I ordered Slim in 6 on 6/30/07. I had no problems with shipment but I am upset that I was charged for 3 months of Million $ Body website access/support. I canceled the "free" trial on 7/30/07 and received a confirmation #. When I realized that I had still been charged for web access I called customer svc and spoke with Chris who was very rude and he told me that I ordered the products on 6/23/07 (which is not true)and that I should have canceled the trial membership prior to 6/23/07. Now I've been charged $41 for a service that I cannot access (I didn't access once during the so called free trial). They refuse to refund my money. The customer service rep who took my order was not forthcoming and I find their practices very deceptive. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered this product on 6/21 and was told that it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It still hasn't arrived. When I contacted them last week I got a response that it was "still in the warehouse waiting to be shipped" then another longwinded ad! Finally I called today and spoke to a rep--I'm told that "it should be here by the end of next week" and that "they'll refund the shipping and handling costs within 7-10 business days." Yeah, right. I'll believe it when I see it.

When we ordered the Slim in 6 product we were told that it would arrive in 5-7 business days. On the 6th business day (today 6/18) we called to inquire about the order since we had only received an e-mail confirming the order and not one stating that the product had been shipped. (The confirmation e-mail told us we would receive an update once the product shipped) The customer service rep was less than helpful and told us the product did not ship. When I asked to cancel the order I was told that they he could not do that. When I was asked to speak to a supervisor I placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called back several times got similar responses. I finally spoke to a manager named Wendy Clark who told me that the product had been shipped and that we could refuse the product and they would refund the difference of the shipping costs. Terrible service and disceptive business practices for sure.

Beachbody sells DVDs with hidden products like free-support trial. However, if you do not contact the company to stop the support, you get automatically charged. I was charged without even knowing/authorizing/allowing the company to charge me. I did not receive any support email or reminder telling me I am enrolled in a program I did not even want. Company stated I ordered it when I ordered the DVD and that is wrong. Consumer should be fully aware of what they are paying and being charged on. If this company is honest, there should have been follow up email/phone call telling me i am enrolled or asking me about my satisfaction with the program which would have allerted me of the charges made to my credit card. Beachbody, fraudulent and calling their customer service did not help!!!!

I have ordered multiple things from beachbody. I'm tempted to return the ones I thought were okay--- but would have otherwise kept. The products aren't necessairly the problem (Aside from Yoga Booty Ballet.. which I find rediculous) My problem is the customer service. This is the THIRD TIME they've messed up my order. The SECOND Time they have shipped to the wrong address after I spefied that I wanted expedited shipping to an address I will be at for one week. It was timed perfectly. But no.. the shipped to my P.O. box instead. I had to contact them to refund me because the package wasnt even expedited anymore even though I was charged for it. They didn't just do it on their own or anything. So now-- this package will sit there until the next time I am in the city I had it shipped to... I was looking forward to doing the workouts from my room while there... but not anymore.... I hate beachbody customer service... and their shipping is so dog-on slow! 3 months to get a package standard mail??? oooonly beachbody.
