I also have been scammed. I ordered Sheer Cover and was offered great deal on vitamins. I got suspicous when they didnt come with an invoice and no way to get a hold of the company. I tried them and they didn't work. I checked everywhere on internet and couldnt find them until I got charged for another shipment on my credit card. I am so glad I did a googgle search and found this. You all have been helpful. I am applying all your advice and hopefully wont get too much reprecussion. I also am going to cancel Sheer Cover cause their involovement in all this. I am disputing the charges and going to cancel the credit card. I tried calling the 888 number and got a recording which said i should call during business hrs.- I did so I know they aren't going to answer their phone after reading all this. I pray legal action will take place and this company will have to close.

I placed a telephone order for this product after seeing an infomercial regarding the success of the product. I thought it would be good to try. Consequently, placed an order for a three month supply. After nearly six weeks waiting, I emailed the company querying my order and when I finally received a reply, they noted that they could not track my order. This is very disheartening. First of all, I am reluctant to give out my credit card information. However, to have done so and not find my order shows very poor delivery of service and trust for customers. I am not a happy shopper.

Oh, I wish I would have found this site before ordering Sheer Cover! Yes, ladies, it's a big rip off. Your "30-day supply" will not cost you $29.95 as the ad reads but $100! As it was explained to me today, it seems that the first 30-day supply you receive is a sample, and then the second shipment is the 90-day supply (which actually looks more like a 30-day supply). Your credit card will then be charged 2 additional installments, for a total of $100. And it doesn't conceal anything to boot!

I have never even ordered the product or even heard about sheer cover until they charged my checking account and took my money for something i didn't even order.

This company has some major issues. They kept sending us products when we weren't expecting it and charging it to my account. I returned the package, put a six month hold on my account, took my visa card off the account, and then they still had the nerve to send me another charge for something else. Every time that I call them to figure out what's going on, they tell me that the person I spoke to last time didn't make the changes we had spoken about. They have gotten so disorganized that they have come up with a random number of what they owe me that is no where near the correct amount. Right now they say the money should be back in my visa account but it's not. I have spent hours on the phone with them and my bank. I suggest never ever starting anything with this horribly unorganized company!

This make-up is a joke and so is the automatic delivery. They determine how much you use and before you have had a chance to decide whether you like it or not, they ship you more. I don't know about anyone else, I can't possibly use all this stuff. It doesn't cover anything and I have really good skin with only slight discoloration in one spot. I can't believe the women who back this junk! They should be ashamed. I returned the second batch I was sent at the tune of over $59. I'm still being chased by their attorney. I keep telling them I returned it, but they keep sending me bills. I have proof from the post office, but apparently, they aren't interested. They just want their money. They better not hold their breath! Very unhappy X-customer of Sheer Cover

The product was ok but no matter how much I tried to blend the powders I could never find a color to match my skin tone, making me look yellow. I originally requested a one time purchase for 29.95. They made me a member and one month later sent me a 3 month supply and charged my VISA for over $100! I did not ask for this to be sent and feel I've been robbed.

I ordered Sheer Makeup and got a month of the endless Youth vitamins for 9.99. Now they keep sending more and more and I can't cancel them because I can't get hold of them. They just keep chaarging my chequing account month after month. I can't take them becasue if I miss 2 days I feel awful. I don't know what is in them to make you feel so bad when you miss a few days but it is scarey. I just want to cancel my subscription but can't figure out how. Please tell me if anyone knows how!

100% Criminal! The customer service agent used my credit card criminally to purchace goods from all arouond the entire USA. Thankfully they were dumb enough to track immedeately and I will be pressing charges. This company WILL be liable for their agents actions.

Sheer cover is a joke!! The powders, concealers, and brushes do not work!! The brushes leave hair allover your face and the makeup still comes off when you sweat. and it also still looks cakey and dull. i can't believe celebrities put their names to these things!! The colors don't match my skin no matter how much i mix them. its nothing like what the comercial shows you of course they have professionals doing their makeup!! Don't fall for this scam they just want your money. don't believe anything you see on t.v.

I purchased this order and once I received this order it was not what I ordered. I am dark skinned and order two chocolate powders but received almond. When I called to correct the problem I was told that they would correct the problem and send me the missing items. Two weeks went by and no product when I called to inquire about the items I then learned it was on backorder and would take three to six weeks. How do you sell something without the correct merchandise. I canceled my order and return the product. I just wished I had found this website first and read before buying. I just hope I received a full refund as promised and received no future deductions from my account. Buyers beware the product is small in quantity and you do not what you are buying.

I requested information from the sheer cover website. After viewing this website when I was doing my research and email came back to me from Sheer Cover. This is as follows: True story Me: [] Apparently you didnt even read my email. I have no contract with your company nor have I ever ordered anything. Customer service my ass. If you read it you'd know what I said. This just goes to prove your company is full of shit. I plan on posting this just so you know on the infomercial scam website. Not that you would read this anyways because your company doesnt employee actual people. So basically I can say go F*** yourself and no one would ever know about it. Good luck with the company it will surely bomb hard. At the end of the email I did get really crude. Wouldnt you? They dont even read the Customer Service emails that people are sending. Just base the information emailed to the closet pre-typed auto response email. This is a scam, I suggest you dont even bother with infomercials at all. If the product was truly that amazing and did in fact work, you'd see it for sale in stores like Walmart, and Sears. Its just a gimmic to rip people off. Sales people are really good at taking your money. ITS THEIR JOB TO SCAM YOU!

