Ordered the Winning in the Cash Flow Business for the same reasons that everyone orders - an opportunity to make additional money on the side until I could switch and become self-employed. Advertisements promised unlimited wealth. My guy reviewed the product and said it was worthless. I repackaged it and made the necessary phone calls. By this time I had only a few days before my 30 trial period expired. I paid Fed Ex almost $50 to have it delivered before the end of my 30 days. I ordered on April 11, 2006. I shipped back at excessive personal cost before the end of my 30 days. I haven't heard a word or received a refund since then. Now I have no information or method of contacting this group of scam artists!! Does anyone have a number I can call? I will contact my credit card company during business hours. In the meantime, I am out over $250 for NOTHING!!! Do not purchase this business opportunity. You could easily start your own cash flow company by doing some library research. It's possible that I will never see my money again. I figured losing $50 in shipping was better than losing $200 for the program. Now I'm out $250. If they cared about their customers at all, they wouldn't deal with us like this. They are dishonest, they misrepresent their product and they are ONLY interested in taking YOUR hard earned money. The only people making money on this scam are the people who take your money and make it almost impossible to back out and then blame the you for not meeting the details of the agreement. This is no way to run a business. I am glad I found this forum. I guess I am a natural born sucker for some of these ads. The truth is, I suffer from health problems that make it very difficult for me to work a regular job. Then I see an opportunity like this and I hear the testimonials - work 2 hours a day and make thousands, and I go for it like an idiot. I FINALLY have a place to review the experience of other "victims" before I make that phone call and throw my hard earned money to the wind again. I hope you listen - I'm just like you. A normal person who wants a little bit more security in my life. Instead, I got ripped off again!

This is a TOTAL scam! I ordered this package after a few months of being unemployed and broke. I figured if I reviewed this package and didn't like what I was dealing with I could return it for a full refund less s&h!! So what happens after two weeks? I called them to return and they gave me the run around. Then finally I was able to talk to their "manager" and they assured me that I would have a whole month to review it again and gave me "free leads" and a "website". Let me tell you, I can create a website like that since it was worthless anyways. The leads were worthless and it's not even user friendly at all. So I called on the day they told me I had to return by, which by the way they are SO hard to get ahold of unless you have nothing to do but sit on your butt all day, and they gave me attitude about returning it. They told me that I had to RETURN it the same day with it post marked or else there woudl be no refund issued. So a month later I still receive no refund and I ask them. They try to get me to contact their 888 number which I told them I couldn't. So after more excuses they tell me that I am not eligible for a refund because I returned it AFTER the 30 day allowance! What complete nonsense they are so full of it. Now I have to call and dispute this transaction through my credit card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, THEY ARE JUST SCAMMING YOU! I wish I had done some research prior to trying this out. Had I read the reviews submitted by other victims of this scam I would have stayed away.

I invested in this busienss on March 28, 2006. I checked it out after I received the information. It sounded like a great way to earn extra money. I was right, but only for Russ Dalbey. On April 27, 2006 (within the 30 days refund) I sent an email requesting my money be returned to me and canceled my membership. I then received a phone call from one of their representatives who tried to convince me to stay with the program. The only thing is their office is only open during regular business hours Monday-Friday. I explained I work during those hours and would not be able to utilize their service. I thought my membership was cancelled at that point. I sent back all their materials to their address. A few weeks later I realized I was being charged another payment for their program. I contacted them again on their 800 number and was informed that my membership was never cancelled and being it was beyond the 30 day refund time, there was no chance of my membership being cancelled. I explained to the person that their hours were unreasonable for those of us who work during the day, and their comment to me was I could do it at work (yeah, right) or needed to figure out a way to do it. Not only would they not cancel my membership, but I would be continually charged until the full amount was taken care of. I am a single mother with two children who live on a meager salary. I had hoped this would be something I could do to help us out of debt. Boy was I sucker punched! Don\\\'t listen to these con artists! They are out to only help themselvse and no one else! Since then I have had numerous offers to help me but at more money. When I explain to them that I have no money, they are quick to say \\\"good-bye\\\" and hang up. Again, I say watch out for this scam!!!!!

Yes, everything these people have said is true about Russ Dalbey and his employees. It is really disgusting how they mislead and take advantage of people. There should be laws to protect us from unscrupulous business practices such as these. They act so sincere, however they are phoney and dishonest.

I am a very succesful Fleet/Internet/Closer Director in the Automotive Industry.I ordered the Cash Flo package for the initial cost of $54.95 then after 14 days an additional cost of $259.80 was charged to my credit card.I was to take up to 4 easy additional payments. Three days went by and my phone started to ring with messages from Russ Dalbey Cash Flow Business.I decided to open the material so i could give them an answer. Looking at the material i knew that this could a scam. The next time they called i had some questions for them.It was a lady, she asked if i had time to view the materials, i said yes.She asked if i would be interested in being part of the Winner's Circle an elite group that would trained by Russ Dalbey himself. The cost would run from $2000 up to $5000 depending on the amount of cash flow i was looking for.She said that her manager would have more detailed answers for me and had been doing this a bit longer. As soon as he came on the phone with a hard sell approach,i knew this wasn't for me.You really never got a straight answer on how the system made you money or how much time you needed to invest in order to make it work.He tried very hard to close me, even to the point to insult me and make me feel weak. He thought.Being in the car business i saw every move. Our conversation ended right there. The next day i called to get a refund can't get in-toch with ant body. So pretty much the person selling you the Cash Flow System is making the money. Still working on getting a refund.

