Of course I didn't recieve my $50 rebate and I just sent the 4th e-mail to them just now... I wish I would have seen this website sooner. I feel like an idiot... I was taken advantage of.

I hate this product. Every time I use it the thing squeaks, and it drives me nuts. They tell me to hold in my stomach to make it work, but that only hurts because I'm holding in my navel, not because I'm burning it off. I don't like this product at all. I haven't yet tried to get the rebate, but I doubt I will. And honestly, $30 FOR SHIPPING? That's just stupid. I bet they're trying to scamm us.

I'm very un happy with the product I purchased two and they are both crap I never got my $50.00 rebate I was promised when you call to place the order you get right threw to somebody but when you call to return the damn thing you can't get anyone I'm returing it today. I'm game for a law suit because they are ripping us off!!!!!!!!!!

The red exerciser is very poorly made. The part that makes the seat turn (the Lazy Susan) is made from very cheap plastic. I did not even make it through the first workout before the plastic center broke. Since this product is poorly made- you ma expect it to break very easily and possibly injure you.

I like the product. I want the $50.00 rebate they promised when I ordered it. It came by mail in about 2 1/2 weeks which was great. I paid full price when I ordered. Why can't they just keep their word. Just give me what you promised $50.00 rebate no more no less.

I wish I had gone to this site or the BBB before ordering. I was scammed on the price and the customer service reps were totally ignorant. I am sending back today with my RA number "Clear" on the package. So I'll see what crap they pull on my refund. So much for late night insomina :) I'm game for a class action suit.

pd. full amt on credit card in the amt of $174.75. have been waiting for rebate check of $50.oo which was promised when ordering. have recieved nothing so far and unable to get any satisfaction when trying to call. very upset and unable to use product as it really bothers my spine and back. after reading all the letters of compaints feel it would just cost me more money and aggrivation to try to return it. so here sits the red stool. hope they get a law suit in motion.will be anxious to see what transpires.

YOU KNOW WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND? First there are SO many different amounts being charged, Second, WHY are there Major stores selling this thing? Don't they have a CLUE? I have seen it in a MAJOR dept store, and in another MAJOR linen store in the Mall.....it is really really sad to have people screw us little guys sooooo badly - and there is no end in sight!

I am so happy I found this site. This saved me probably months of aggravation. Again I have tried to call these people for the last two weeks to be able to return the crappy item I received. I was very sceptable about this item when I saw the DVD that came with it. It looked like it was filmed in someones basement with mommy's cameera. I have just had to close my check card to make sure that they are not able to take any more money from my account. I would advise everyone to do this that has not been able to get through to their customer service or gets through and hears "hello, hello" and a hang up. This is the only way they cannot take any more money out. I too will be reporting these people to the BBB.

My daughter signed up for what she thought was a $14.95 trial period. Four weeks later without even receiving the Redexercise product her check card has just been charged $188.93! We've tried to stop payment with the bank but they can't help us. So now we're going to see if we are totally out of luck or will continued call back to this company will actually work!!!

This product is a total scam. I Tried to get the trial for 14.95 my card was charged 134.99. sat on hold for over 30 mins after having to do a Columbo on the internet to find the customer service number in the first place. Just spoke with a charlie who claimed I will be refunded in 24-48 hrs. I am deffinitely on board for any class action suits, dateline NBC, CNN whatever, these morons must be stopped. I placed this order in feb but did not have enough on my balance to cover the 134.99 so i did not worry when I was unable to cancel via that horrible automated system that tried sell you everything including the kitchen sink, after you gave your credit card number. It was impossible to find an option to cancel. they held on to my info for one entire month until I paid my balance off then zapped me with a charge.
