So I purchased this product only 3 months ago but in the mean time I have worked so hard to send post cards and I have spent so much of my time reading my lessons and reslly trying to make this work. I have spent $952. which isn't as much as a lot of you but being a single mother it was very hard to come up with this money. Russ Dalbey's program made this sound so easy like all I had to do was follow up on these notes. Just find them, post them and list them. Well I did that. Spent a lot of my time contributing to this business and all that happened was a decrese in my bank account. THIS IS A SCAM! Russ Dalbey has taken advantage of me and my family. Every note that has been posted and sold has gone in to his pocket. I am willing to tell my side of the story and give all the information nessesary to take this guy down. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF THERE IS A LAW SUIT GOING ON BECAUSE I WILL BE A HUGE PART OF IT!!!!! As far as anyone else goes who hasn't bought into his scam, IF IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS!!!! Save your money and work hard because that is the only way you will get anywhere in your life!!!!!

Hello, it is Eldon again. GET OUT FAST...The Scam – Winning In The Cash Flow Business! Here is the deal. Russ sells you a program for $97 with all of these promises. You go through the time, expense, and effort in order to create a new fresh lead. You make contact with the lead and they agree to sell the note. Once you post or list the note on Russ’s network, you immediately LOOSE control of your lead that you have created from all of your hard work and you GAVE it to him at no cost but your hard work. He lets the lead sit there on his database for like a month and you forget about the lead. He then filters out the lead and he puts it into a different database for his personal use and he sells the notes as he described to you in the manuals. A classic SCAM making you do all of the work and not get paid for your efforts. I would be extremely careful with this program. He may give you (1) one out of (100) one-hundred leads that you generate. The others, you can forget about it. For the ones who did try it and listed their notes for sale and did not get the sale, this explains it. He has the smoke screen built for everyone who joins to do all of the hard work only to surrender your work ethics as soon as you post the lead ON HIS NETWORK!!! --- IT IS A SCAM!!! --- Just THINK about this for a moment. He has over 1,000 people finding current and up-to-date information on note holders posting it to HIS DATABASE on a daily basis! HE has all of the leads that he wants at the expense of others! He is ROBBING people blindly! IF you decide to do this business, take his information, contact the BUYER yourself and make your arrangements OFF OF HIS NETWORK to reassure that you DO get paid for your efforts! IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY THAT YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON FROM THE START TO THE FINISH! I am HIGHLY disappointed that a person in his position would pull something like this. PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT IS HONEST AND THAT WILL PAY THEM FOR THEIR EFFORTS!

Yes I purchased the course over 2 years ago. I was totally upset with them when they started calling saying the wanted 1000's of dollars to hire a so-called mentor that was going to help me to become sucessful. I told the jerk on the phone that i was not going to pay any more. He said well if you don't pay you will not be sucessful in the business. I told him that is not what dumb shit darby states it is so easy just find it post it and make money. He said well that is true but it just takes longer doing it that way. I said well what is the point then I thought you could make lots of money in just a few hours a week. he stated well do you believe everything you hear? I said definetely not and I don't believe you either.

I am twenty years old and broke as hell. I honestly thought there was more too life than living with no money. I get the brochure in the mail and i think god sent me a sign. Russ Dalbey even talks about the golden rule "treat others how you would like to be treated." Ususally, i treat others with respect and dignity, but after reading these complaints i believe that if I see russ dalbey, or whatever his name really is i will rip out his ^%#@*&* and take a bite out of it before he has a chance to $#@!. This guy is satins main man on earth. Even Though i havent purchased the kit, i believe 151 dollars would hurt me tremedously. Plus, it would waste plenty of my valuable time on gods green earth.

