I ordered two kits for my daughter and myself at the end of January 2008. My credit card was debited on February 8, 2008. Three weeks later, I still had not received anything. I obtained the phone number from my credit card company and called to cancel. The customer service representative was surly and rude. Three days later I received the product. I am an intelligent person and I am ashamed that I was so stupid. The product is a joke. I return both kits requesting the refund in March 2008. The refund did not come .I still had my tracking number and it showed that was received on March 31st.I filed a dispute with my credit card company and with Shapely Secrets. I provided copies of the credit statement and tracking info. I told Shapely Secrets that If I did not receive my refund within 14 days, I would contact the California Attorney General's office and the BBB. I finally received my refund On May 8th. My advice is to run as fast as you can away from this company.

I ordered the product 4 months ago. I can't find a phone number for the company to cancel that charges that keep coming on my credit card for nothing. Like others the amounts are the same 19.99 26.99 and 9.99 but I am getting nothing as I wrote 2 months ago an email to stop the vitamins which they did. Does anyone have a phone number I can call to get this stopped?

The product is great! I have lost 10 pounds during the past 2 months. I had trouble with the company. They kept charging me for stupid vitamins that I specifically told them I am not interested in.

I received Energy Booster pills every 2 months and my credit card is billed for this product. I have tried to contact the company that I do not want this product and to please stop charging my credit card. They emailed me and said they cannot find my customer information. They need to be stopped.

Had similar issues with the product & the fialure to refund. I called CS several times, then filed with the BBB. Just got a call, & am told that I will see a FULL refund, including S/H, within 3-5 days!<br /> Squeaky wheel.....

I responded to a TV ad, but then found out there were pills I had to take in order to lose the weight. Within 10 minutes of my order

I bought this product in January 2008 and, at the time of making the purchase, refused the offer of receiving any further shipments of Essential Boost, the green tea multivitamin that is shipped with the original order. However, on February 25 '08, I noticed a withdrawal from my bank account to Shapely Secrets. I immediately called them, went through a whole process of explaining that I did not want further shipments of Essential Boost, but was told that it had already been shipped and that I should return the package to them immediately -- once they received the package, I would be reimbursed the $26.98 I had been charged, but that it would take approximately 30 days to do so. I waited and waited and the money was not refunded. Then, on 3/25/08, another charge was debited to my bank account, for $19.99. I called again and was again told that it was a mistake and that it would be sorted out immediately. At that point, I was told that they had not yet received the returned package from me but as soon as they did, they would refund my money ... note that this is already over a month past the original call. Then I called again, today, 4/22/08, because the money had still not been refunded. I was told that they noticed that they had received the package back and they would refund my money, minus the shipping costs. I protested that I had not ordered the follow-up shipments of Essential Boost and that I would not be held accountable for their shipping costs. The customer service rep told me that he would put in a request to have the shipping charges refunded as well, but that he did not think they would be refunded. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was told that a supervisor was not currently available. I was told that one would return my call within 24 hours ... we'll see. In the interim, I feel as though I'm being given a rote response and have a difficult time believing that I will be reimbursed for things that I pointedly refused to have sent at the time of placing the original order. The package is ridiculous ... dvds, a tape measure, an hour glass, tons of repetitive literature, and a program that is not as effective as it boasts to be on their infomercials. My advice ... stay away from Shapely Secrets altogether ... they are dishonest and scam artists.

Nightmare!! Originally got the wrong tapes (who still has VHS??) I spoke with twenty two agents and each and every one lied to me. Finally after two months I got part of my money refunded, but in the meantime was charged another fee. I was told I would received this money back, but that NEVER happened. This is a major SCAM and being this was my first TV order, I will NEVER order from TV again.

4/10/2008 - Janet writes:
What a joke !!!! I used the product as directed with NO results. I was OVER billed with no help from the Phone or website e-mail. I was forced to contact my Credit card to stop wit drawals.

I ordered this product (FIRST MISTAKE) - then they made it impossible to continue without ordering their vitamins - I should have hung up at that point - but didn't (dumb me!) - I cancelled the vitamins the first day I received them but now have been charged $19.99 for a third time! I am furious! I will be disputing the charge and calling them again today.