I Bought The Course And Paid $159.95 And I Have Not Made A Dime On The Program.Their Informercial Is A Lie.It's More Than Just Finding Them,Listing Them,And Making $$$.You Also Have To Pay One-On-One Training Seminar Which Costs $2,000.Those Who Are Interested In The Cash Flow Business. Please Do Not Order This Program It Is A Get-Rich-Quick-Scheme.The Only Person Making The Money Is The Person Who Sells It To You.

I ordered the Cash Flo package for 3 payments of $39.95 each. The package came but before I took time to open, read and study it...I was bombarded with many, many telephone calls by different personnel over several different days "urging" me to get into this wonderful "business" in a more significant way by being trained by their experts in their company...incl coming to Denver for special seminars with their boss...our Russ Dalby himself! They had "three" levels of training depending upon how much money that I wanted to make. First level costs maybe $2,500, the second level was $3-$5 thousand, and the top level was $6-$10 thousand. I told them that all three programs sounded to me to be exactly the same. So why should I spend the higher amounts??  That seemed to make them upset. Then, they tried a "guilt trip" on me by saying they could not understand how a man as smart as myself could not see their point-of-view. The more I was willing to invest would pay for the better training and the more extensive and personalized coaching I would receive. In desperation they even went so far as to say that maybe I didn't qualify after all because of my stubborn attitude (implied) at which point "I hung up on them" and I think that you should hang up, too! "Hang up now" and you'll have $3-10 thousand dollars still in "your" pocket... and not in "theirs!"  I'm convinced that their "main business" is high powered and high pressured educational FEES "primarily" and that the personalized training & coaching is weak and incidental. They "may" know how to buy or sell Notes but they know how to "sell" high priced so-called "training courses" much better! I say "HANG UP."

Russ Dalbey- He gets most of the sales because of the promise that you can use it for a month and return it back if you're unhappy. But the package has no return information. I called all the customer service numbers 5 days before the deadline, and after following a lot of instructions, I was referred to a number that I called to listen to the same exact instructions. At the end, the message machine was full and I couldn't leave a message. I called another number, and after following all the instructions, they had a message that said I called out of working hours, even though it was about noon and their hours start at about 8 or 9 AM, depending on the message. After calling many times, I managed to leave 3 messages that were returned 5 days later to tell me that the return time had passed yesterday. They called back after the deadline to say they couldn't give the money. I believe that they don't answer their phone until a month passes so that no one can get their money back. Please help me to find out how to complain about Russ Dalbey and how to spread the news.

Bought this product.   Received it and read the materials.  It was marketed as insider information on how to deal in the notes business.  It's nothing more than common sense information and it's not easy like they say.  You have to invest a lot of hours and money and there's no returns that come easily.  Within days of receiving the package, I too was contacted to spend anywhere from 3-10K more just to get "help" as one the chosen few to participate in their "special training" group.  They make you sound special but you're not.  When I decided to return the materials, I had a heck of a time with their guys.  You can't wait on hold for a return person.  You have to get a call back from one of their business managers.  The hard sell and arguments about returning took forever.  This is definitely a scam.  My credit card dispute department were amazed they hadn't posted an address with them.  It took effort to figure out where to send the product back to.

This is how they got me, I got my package from them, and about 5 days later they called me and this person said that Russ was going to choose 12 people to be in his winner circle, to make a millionaire this year. He interviewed me, and then said he was going to tell his boss that he thought he had a good candidate on the phone so he put me on hold. when he came back he said his boss wanted to talk to me, his boss said that he only had 2 spots left open out of the 12, and he had 4 people left to interview and since I was on the phone with him, it was now going to be 5 people trying to get into 2 spots. He'd have to call me back in 2 hours with his decision. Well, I was all excited, the kids were excited, I really thought someone was going to give me a break for once. Then the call came, I had been chosen to be a part of the circle, I could be a millionaire this year, but.... I had to get the $2,995 protege course. I didn't have the money and I told them that I thought my credit card was maxed out, they happily reported to me that it wasn't maxed out and they said I could make it up within a month. When I got off the phone with them, I went up to my room and cried, I couldn't tell the family what had just happened. The 12 year old girl asked "if they chose you, why are you so sad?" They passed the phone back and forth in between them and they f%$&^%$ got me. You want to see more? I went to this page after they took my money and I saw the same things: [http://] Just type in the many akas they go by. Their phone tactics are disgusting as you will see if you do a google search and read what they have done to others-also, the BBB has stuff on them.