I decided to try the Winning in the Cash Flow Business with Ruus Dabley on May 21, 2007. After making the purchase, I received a call about the need to have "protege coach" in order to complete my first deal! I was told that it would cost me $3000.00. I explained I could not pay that kind of cash. I also told the young lady that I was interested in making money not sending more. She assured me that I would be making money very quickly. I was very relutant, but she sent my call to someone else. The man reduced the price to $1500.00, and he continued giving me a sales pitch. The only thing I regret is that I caught the pitch. I have read all the lessons and called for assistance. No one answers the calls. I am extremely angry that someone can get away with this type of business. Russ Dalbeys’s Winning in the CashFlow Businewss, America’s Note Network seemed to be on the surface the next best thing to sliced bread. Although it seems so easy to find out the positives and negatives on a company now, at the time my initial research did not find the immediate negatives. I would not have found this rip off report, if I did not have a growing concern over things that happened to me over the last two and a half weeks that caused me to dig deeper. When I first saw the Winning in Cashflow business on TV, I had looked at several programs and although it looked to good to be true, I was cautious and only paid for the basics. I thoroughly read the 3 books and other paperworks. Being a business owner of over 10 years as a site contractor for developing modular homes for 10years with a business revenue averaging over 1 million a year I have have had a lot of experiences good and bad and have had a few experiences that I was taken advantage of. When I got the call from Judi at1-800-593-5419 #6714 I took careful notes to record everything and understand what they were offering. I had already tried their main number they advertise on their tapes I had received and should have been cautious because I had tried for days to reach someone because I had questions and had gotten no one to answer the phone. As I look back on this now, it seems very clear because of the many programs I had looked at this one promised that this was all there was too it. I had turned down the advertising and the website. So I figured there might be a few hundred dollars to spend maybe a $500 or $1000 at most. When she started talking 2000-4000 for entry level but you would do 1-3 deals a week at 5-10 hours a week but you could start immediately, then it was 4000-5000 for 3-5 deals a month for 7-10 hours and finally 6000-12000 for the executive level making 10 deals a month. My heart sank. Our economy in our area of business has all but died and we have very little revenue coming in. I am looking for income to replace our income so I am thinking full time. However she assured me I could do it and wanted me to talk to Mr Ray Gong at # 1-800-593-5919 Ext 6774. She transferred me over and He began to tell his story of regret how he saw Mr. Dalbey become a mega millionaire and he should have gotten in on the ground floor 5 years before. He began to inundate me with phone# s to reassure me how easy they were to get a hold of, and all the different training modules and protégé coaching and mpowerment training I would get. I have to admit it all sounded impressive However, I had to act now. He was very smooth and persuasive. I am a salesman for 20 years and he had me going. I really wanted to think about this and check this out and talk to my wife about this, but he was persuasive that I could get my money back if I changed my mind and got me to agree to put 2000 every other day until Monday ( it was Wednesday June 6, 2007. So on the 11th He would call me at my office and We would talk about the remaining $6000.00 and what my decision was.. On Monday he called my office at 10:30, but I had not had time to finish my investigating the company I was actually playing with the idea of cancelling. I did not take the call at that time. I asked my secretary to check out on the web and do investigating . I was going to check out Dun and Bradstreet and the BBB. But we did not really find out anything negative and to go those routes require too many hoops to go through. At that time I did not know the best way to check out an online company On Tuesday June 12, 2007 I called Ray Gong back. And was taken back when he informed me he had debited my company credit card 2x for $6000.00 and quickly gave me the approval numbers. I was so taken back by what he had done. I should have cancelled at that point and almost did, but Ray was very reassuring and said to call him at anytime and that I would be making money immediately. He acted like Russ was his best friend and this was the easiest thing since sliced bread. One thing I noted with Ray was that I always felt I was interrupting. Later in reflection I realized he never stopped talking so you had to get a word in edgewise to say anything. I threw myself with a vengeance into learning this program. Keep in mind I have two college degrees, 12 years full time in my own business, own several rental properties. And I am having a heck of a time getting this program down. I am starting to think that there is something wrong with me. Ray has assured me that all my leads will be covered with this new web program and they would provide all the tools. I asked him about the 250 leads they give me and he said don’t worry about those they will give you a whole better deal. Another read flag went up at that time because the value of those leads which I had paid for now seemed meaningless. However, I wouldn’t need to do what the masses were doing. I was in the winners circle and had an exclusive. When I got a call from I believe it was the internet marketing team which program was supposed to start today June 25, I got another red flag when I was told that we would not get all our leads supplied to us, in fact I was told we would not get any leads. I had asked how everyone could get all these leads and be quality and all. That was when I was told you have to go to courthouses, or friends of write letters or do these mailings or find emails. Wait a minute, the reason I am doing this is that it is so easy anyone can do it, all my leads are provided, and I can start making money right away. I had justified the $12000 because I know it takes money to make money and as I already said I am a business owner. And I know the value of training., but now I am thinking what have I just done. I could have just paid for the website and buy the newsletter for 995.00. I began to start investigate online. I had been learning from another internet business how to do keynote searches, so I began to investigate and look at other note holder websites. By the way I had just got mine and in tinkering on it was very confused. I couldn’t figure out why with 400,000 trained people that they advertise why there wasn’t more activity on the web. I found very few websites showing. And the keynotes for their company found relatively few hits. In questioning more I think it was Ray who told me or Eric Olson’s worker that they had 300 investors and 1500 notes. Again I found this odd. If this company had 350 employees, why so few notes and investors. I questioned some more and found out or at least it was claimed that Russ buys 1/3rd of the notes. Again, another red flag. I am now on full alert.. are they buying there own notes to keep this thing alive, are they feeding us bogus leads. For the first time, the words, “scam” and rip off” entered my mind. Why I had never thought to enter those keywords when I was investigating this is beyond me, but I said to myself, June 25th marks the beginning of the marketing phase whatever I am going to do I had better do now I felt I had been in 10 lies to present. 1) lie #1 spend $152.00 and that all you need to do. I am now in it for over $12000 and counting. You cannot do this program for no money. To even have a fighting chance you need to spend a lot and have a lot of money tucked away to keep you afloat in the meantime. 2) Lie #2 It is so easy anyone can do it. I don’t expect this to be gravy, but I am more confused than ever Not anyone can do this and the info is confusing. 3) Lie #3 Ray Gong would call me on Monday and see if I wanted to cancel or go on. He debits my account of 6000 without permission. Quickly gives me approval codes and changes the subject. 4) Lie #4 All my leads would be provided for life on this brand new email web site program. I find out after I am “In” that I get my leads the same way everyone else does. Any way I can.
5) Lie #5. They have only two exclusive classes a year. Only 25 students are approved. Do it now or you will miss out on exclusive training. I find out these exclusive classes at 6000 a pop are ongoing. And the number vary from 25 to 36 to 100. 6) Lie #6 You will leave the bootcamp with at least 1 deal maybe 3-4 in the works
Now I am seeing testimony after testimony of not only no deals but not even any t training. No leads or bad leads. 7) Lie #7 You do not nee to become a investor to do this business. I was told over and over that all you have to do is find/list// make money. But once you are in you are told that in order to be successful you need to become a investor also 8) Lie #8 Join this company and you will make money right away. I did join hook line and sinker. And they keep telling me to wait. Get fully trained. That would be two months to start and if I got something another 3-4 weeks to close. 9) Lie #9 Pay 6000-12000 and you will do 6-10 deals a month. After I was in I asked Ray Gong, what was the fastest that someone had got their money back on their 10 deals in 12 months and get their money back. He told me 8 months. I cant be the only one who has paid top dollar, What happened to 8-10 deals a month. I’m not an idiot (or am I). but somehow I was under the impression this was so easy . My intent in joining this was to try to work towards six figure income. I was thinking even at 3-4 deals a month. Now after being in this for less than a month. It seems farther and farther away each day. 10) Lie #10 ray told me I would have a working web site that would generate tons of leads. Once I was in I was informed you had to develop the web site (which now makes perfect sense) All I got was a simple website that took all of 5 minutes to create that doesn’t lead anywhere. However at the time it was a part of my decision to spend the money. What I was expecting to get I didn’t get. I would call these “lies” as being defrauded. I was led to believe that the monies spent would provide a certain benefit and it ended up providing a much lower benefit. I’m all about working hard and don’t believe the hype that this was easy money. I thought it would be easier than what I was doing. I didn’t look at this as a get rich scheme, I stayed in this long and tried to give the benefit of the doubt in spite of the inconsistencies. I just wanted a decent business with a good opportunity. This may be that. But the promises made and already broke, to me , is not worth my pursuing this. I am asking for my money back. I will mail back the original materials today that I got in the mail and am asking that the 11,900.00 be sent back to my credit card immediately.

