I purchased the sharks on November 29th for Christmas presents. 2 X (10 + 7.95 + 7.95)= way more than I bargained for. As of today still haven't received anything. Found this site and tried e-mail no luck, the phone number same. Found this website and called credit card company to stop payment. Found it at local [] for 10 bucks. Buy it at the store don't waste your time with these crooks

I just spent 15 minutes talking to an automated person and had to continually decline offers. What a scam. I am reporting this to my bank in the am. Do any of you know who else these jerks should be reported to? I expect that like most of you I will be charged for an order I did not accept and I am furious. I have other things to do with my time.

Ordered items on 11/01/07 and still have not received them. Tried emailing...no response. Tried calling and keep getting either lines are busy or it goes to a funny ring like it is no longer connected. Don't deal with this company!

I ordered online, it said $7.95 shipping, but not for each one! The shipping was far more than the product. Very disappointed in the performace, it did not even sharpen a pocket knife blade as well as a similar product I have that is 15+ years old.

I just ordered the Samurai Shark. I found out what all the hoopla is with the shipping. What they don't tell you is that they charge 7.95 s&h per sharpener. That is how they can sell these products so cheap. They make their money with the shipping charges. We all know that they can ship that size package for about 5 or 6 dollars anyway. I am calling Monday and cancelling my order. My total came to over 50.00 for 2 sets. And for all the people needing a phone #-866-504-7705 is the customer service #. You can actually talk to a live person. Good luck!

Count your blessings that you were charged under 20.00 for the shipping, I just got my order and was charged 71.55 for shipping. I would have never ordered and this company has NO class, never did they tell me that I would be reamed for the shipping and now all they can say is you ordered it and you can send them back but you will have to pay the shipping AGAIN to get them back. Bottom line I got ripped off...Be careful!

I had the same experience with the shipping ripoff. I should have known better when the shipping price was not included at check-out time, which by the way is why I found out how much it was. After I pushed "complete order" or whatever it and there was no total with shipping, I searched high and low on the website and in very tiny print at the bottom of the page is the revealed cost of shipping. I actually emailed the support dept. to cancel my order, they told me I had to call the support number. I did, and because I had just purchased the SS, they had no record yet so I was to call back. I did two days later - the line was busy and every time after that as well. I emailed them again and got no response and the little SS devils arrived.

It is a peice of junk and broke after less than 10 sharpneing. After listening to the sales pitch over the phone and carefully saying "NO" to each pitch, I got my overpriced sharks; but that would be ok if they lasted for a while... This is my first and last TV informercial purchase. My wife is still laughing and the "I told you so's" haven't stopped!

I called the phone number on the Samurai Shark television commercial to find out what the total cost would be. I followed the steps in their automated phone system menu, and it stated that my total cost would be ~$40.00. I did not place an order, and hung up the phone. A couple weeks later I received 2 Samurai Sharks. I called their phone number, and a rep told me that I did order them, and that I could return them, but I would have to forfeit their shipping and handling charges of ~$15.00. I think it's time for a class action suit against this unethical company. I see false advertising and false order creation.Darren

I was on vacation Nov. 22, 2007 with my grandparents and they liked the product. I ordered the product which states Buy 1 get 1 free. My $10.00 product came out to be $33.85. I called the company and asked why and the rep Michelle informed me that whether I wanted the free item or not I was getting charged for it, and the free items that I only had to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling was actually $23.85 in shipping and handling fees. Mind you all the products came in the same yellow envelope. Now if I send the free item back that I did not order I don't get any money back because they are not refunding the $16.00 they charged to ship to me and I have to pay to send it back. In conclusion, i'm stuck with items I did not order and an amount that I did not ok...!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. i'M VERY UPSET THAT i CHECKED THE WEBSITE AFTER BUT MISTAKES HAPPEN...

I ordered the Samurai Shark. As per the Billy Mays infomercial I was to get two Sharks and two pairs of shears. But what really blew my mind was the S&H charge of $15.90. The total cost of the order came to $25.89. I know I was robbed, but can't seem to reach anyone on the phone who will help resolve the problem. I believe the old addage goes something like, "Screw me once, shame on you....Screw me twice, Shame on me". I'll never buy from these infomercials again and I'll make sure my friends and other contacts know about my being ripped off!!

Tried to order buy one get one, when I saw how much it would be for S&H I deleted my info. But much to my dismay the unordered items arrived to total $25.90. Trying to reach someone about it is a waste of time. I will report it to my card company and tell everyone about this scam.

I have orderd from the advertisment on Tv about the Samurai sharpener you buy one get one free, and you get the 2 sissore free I recieved the package oday and the bill came to $ 52.75 I have called the company and told them this is not right and I was told that each of the Items wich came in One package is a shipping cost of 7.95 plus they charced me or 3 cutting board wich I not order each one again a 7.95 shipping cost I told them I want to ship the whole thing back and that I want my credit for 52.75 back and I was told they would only credit me back 27,00 dollars what a ripp off this is I wish you can do something I called my credit comp also one needs to go on tv and tell PPl like us dont need to be ripped off thank you sincerly john

my elderly parents ordered the sharpner and now they have lost the number they called and now they havent recieved the product and after many searchs on the web i still cant find a phone number to contact them. the only number i found was 1-920-966-6600 and no one will come on the phone to talk to them.

I ordered 13 Sharks for the guys Xmas. Three orders to get that many. So far, gotten 8. Can't contact the Co., their number in Oshkosh, WI is invalid. Did not get full order or the free ones. My charge to credit card inc. shipping was less than $10 each. I've ordered before from Billy Mays and no problem. No matter what I do, I can't get a valid phone number.

I bought 3 sets @ buy 1 get one free. They charged me 30.00 for the three orders, and get this 71.55 for s&h total 101.55 I purched mine from spike channel 39 in Greenville SC CSI & sport channel. Heres the kicker, it cost them under 4.00 to ship to me. We ship usps everyday from our office. I am going to call action line and see whah they say,then I will talk to my attorney. They should not be able to get away with this. Billy M. will be looking for a job when I'm done.

Detective 'Charlie' in Oshkosh is looking into fact there are over 20 Rip-Off filings on these cuties "No way to cancel". The phone number for Customers is 920-966-6600 but leads nowhere. I ALMOST ordered the 10.00 + free shears on the website. I filled out fields with name, address, cc#, etc, and when I got the bottom I saw my subtotal which was $17.95 and I decided against it and erased the fields and cancelled out of everything. I NEVER pushed any "order" "submit" or "authorize" button - I just started filling out fields, then erased them. I was charged $25.90 2 weeks later. I called and was on hold for 20 mins waiting for a customer service rep. When she finally came on "Annette" told me that the items had already been shipped and that I could return them but still have to pay for S&H. Bull pucky I will!!! I filed a claim in the fraud unit at my bank and was temporarily refunded my money, but the investigation is ongoing. I still have not received anything (almost 3 weeks from my online experience). I will write back with the results of the investigation once it is complete. This company SAS Samarai Shark has illegally charged my debit card without my permission. Eventhough it is a small amount of $$, I will pursue against this company if they try to charge me a dime - even to court if I have to.
