I attemped to purchase the spinning bike on-line. The system was not able to allow me to back-up and make a correction in my order, so I had to call and speak to a customer service rep. For all of you who have ordered something from an infomercial, you know how difficult it can be to speak with a cust. serv, after you're given your credit card information. Well this was no different!! The 1-800 number was not working for over 24 hours. I had the same problem when I tried to contact cust serv. on the internet. When I finally spoke to someone to correct my order, i found out they had deducted to TOTAL BILL from my account, instead of charging me for the 30 day trial offer, originally advertised on the t.v. I had to track down another cust. serv. rep and a "supervisor" only to be told that it would take 7-10 days before they could return the funds to my account!!! whether the product is any good, I still don't know I'm very disgusted my the service so far, i can only hope the product lives up to the "hipe" In the mean time I have to deal with the problems this error has caused to my checking account, overdrafts, fees ,etc!!!
