i purchsed this product in feb, 2008 for my wife as she love flowers, now it's september,2008. I haven't seen anything yet. It's waste of money. don't buy this horrible product and waste your hard earned money on these kind of stupid products.

I had purchased this product for my mother as she is sick and unable to do the things she used to. I thought this would make gardening easier on her. Well I purchased the prodsuct in May, and now it is August and all that came out of the roll n grow was a few weeds. We followed the directions as stated on packaging. Horable product!

I caved with the kids' request to purchase this item. I thought it would be fun for us. We followed directions exactly, and produced a couple of weeds. While watering, my husband would comment, Watering your fifty dollar bill again? Ha ha. The neighbors all got a laugh out of it, too. Two bright sides: 1. I called customer service today and Jeff said a full refund will be applied to my credit card. Hope this is true. 2. Roll N Grow taught my kids a valuable lesson about impulse buying. I have a feeling that in years to come, future purchase decisions will receive the Roll N Grow litmus test!

I bought this product in early May, and received it well over a month later. I wanted to try it on the side of my house that is rarely seen or used, stockade fence is up. So I figured wildflowers would be better then planting something else. The side of my house is roughly 40' long, so after putting down the Roll n Grow I manually planted wildflowers since I was curious on which would bloom first. And wasn't about to risk buying six of these until I was sure I would get results. Well, 24 days later, the roll n grow was still just a soaked rug and the others I had planted were ALL at least 4-6". So at this point I sent back the product and requested a refund. I FINALLY got a refund today of $11.78. The total price was something like $28.99 I called customer service right when I saw the credit on my account. I spoke with Nicole. She told me because I didn't send back the PRODUCT, that I was only entitled to a partial refund minus shipping. The return instructions DO NOT say to return the product. That is ridiculous! After complaining I am getting the rest of my refund I was told. But here it is months later and all the manual wildflowers that I planted with the little $7.99 canister that's sold everywhere are blooming insanely nice. At bare minimum there are about 500 flowers. Oh and the Roll n Grow just sprouted a little Baby's Breath yesterday. This product is fake. If you want wildflowers, just buy the seeds, and you'll save money and time.

Purchased the roll and grow product. I thought I was getting the second roll free, but was told that I got double the number of seeds on one roll. I followed instructions and watered every day and after 2 months did not have one flower. I noticed people were looking for a customer service telephone #. In Canada it is 1-866-430-8155. Roll N Grow, 101 Canarctic Drive, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M3J 3N1. It took a long time to find the telephone number as nothing was shown on the box and I did not receive an invoice in the box when the product was shipped. However, after contacting the Customer Service Dept. at above number, they promptly credited my master card. Hope the telephone number and address are of help. I will never order anything from these infomercials shown on TV again.

This product sucks. I watered and watered and nothing and I do mean nothing grew. Not one damn flower. Whoever sells and advertises this product should be in jail for false adverstising. Do not waste your money. I know I am not in the minority since every review is negative. If you want flowers, plant bulbs.

I bought this product a month ago, I have followed the instructions carefully and no flowers at all are growing there! Please do not buy this product, do not waste your money as I did. Actually they advertise get 2 for the price of one and they charged me for 2 but none of them was worth it.

I ordered this in late April and received it mid May. Since following the directions carefully, and it is now the beginning of July, the only thing it is growing are patches of weeds or something that looks like three-leaf clovers. It was cut up into three pieces. One piece is growing nothing. Roll 'n Grow is a jip! I don't recommend it. Maybe it depends on where you live as to what will grow. The commercial is misleading.

Like most other people here, we had a negative experience with Roll N Grow. The product took forever to arrive, well over a month. Naturally, the $30 ($20 for the product plus $10 shipping) were applied immediately. All this is to be expected I guess. What isn't really acceptable is efinally getting a product that won't work as advertised. My daughter and wife regularly watered Roll N Grow but while it rolled (not exactly the 10 square feet) it certainly didn't grow anything. At least the dogs finally found a use for it as their bathroom. It also serves as another lesson for my daughter to beware of false advertising. I'm going to try to find the advertising people responsible for placing the product on [] and make sure they know their advertiser is selling a deceptive product.

I purchased Roll and Grow thru their website after seeing the commercial on TV. I followed the instructions to the T and two months later I'm still waiting for anything to grow. It definitely is a scam and after reading the reviews/complaints from everyone else I feel better that I'm not the only one that was taken for a ride. I will be writing them a letter ASAP.

I placed two rolls of roll & grow as per instructions in my garden.Have watered three to four times a day for over one month nothing grew except crab grass.

I ordered thids product and watered it as per directions. All that grew up was a few stems that look like weeds to me. This is a fraud. Even talked a friend into buying and feel guilty now.

I thought of purchasing this stuff for about a minute until I found this site so thanks, am not going to do it. I do advise, however, for all the people scammed by it, simply mail back whatever garbage is left over (rolls torn off the lawn, etc.) and dispute the charge with your credit card. As long as you can demonstrate that you sent the stuff back and they advertised a money back guarantee you will win the dispute and perhaps if the company gets an onslaught of chargebacks they might just close down and realize people aren't as dumb as they had hoped.

Well I ordered RollnGrow to try with my kids last week. First of all the amount of products that they try to get you to purchase is unheard of!!!!I was angry enough after going through all that with the automated person. Then I go online to check my bank statement and find out that instead of the $19.95 plus $7.95 shipping, they charged me $127.50!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called them they told me to refuse shipment. What about the money?? They said I also ordered 4 english gardens!!! What a crock!! I have lost faith in the infomercial business!!

I ordered "roll n Grow" because I remember growing up that my mom and dad had used something similar with good results. I too, have been scammed. They made me go over my credit limit!!! I ordered one roll for $19.95 another *special* offer roll for $14.95 shipping and handling was $7.95. They lead me through a scad of other offers I *wisely* refused. Then they offered express shipping for only $4.99 more (2 to 3 business days). I was charged over $60! Is my addition wrong?! It arrived 13 days later! Is that EXPRESS? I'm not even going to open it. I'm mad I even have to use the gas to go to the post office. The lady on their customer service line was soooo rude. They ruined a great memory. And am now into dispute with my visa charge. Don't do it! It's the old adage. If it sounds too good to be true... -Becca

I haven't recived the product yet, but based on these reviews have called the customer service dept to inquring on these complianrs...we will see. Has anyone tried using the product and doing more than what they said. I have treated my flower bed like I would if I was going to plant individuals flowes, I sifted the soil, put down top soil before I will unroll this product. I want to see if this will make any difference. I will keep you posted.

On 4/5/2008, I phoned in my order for 1 Roll and Grow, at which time they were offering a "FREE" bonus of and extra mat, plus herbs. The recorded "agent" kept offering additional "bargains" that could be added to the order. I declined all the other add-ons. The total amounts which should have been billed to my VISA were $19.95 plus $6.95 shipping. When I checked in to my online banking on 4/25, my account had been billed $65.70. I immediately notified my bank. Since I am still waiting delivery, I plan on refusing and returning it. I also plan on reporting this company to the proper agencies.