I ordered the product by phone, gave my credit card number at the beginning & ordered 2 payments of 19.99 plus s & H -was never told amount of purchase. I called customer service 2 days later to find out amount charged to credit card - told to call back 7-10 days. called back and cancelled Boost ongoing charge and wss given a refund confirmation number for refund of $21.54. Never got the refund. Called back told refund was mistake. Complained that TV commercial stated price was $19.99 + S&H in 2 payments, internet site shows price of $42.97 + S&H, invoice on product shows charge of $42.97 + S&H of $12.93 BUT they DEDUCTED $46.22 from checking account initially then $10.77 in March & April. I was given confirmation of refund of $21.54 - I did not get. I was given confirmation of refund of $10.77 (twice) which I did not get. I was told the max refund allowed was $10.77<br /> The price of the product was different on the TV, internet and phone. I was promised refunds I did not receive. I was hung up on when I requested to speak to a supervisor or the supervisor was unavailable.<br /> This is a scam.

I as well was on the phone forever with shapely and got upset in all the advertisement that they wanted to sell you, of course they have your credit card # in the beginning and I just wanted the first month supply to try and they keep sending the stuff. I want it to stop, how can we get this resolved. <br /> <br /> Thank you,<br /> <br /> Cindy Betsch

i ordered the product for my niece, who has a thyroid problem.i myself weigh 120lbs. at 52 years old and did not need the product.my niece can not take the boost for fear it will intefere with her medication.i was bombarded by pressure to buy like one women said from soup to nuts.i said no to all except the free two months of energy boost.free cost me over $26 in shipping cost.in the meantime my bank was bought by another bank and shapely secrets could no longer drain our account.i recieved a collection notice from a collection company that seems fraudulent to me.no person on the phone to talk to.just an automated message.i tried to contact them, no luck.isearched for a web page for this collection company, to find no such company. i contacted shapely secrets for the shipping of a product i never recieved.i still haven,t heard anything.the product they supposedly sent that never came.i asked for the tracking code and company that supposedly delivered the product.i still have not recieved a response.i turned them into the fedral trade commission.thank god our bank was sold to another so to uncover the scam before they sucked the life out of our bank account.anyone reading this should ask themselves first off if greer has ever had cosmetic surgery to sell her scam to the public and if so we are paying for it.and anyone who has to labor for a living can look at greer and tell she couldn,t do any real physical labor because you need muscles.<br /> all the information is available on the internet free for from people who really care about other people.i found anyone who sells you available information is so greedy and don,t care one iota about you. they want your credit card number.<br /> once i got the product that was suppose to cost $40 came with a $62+ price tag. before buying anything please look at web sights of the not so please.after further investigation, you may find the same information for free without monthly bleeding.<br /> the more people that contact the government ftc or gfc, the quicker we can all work together to help clean up the internet for our children and our peers.and protect someone else that may think this is the answer.<br /> the end result, my niece gained weight!

I have recently returned the Shapely Secrets kit. My concern is that a second amount was debited out of my account. I wrote to the complany (on line) but decided to also email them using the link on their web page. I had my email returned to me. The mail marshal states that it is an unknown user. I decided to "google" scam shapley secrets. Now, I'm scared! So many complaints and all to do with my worries. Order process -automated and extremely lengthy, with repeated requests to order more product. No reply from the customer service center. I have told my bank not to accept any more debits from this company. Is there any recourse?

