ordered the samurai shark buy one get one free $10.00 and if i purchase now i get 2 samurai shears free also.plus 7.95 for shipping and handling so that is $17.95 right? wrong!!!! i got a credit card statement saying 33.85 was charged. the bill of lading says there was 23.85 shipping and handling charge! i have been calling all day long for 5 days got no one!i hope others read about these people and come up with a plan to stop and refund these poor people including me .consumer affairs should know about these people too

I called SAS Samurai Shark and ordered 2 pir of shears and 2 Samurai Shark total cost of productds $20.00 which was correct. However I was billed $47.70 shipping and handling charges which is outrageous. I tried to call Customer Service and was on hold for over 10 minutes and no one answered. I later learned that the number was not Toll Free!!!! I have been had twice once on the P & H charge and the on the phone cost.

Ordered Samrai Knife Sharpener $ 10.00 plus 7.95 s/h – No free Scissors for additional postage of $ 7.95 Received the Knives (there ok) got charged $ 15.90 for s/h Called there Customer Service regarding $ 7.95 overcharge. Spend approx 25 minutes on the phone – never transferred. Tried to contact them several times on online – busy, try 10 minutes later…… By 9 pm the Web address was gone. No address on packing list – to write a letter.

I ordered the Samurai Shark from a TV ad that appeared fine....when I dialed the 800 number to place the order, I got a computer that took my information and then continued to try to sell me more products one after the other. Finally, I hung up and called my credit card company. 6 days late a charge posted for double the amount of the product advestised. I again called my credit card company and they said to try to reach the company....I had to dial a long distance number 1-920-966-6600 and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. So I sent them an email at cs@floamusa.com This has been a nightmare. I have learned never order anything from a computer.