After I called many times to complain about the course being fraudulent I was told that I needed to pay several thousand more to really close a "live" note deal. Whare do I start here? It just so happens that I have stumbled upon this site this evening and to my SURPRISE...I just bought the Russ Dalbey's program. I have had it for only the past (24) twenty-four hours and I now read all of these complaints! I see that there IS a consitency with the complaints month after month going well back into the prior years. As a person who is on a limited income from Disability, this is NOT good news to hear when I am only trying to build and not get torn down by every single SCAM. I bought it due to the gurantee that he says that he will do. I did not have the money but I purchased the program any way because nothing beats a failure but someone who tries. So any way, I have these little books here that look like they have been used before and I see that it is going to take some work here in order to make this happen. It is MORE to it that what is seen. OTHERS need to STOP with the B.S. and tell it straight and not use their friends to make a post in defense. All that I can say is that I am glad that I found this out as it will save me a lot of time and trouble. One thing I did notice is that no one except a few have mentioned that they tried out the program as far as working it. I still have 29 days here and I will see if what Russ says is true. I posted here because this is a negative vibe that I am picking up and I am a little frustrated right now because I am looking for the RIGHT opportunity that will DELIVER what they say they will DELIVER! ENOUGH!!! of the you say one thing and then it is another when the package arrives via FEDEX. Unbeleiveable here! Where is all of this going. Other people are literally destroying others values and they do not give a Damn! The objective here is to BUILD values and NOT destroy them. They are only hnurting themselves in the long run. It is not worth it. Back in the mail it goes when Monday gets here. I am writting this because it is not just one person, it is a LOT of people saying the same thing so there HAS to be something to this. Why would anyone LIE that it is a SCAM when if it is not? They will not. EXACTLY. I will keep this post updated within the next 15 days. I am going to TRY it with the 30 different methods and SEE if it works when I list a note on his network. I honestly CANNOT afford to be screwed over like Don Lapre and the others who are involved with this. Folks...the reason they are GURU's is because they destroy other peoples values in order to gain power and money! THAT IS THE REASON! Enough said.