I thiught as an experiment I'd order Russ Dalbey's cash flow and keep a record of events along the way, I waited on phone for 6 minutes, Russ's voice on recording said someone should be along but if not here was his "own persoanl number" which is just his customer service number. After getting credit card number he said total would be $174.80 in 4 payments, commercial said they would drop on easy payment of $39.95 those were the first two lies.    Guy called about a week after receiving package.  Asked what I thought, if I was serious about making money, of course I said who isn't, he started trying to sell me something, wanted to see if I "qualifed for special mentoring" , I told him I bought the package/kit so I qualified so conversion pretty much ended right there.  I did ask why nothing on the 30 money back guarantee was in the package/kit and also why there is nothing on the website about it. I am a glutton for punishment I knew it was a scam but now at least if there is ever a class action I'm in! Seems someone can find a way to sue this crook!

I bought this. They make it sound "great", but it's not. Program wants you to run all over town to pick up leads, make lots of phone calls, (like telemarketing), and send out many postcards.I thought it was something I could do over the internet. They called me 5 days after receiving, and ask how I felt about the program. I ask about another way to take the program.  They wanted me to pay $3,000, up front, and go thru a 5 month course, over the internet. There is no guarantee either. I read the other complaints too. Also-- they had a decent attitude with me, till i said I had to think about it. Their tone changed immediately to, "mad, because I wouldn't pay the $3,000. They pressured me too!  Don't give in to this!

Yes, I did in fact purchase a program which gives information on "brokering" which comes to the unsuspecting purchaser by way of some former Olympic athelete by the name of Russ Dalbey - Winning in The Cash Flow Business.  What the scam does is essentially set the stage to sell additional "support" material following the original purchase. Yes, the weasels do refund one's money upon request, but even then there is an barage of more enticements to "get back on board." Russ Dalbey is just another huckster who arrives with shining self proclaimed accolades. Shame on you Russy Boy.

I ordered the product for a full thirty day guarantee and was charged $54.95.  I never even opened the package to examine the contents.  The package was retuned within five business days.  The company has attempted to credit my card for $79.90 which was not the original price of $54.95.  The scam is obvious! You believe you will be refunded $54.95.  However, Russ in his deceitful and finite wisdom will attempt to charge you two payments of $39.95, netting himself a profit of $24.95 on your returned shipment.  Yes, I would call this winning in the cash flow business if you are a con man.

I was interested in this product and was about to order it. I have been in real estate and even owner notes/mortages in the past. So I know what he says about there being plenty of notes out there is true. But I decided to research and look at both sides. Since I have some money I could invest I wanted to review the note buying website for investors. Well, when I called they told me I had to buy the program before I could look at the site. That means, you can only buy notes if you are in the program, and it limits the note buyers terrible. Of the many people who are interested in investing money in notes in this country, most do not want to spend $ buying a book to see what is available. I wanted to check out the 15 to 20% returns Russ says he gets on notes. They were not interested in talking to me as an investor. And, per the site, they have less than 800 notes listed. That is pathetic for a national program like his is pictured. I am going to pass. Just wanted to share, since I have a Real Estate and Valuation background and am an investor. Keep looking.

I purchased the Russ Dalbey's cash flow program after seeing it on web.  I ordered the program with the understanding that, in his own words: "Try it absolutely free for a FULL 30 days risk free, then return if not completely satisfied! After going over the program thoroghly I decided that it was a lot more difficult than they made it seem. His people constantly hounded me with calls, trying to get me to pay for courses that would help me better understand the note business.  I declined the offer and called on day 31 to let them know that i would be returning their product and to request that they not charge my account.  I was told that it was too late and that they would not return my refund. I asked them how could I be told to keep it for a full 30 days and be required to return it to within 30 days in order to receive my refund? I went to my bank and immediately file a dispute claim which was submitted to Visa.  They (Russ Dalbey) make you feel comfortable by saying, "keep it for a Full 30 days, risk free" and then nail you before you can return it. Its false advertising at it's finest; don't allow them to get away with their shoddy practices.  If this has happened to you, go to Russ Dalbeys website and print his own words of the guarantee and submit it to your bank and your visa reps and file a disclaimer to have your money returned.

8/14/2005 - Emmett writes:
Russ Dalbey has a series of infomercials with different 1-800 numbers that have (2) different prices for the product...  The following numbers refer to an offer to "Start Today for $39.95" (1-800-693-1985/ 1-800-792-9421)... When you call, they first ask for your credit card number before confirming the price and total cost with shipping and handling...  When asked, the person claims that there will be (2) additional payments of $39.95 if you should decided to keep the product beyond the "30-day trial" period...  The infomercial does not mention 30-day trial, but 30-day guarantee to review...  There is a big difference in the words used to infer potential additional costs... There is another 1-800 number (that I have seen, but did not record the number), that does properly reflect "3-payments of $39.95, reduced from 4-payments"... They in effect have different infomercials, with different 1-800 numbers, and different messages being portrayed, yet the operators have the same "script"... This, I believe, is misleading and false adverstisement, and the proper authorities need to be aware in order to bring an immediate corrective action... Thanks