I should have looked them up online first! I called just to try the products and repeatedly told the lady I didn't want any of the "additional" products she was offering me. She assured me that I was not obligating myself to any recurring charges. This phone call took much too long for a simple order. Now, I did get the itty-bitty set of product samples and the brushes are a joke because the hairs come out on your face. I've bought brush sets at the dollar store that are better! The products do not come near matching my skin, no matter how much "blending" I try to do. And now, they are trying to charge my debit card account nearly $100 for more products! I have learned from this one experience to NEVER EVER order anything I see on TV.

Sheer Cover is guilty of deceptive merchandising. I have had no problem with the make-up itself, the problem is that they don't tell you that the $29.95 per month is some kind of membership fee or something. You are led to believe that one kit is going to cost $29.95. I received two kits, delivered when they promised. Then I saw on my credit card statement that I had been billed for FIVE payments of varied amounts, $38.05, $43.77, $29.95, $29.95, & $43.77 !! I emailed and told them to cancel my account and they wrote back that they would do that but I would still be billed for the amount STILL owed ! I have already paid, at that time, $185.49 !! How much more could I still owe them ?? A few days later, they charged me ANOTHER $29.95 !!Over $200 for two kits, and the first one was only SAMPLE sized items !! This is a big ripoff.

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! I ordered the product after seeing an informercial but I did "upgrade" to a supposed full 90-day kit. Once I recieved it, I was shocked at how small the quantities were and how much I was billed for it ($119 over 3 pymnts). I chalked it up to my not paying attention to everything the salesperson was saying to me when I ordered it so it was my own fault (although I did say no to all the other "ads" she pitched. I have to admit that I like the foundation but not anything else. Also I did not get one of the promo items, but it was "supposed" to be added to my next shipment. When I went to reorder, I customized it so that I'd only get the things I actually used (Since I'm asian I have a hard time finding makeup that matches my skintone so this was worth it to me). Well now it's been 1 month over my shipment due date so I sent an email to cust svc asking where my shipment was..."The response to our Sheer Cover (product) has been overwhelming. Therefore, with much regret I must inform you that Sheer Cover is temporarily on back order. The expected date for restock is 2-3 weeks." Now I'm a bit irritated...first of all I was scammed into overpaying for a tiny amount of product, didn't get a promo item, have run out of makeup, and now I have to wait ANOTHER 2-3 weeks for my reorder after already waiting 3 weeks over my ship date. So I sent them another email to cancel my order and cancel my account. I've gone into my online account and deleted my CC info so hopefully that will keep them from charging me in the future but we'll see how well that works. I've ordered Windsor Pilates from Guthy-Renker and had no problems canceling my order with them so hopefully this will be just as smooth. I will just go back to my Clinique, costs less and I can get it when I need it.

I called to cancel the repeated delivery, but they just won't stop sending additional product and charging my credit card. I returned the unwanted product, but have not received credit on my charge card

Hi. About three weeks ago, after seeing the Sheer Cover infomercial, I placed an order for Sheer Cover makeup. I am in Canada, so I allowed for a couple of weeks for it to arrive. Nothing. I received no e-mails, no invoice - nothing to indicate that the package was coming. After speaking with Customer Service today, they searched and searched the system, but could not find a record of my order. It just disappeared, and they did not seem at all concerned about this. I asked if this happens often, and she said that yes, it does happen. Then she asked if I wanted to re-order the product! I said no - I had no faith or confidence in any company that would make that kind of mistake, and make no efforts to try to amend it. I discovered this site in my frustration to vent about this company, and am glad that I discovered it when I did.

I got scammed when I responded to an infomercial for sheer cover make up. It seems they used a separate comapny to process their order. When I placed my order I was asked if I wanted to try some vitamins, this appeared to be an offer by sheer cover make up. So, I agreed to purchase the vitamins. I later found out that the company which processes sheer cover orders was also selling subscriptions for GRC Vita Power. The offer was actually a recurring subscription for vitamins and I was actually billed $67.88 and would be recieving vitamins every month with the recurring charge. I have since discovered that hundreds of people have been victimized by VITA POwer through their response to various infomercials. Sheer cover never recieved my order and I never got the make up that I tried to order. I did however recieved 3 months worth of vitamins and am still trying to make sure that the vita power subscription is actually cancelled. Anyway, I won't respond to infomercials ever again due to my fear of being scammed.

After finally receiving the merchandise and using the small quantity that was sent - I thought I was getting a great deal. I ordered some more under the impression I was "locked in" at $29.95. I received the bill for $99.95 and told this is what I had to order. If I didn't want these products, I had to mix & match, but still charged that price. I don't use that much make-up in 2 years let alone 2 months. BUT!!!! that is not the worst thing of all. The make-up has totally dried my skin out. I look 20 years older. I have a rash around my eyes I can't get rid of and the wrinkles and puffy eyes are so embarrassing. Sheer Cover has aged me and I look and feel horrible! DON'T Buy Their Product!!!!!! It's a Rip-Off

I also purchased on an impulse in the middle of the night when I could not sleep. Then I read all this in the morning. I placed my order a week ago and it was just shipped 2 days ago and will be arrive for another 5-7 business days. I do not call that expidited shipping which was advertised as one of the specials. After reading the posts I called to make sure I was not put on the automatic shipments. I said no to all the offers. I must have said no to at least 10 additional offers, how annoying. I called today and sure enough I was signed up for the automatic shipments, which I declined when I called to place the order for the trial package. I just wanted the trial offer. I do not wear makeup everyday so there was no reason to have the automatic shipment. I would reorder if I liked it. I also had a customer service representative that I could hardly understand. I cancelled the automatic shipment today and asked for a confirmation #. They do not give out confirmation #'s, but I can call back in 72 hours for a confirmation letter, which I will be doing after reading all these posts. Usually I am a skeptic and read up on things, I really was suckered into this one.