I received "The Overnight Millionaire" booklet offer in the mail. Like a lot of others, I am a very skeptical person. Yet, I was intrigued enough to read the booklet that claimed I could "get rich doing practically nothing"... red flag number one. Russ claims that he has lined up qualified "note buyers" to purchase the notes that you find. If it is so easy that even a 9 year old could do it (he claims he received a letter from a 9 year old who said this is what she wanted to do), then why in the world wouldn't the note buyers simply cut out the middle-man, find the notes themselves and pocket all the extra cash?... red flag number two. The booklet "clearly" states that there is "no buying, selling, or investing involved". I would say that spending 151.50 for the initial package qualifies as an investment... "3 strikes, you're out, Russ!" The entire booklet contradicts itself throughout and when I got online, Googled the mess and found this web site with numerous complains about Russ and his bogus get-rich-quick scheme, I confirmed my own suspicion that it was simply more junk cluttering my mailbox. I am going to do what someone else suggested, but go a step further. I am going to print a few pages of complaints from this web site and stuff it in the postage-paid envelope that Russ provided in the booklet. Remember, weight counts at the postal service. So, the more pages, the higher the postage costs. Thus, he will get an envelope full of complaints from the very people he ripped off and what's more, Russ will have to pay the postage to receive these complaints about his own product. If every dissatisfied consumer would do this, it may not put him out of business initially. But, it would definitely create much larger postage costs for him.

Just Amazing reading all these stories. Just read “The overnight millionaire” By Russ Dalbey and find this been a scam from the page one. Do you know how many real estate agents are out there? Open any news paper And check it out. So they supposedly had no clue about Real estate notes and You people coming from nowhere half broke with $0 money down like to make Thousands overnight? Common now, be realistic. Go ahead and take Real Estate Agent courses, that be about 4 month for about $400-600 and you will find out That this is not 2+2. It’s required some knowledge; you should start from there, if You want to do anything with real estate, even selling notes, like there is bunch of Note holders are sitting with the notes and bunch of buyers want those notes and They have no clue about each other, right? And you guys after reading those 10 pages Come alone and easy grab those thousands of $$$ with 0$ in the packet. Keep dreaming, - “Money talks, BS walks” Good luck.