I have gained weight due to a severe back and foot problem. I thought this program sounded much like the Air Force exercises for Women and I thought it would probably be updated. I ordered the program and received not one but three Shapely Secrets kits. What a scam. The seven 'secrets' are not secret at all but the same good eating habits everyone knows. Then came the 'lets get to work!' DVD. There were three exercises and one, the last one, involved making a face like a Macaque monkey and holding it. The kit contained a three minute egg timer and a flexible tape measure. there was also a special 'gift' of a cheap faux diamond necklace. I found no way to get in touch with this company and I may have lost money to it. I returned the first kit and then when the next two came I just sent them back. I am a highly educated woman and should have known better. I have had good experiences with infomercials but if it sounds too good to be true it probably is a lie! Sincerely, J. Harrington

I also bought shapely secrets, like the others.having given my credit card number out at the beginning of the call, like the others I had to stay on the line. There followed 20 mins of feeling ambushed by automated advertising selling everything from soup to nuts,I had such a bad taste in my mouth that I certainly was not going to order a years worth of essential boost vitamins. <br /> Nevertheless they started arriving and I had charges on my credit card. I have e-mailed them and told them I did not order them and do not want them, and will report them to the fcc. Of course -no reply, and this month so far there are no pills, BUT, there is a charge on my card. How do we stop these thieves????? I'm sure most people don't even know your web site exists, and don't know what to do.One thing I know we all feel stupid about falling for this, and have learned a pretty expensive lesson Joan, Los Angeles

After listening for a half an hour, I called to order Shapely Secrets. You can't talk to a real person, so after pressing the button to order, I was offered shipping options. I chose the regular - 6 to 8 weeks option. Then I was offered vitamins which I decided to do as well. I was then offered a service that I would get a discount to stores, i.e. []. I declined. The v-m asked me several times am I sure. I then made the error of pushing the wrong button, so I got that too. Then the same type of service was offered to me for, but the store they mentioned this time was []. I said no. Again the series of "Are you sure" questions. Next came an offer for Insurance! I wanted to hang, up but was worried what other products I may get for doing so. After being on the phone for another 30 minutes, I tried to cancel my order altogether, but there is no option for that. I wrote down the number & called it, but the recording was that it could not accept calls from my number. I then tried to call the order number again but the recording wouldn't let me do anything as 24 hrs. had not passed and my order wasn't in the system. It did give another customer service number, which I called, but they weren't open. I got online and cancelled my order via the web. Two days later I received the package! I did not open it & called the Customer Service number. They told me to just ship it back unopened and I would not be charged anything. So, I have not seen any bills or shipping charges as I didn't open the package. I wrote on the box as instructed and sent it from my work. It came back as my job is in a different county and was told I had to ship it from my home. I did so, but was billed for the product anyway. I called and they told me that the charges would be reversed. When I checked my credit card, they only credited me for the product, but not the shipping, which was 28.48! For a 6 - 8 weeks delivery that took only two days. I know that when I cancelled, they processed that order immediately just to ding me for shipping. Then, I then received more vitamins! I called customer service and they told me send the vitamins back and that I would not be charged shipping. And the reason I was charged shipping on the other was that is their policy. I explained that I spoke to Customer Service and she assured me I would not be charged shipping. It didn't matter. I called Customer Support again and received the same answer. After calling my credit card company to place a complaint, they received the same information that I did - it's their policy.

This is a scam! I thought I wanted to try the product but then decided against it! I then tried to cancel (w/in the 30 day period which they said would be full money back!)Thats a lie because I got some back less s/h! Then I spoke to someone to cancel my order and they did (supposedly)! Now I see my checking account was debited another 19.99! I am very upset that they now have over 100.00 for a product I never even took out of the box! SCAM!!!!!

I ordered this product on the two payment plan of 19.99 each plus the shipping and handling attached to the first payment. I followed the program as directed but in 3 weeks I had not lost anything and had in fact gained 3 inches and 4 pounds. I returned the product and still have not received my refund for the first half of the payment and I am now receiving collection letters. I finally called the collection company and told them I had returned the product and still have not received my refund. They told me they don't deal with refund only what Shapely Secrets says is owed to them.

I purchased this product and it's such a scam. I started receiving these vitamins that I didn't even order. I sent everything back to them, but only got credited for one of the bottles of vitamins, because it was within 30 days and go nothing back for the rest. I never received a letter a call or anything about not being able to get a refund. I called them to have them send everything back since I wasn't going to get a refund, because I'm not about to give over $100.00 to them for nothing. At first they told they couldn't send anything back to me and insisted, because it had already been bought and paid for. Never again!!
