I ordered one Sonoma express.Within 24hrs they charged me for 2 out of my bank account. I notified them but they would not believe I only ordered one. So I told them I would be sending both back. They finally credit my account for the one. It took almost 3 weeks for me to get the products at which time I sent both back immediately. In the meantime they charged my account for $59.95 again and this is after I told them not to charge me anymore I was sending them back. I have called long distance to them over 15 times talking to ruid operators They lied to me all times telling me they would notify the home office and a manager would call. I even stayed home all day waiting for a call from a manager. They never call back and finally when talking to that manager she states she never got a notification and either did home office. I still have not recieved my money back which now they owe me $102. I had to close out my bank account because of this and I am now involving the Attny generals office and Better Business Bureau. I will fight them till I recieve my money. This is definetly a scamm! I will never ever order anything off a TV advertiesment or anywhere else again!

Bought it, took 3 months for it to show up, minimal instructions, no help from customer service. Then... the first payment that showed up on my credit card was $70, next month they hit me for another $30. I called and was told they would refund the overpayments. They never did, I called again and the same person who told me they would credit my account claimed she didn't remember, but that she would credit my account. They still held onto the money so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I was hoping that it would live up to all it was shown to do. But unfortunatly.........it lacks for one it shows a multitude of things on the cover that apparently have been cooked in it but there are NO recipes to go with it. there is notign to indicate what setting things should be cooked at like steak or tri tip or brisket.or how to cook cakes, muffins eggs etc or what type of herbs to use or how to use teas or liquid infusers. and NEVER once on th informercial did it state you have to use a meat thermometer to check temps.......customer service for this poduct was non existant. when asked how to contact their corp was told they didnt have that information only a po box. asked where this company was incorporated was told conneticutt but the sec of state has no listing for them.......this was a major rip off and an expensive one they should have at least given the time it takes to cook items thta are shown and what setting on the temps to use and for how long. a total rip offand no one connected with this product will help