I have read so many of the complaints, and they all ring true. The Russ Dalbey sales staff has been trying to convince me to invest $6,000 on a special workshop located in Denver Colorado. I would have to pay them $6,000 plus the cost of travel and hotel etc.I am a PhD and do not like to be taken for a complete idiot. Fortunately my investment was only $90.00 because I didn't have the funds to invest any more money, and they know that. They wanted me to mortgage my home to get the money they wanted. Their busness is not in the cash flow or buying and selling second mortgage notes. The millions that they are making is from taking money from unsuspected consumers in the from these clases. They tried to convince me that I was one of only 36 people to be specially trained. I told them that this is "Bull". I have been sales also and everyone that comes on board is offered the same "SpecialTreatment" because they are "Special Individuals!" This is a class A-1 rip off and scam of major proportions. When they finally found that they couldn't convince to invest more money by passing me from one so called sales manager or trainer to another they finally gave up.

Well, like all the rest of the posts I have read here, I purchased this product. It seemed like an easy way of making money with little or no output to begin with, other than my own hard work. I received a call from a Mark at the 800 number, extension 6726. He asked me all about myself and what I wanted with the program, and I told him the truth, to make money and stop living paycheck to paycheck. He told me all about the "Winner's Circle" and then referred me to a Division Manager, by the name of Mr. McGowan. During a moderately lengthy conversation, in which he further explained the "Winner's Circle" and the premier coaching opportunity, i recieved another phone call from my father. It seems that my Grandmother had gotten sick, so of course I asked Mr. McGowan if he could hold for a second while I took the call. When I had completed my conversation with my father, I continued my conversation with Mr. "M", whereupon he hit me with the cost of the course. He then asked me how I wold like to pay for this. I told him I have no idea, being that I was living pay check to paycheck and had no capitol to put out like that. He got angry and then said that it was wrong of me to have put him on hold to talk to my family about a sick member. I couldn't believe that this "professional" was giving me grief about an urgent family problem. If that is the way that they are going to treat prospective business partners, then that is a company i have no wish to deal with.

Plus when I was on the phone with them they always were asking me for more money and they said you need to spend money to make money. well I told them our situation and they didnt care they just wanted there money. Mr Dalby also charged us to much for the program we were told that it would only be 39.95 off the credit card for just the next 3 months which only would make this 118.85 plus the shipping and handeling cost for the kit well we have been charged 5 times on our credit card and that totals up to 199.95 and when my boyfriend called them they told him about me calling and requesting help from them and they also told him we could not return the kit and that what he was charged was correct. This has been very upsetting for both of us and we cannot afford to be scamed of our hard earned money. please help . I have sent out post cards and blowen money on stamps and printing and phone calls long distance to try and find notes and I am finding none and yes he keeps sending me emails inviting us to his seminars and classes which cost 3000and on up . he never honers his word or his guarentees and he keeps sending me invitations in the mail to be one of his new people in his millionaires club and agree to appear on tv with him but this is going to cost me say 10,000 who has that kind of money especially when we are both handicaped and out of work and I have no medical and this money that was spent under high hopes and promises from Mr dalby program is needed desperately to pay for meds for me this money being gone could come down to me and without my meds I could die and half a months supply of my meds is 200+ My boyfriend is getting upset with me because he thinks I m not trying , and that he blew the money on this program because of my enthusuasim when we first started thinking about this program and I have tried ti explain that this program is a scam and that no matter what I do it is not bringing in results like Mr dalby guarenteed it would And that all they tell me when I call is that It is just three easy steps and if I follow them I will find the notes haha. And then they proceed to tell me about new education classes to learn how to get and find the notes. and these classes are always atleast available at the cost of 3000+ All we are requesting is our money back and plus the intrest it has cost us on our credit card we will take the loss of the cost of the stamps and the printing . I purchased the package and read the material for a couple of days. I din't have to buy any leads as I was able to find notes right online. I mailed out 250 letters. 4 responded back and 2 agreed to sell the note. I posted the note, and no one has bought it yet. I t has been over 90 days and no one has made me an offer. The notes I found were a year or more older than the current year as this package stresses to work on those first. Here I am 5 months later and have made no money on this but have paid out including the cost of the package $600.00. There is still another catch to this, the Russ Dalbey associates consistently try to contact me so I can pay out more money for more education as they call it, I simply reply" No money in, No more money out".
